Tests are never easy.

"Well people, WE ARE ALMOST DONE WITH THE SECOND PHASE OF THE E.A.C ENTRANCE EXAM." Said Announcer-Kiyoshi through the loudspeaker.

"I guess this phase is coming to an end." Jonetsu said with a sigh, "Time to wake this guy up." Jonetsu whispered to himself.

"Hey, Zakou, WAKE UP!" Jonetsu smacked me on the face.

"Uh..uhhh... AHHHHHHHH THE EXAM" I shouted as I quickly jolted up from my seat.

"Hahaha, Wh-What's wrong Zakou-kun?" Misaki laughed out.

"Don't worry we still have to conjure our 'Weapons'." Jonetsu pointed out, "O-Oh, I see." I sighed In relief.

"It's soon going to be my turn soon, after mine it will be your turn." Jonetsu told me, "Either way, Just to catch you up to things, while you were asleep Sunada and Ogasawara conjured some pretty badass weapons, Musami made a light yellow bow, it looked like it had some kind of writing on it-" Jonetsu went on as I cut him off.

"You mean the guy with the Digital element?" I asked.

"Yeah, it looks like his element is good for ranged attacks, But in Ogawasara's case, he grew claws- Dragon-like claws."

"W-Well it's obviously Dragon-like, B-But it intimidates me a little bit." I said in a cold sweat.

"Yeah, Misaki-kun went not too long ago, But I'm next after the person that is up." Jonetsu pointed out with his finger.

"Who's up right now?" I said as I got up from my seat and got close to the metal railing.

"A girl named Umemoto Yumiko, She's supposed to have 'Poison Element'." Jonetsu explained.

"Poison Huh? What do you think, Misaki-kun?" I asked for Misaki's opinion.

"Well from a point of view, I imagine she can create different types of poison, So I guess it's a good 'Element' to a certain point-" Misaki explained as I interrupted her.

"Why to a certain point?" I asked her, "Well, Because we must keep in mind what are the types of skills she has, She could make liquid poison or maybe poisonous gas." Misaki elucidated

Before we realized it, she started conjuring her weapon, and we were not surprised at all, She had conjured a 'Poison Dagger'.

"Not surprised." Jonetsu said, "Same here, If I do get to fight her poison wouldn't be a problem for me." I pointed out as I crossed my arms, "Why is that-" Misaki asked me until Goku-Sensei moved on with the 'Test'.

"Ok, moving on." Goku-Sensei said.

"OK, OUR NEXT APPLICANT IS KONETSU JONETSU!" Shouted Announcer-Kiyoshi through the loudspeakers.

"Well now it's my turn." Jonetsu said to Misaki and I.

He headed for the stairs and had this cool expression on his face, almost as if he was about to leave the crowd in shock and awe, and at the moment I had no idea, But I'm not going to lie but his weapon is amazing.

"Ok, I guess it's time to reveal my ideal weapon." Jonetsu exhaled cold air with a sigh.

It suddenly got really cold as the whole stadium started to fog up, almost like if it were a mist, he extended his right arm and started to create a long Ice stick, But to my surprise little did I know that it was an Ice Scythe!

"A-AMAZING, H-HE LOOKS LIKE THE ICE REAPER!" Said Announcer-Kiyoshi through the loudspeaker.

"Hmph, I wouldn't mind having that as a 'Guard' Name." Said Jonetsu as his Scythe dissolved.

Jonetsu then started at the stairs with his hands in his pockets.

"Not bad, But going back on track, Let's move on." Said Goku-Sensei.

"JUST LIKE GOKU SAID, WE WILL BE MOVING ON, OUR NEXT APPLICANT IS SOSHIKABE ZAKOU!" Announcer-Kiyoshi pointed out through the loudspeaker.

"It's my turn now." I said as I got up from my seat.

"Yeah, But don't overdo it." Misaki advised me, "I agree with Misaki-kun." Added Jonetsu as he came back.

"Don't worry, I'm confident in my ability." I told them.

As I walked down the steps I thought what was the weapon that most suited me, and I had a rough idea on what I wanted to do. I thought I was going to create a kunai or a dagger or some sort of short blade, But what really defined me was a little different.

"Ok, I know what I'm going to make." I said out loud, "You may proceed." Goku-Sensei said to me.

I put my left hand out and closed my eyes.

"Out of all of the weapons in the world, I want you to choose me, Which one of you all is the one that suits me the best." I whispered to myself.

I felt a sudden breeze starting to slowly accumulate under my hand, until I felt it suddenly materialize on my hand.

"I see, that definitely suits him best, knowing him." Jonetsu thought to himself, "Ohhhhhh." Misaki said in awe.

When I opened my eyes to my surprise it was a blade, a waist blade, the scabbard is supposed to go on the back of my hips, but, how I still haven't passed the 'Test' I still haven't gotten my own set.

"Well, having the second phase of the 'Test' done, We are moving on to the final phase…" Goku-Sensei said through the loudspeaker.

"Here it is, the worst part..." "This is not going to go well..." "I'm getting some bad feelings." Whispered the crowd.

"One on one battles, We are going to take a short break before we start, we still have to pair up most of you applicants." Goku-Sensei pointed out.

"Oh Misaki-kun I forgot to ask you, What weapon did you make?" I asked, "Well, I made a mallet!" She answered with certainty.

"A-A Mallet?" I said out loud, "Honestly, she doesn't look the type to use a mallet... Well, I guess judging her element, it would make sense." I thought to myself.

During our break, we were mostly talking about the people we had seen and their elements, and how to potentially beat them, I, for instance, would have to rely mostly on my assassin skills in order to pass, but as it came to my 'Element' there was only one skill I was able to use at the moment, and it was...

And It's basically I flick one of my fingers as if I were shooting a gun, I aim with the first joint on the finger, I guess at the moment I was only able to rely on my assassin skills...

10 minutes later...

"OK EVERYBODY, WE HAVE PAIRED YOU UP AND IT'S TIME TO START THE LAST PART OF THE TEST!" Shouted Announcer-Kiyoshi through the loudspeaker.

"YEAAAAAAAH!" "LET'S DO THIIIIIIS!" Cheered the crowd.

"SO FOR OUR FIRST MATCH, IT WILL BE UMEMOTO YUMIKO V.S MISAKI TODOMARU!"

"Well I guess I get to fight early!" Misaki jumped out of her seat.

"Ehh, I don't know, Not my kind of style." Jonetsu said to Misaki, "Mhm, I agree." I said to him, "Either way, Good Luck." Jonetsu said to Misaki, "Yeah, Good Luck." I agreed, "Thanks Guys!"

Once they both got to the center of the stage, they stared at each other, and the battle started, Misaki took a battle pose and dashed towards Umemoto and showed that she had a lot of battle prowess, and a lot of skill, she was also very athletic with her moves, as she got closer to Umemoto she started with a left punch, But was easily dodged and was grabbed.

"Wh-What the-" Misaki said as she struggled and felt a burning pain on her wrist.

"Well, it should be obvious that it's my poison. Good luck with it, But don't worry, it's nothing deadly. You will only have blurry vision and get dizzy. It should go away later, but it makes it easier for me to win." Umemeto explained to Misaki.

"D-Damn it." She said as she freed herself from Umemoto's grip.

She jumped back and got as far as she could from Umemoto, Her sight slowly started to blur and she wobbled around like a spring.

"U-Uh, Uhhhh." Misaki groaned.

"MI-MISAKI-KUN!, Y-YOU CAN DO IT, DO YOUR BEST, SURPASS YOUR LIMITS!" I cheered from a far

It was very unexpected for us, But tears ran down her cheeks which at the moment we didn't know her backstory ,but that made it a bigger reason to cheer her on, She whipped her tears off her face and she took a battle stance.

"Ha, Good luck fighting in that-" Umemoto went on.

Misaki dashed towards her at a fast speed and threw a barrage of punches and kicks.

"Wh-What the-" Umemoto gasped as she dodged and blocked most of Misaki's attacks

"I-Im not done yet." Misaki grunted, "How the hell?-" Umemoto growled as she was aggressively punched in the chin by Misaki.

"I-Its impossible, Y-You shouldn't be able to see-" Umemoto was ranting until Misaki interrupted, "I can't see, But I can sense, You do have jewelry on, as long as you have that I can tell where you are." Misaki explained, "S-So that's it huh?" Umemoto said as she ripped her necklace and bracelet off, "Now lets see if you can still fight!" Umemoto quickly dashed at an incredible speed, But as fast as she went, Misaki suddenly just put her right hand out and grabbed Umemotos fist in an attempt to attack her.

"You lost the second I set my hand on you." Misaki explained, "Metal Element: Metal Fist!" Misaki invoked as her left fist slowly coated itself in a metallic substance and she pulled Umemoto closer to her and powerfully punched her in the gut sending her flying across the stadium.

"WOOOOOO" "JESUS CHRIST SHE'S STRONG!" Cheered the crowd.

"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN WHAT A MAGNIFICENT BATTLE, THE WINNER OF THIS BATTLE IS TODOMARU MISAKI!" Announcer-Kiyoshi cheered through the loudspeaker.

"Hehe, I-I win…" Misaki smiled as she lost consciousness and slowly fell to the ground.

I took a deep breath and sighed deeply, "Assassin Art: Silent Step…" I invoked as I got up off my seat and jumped off the railing.

"Soru…" I muttered and quickly teleported to Misaki before she fell to the ground and took hold of her.

"What the-" Jonetsu stutered, "Well I guess that is the kind of person you are." He said with a sigh, "But, Not bad, You're getting pretty quick…" Jonetsu whispered to himself.

"Di-Did he teleport?" "He appeared out of nowhere!" "I didn't see him move, He simply appeared there!" Said the crowd.

I walked back to where Jonetsu and I were sitting and gently laid her on two of the chairs. Once I left her on the two seats as I got up she was grabbing a hold of my sleeve.

"You did well, I don't know what you've been through so anything I say could unintentionally hurt you, But you can now rest for a while." I said with bright smile.

"Th-Thank you." Misaki whispered, "Anytime." I smiled back.

"We-Well people whatever we just witnessed I'm hoping we will be able to see again during our next match, WHICH WILL BE SOSHIKABE ZAKOU V.S OGOSAWARA TATSUYA!"
