2 The Menace Kicks In

Just as I entered the class, Kate (yeah, the principal's pet) bumped into me (deliberately) and sneered. 'Oh! Look who it is! My next victim!' Was what her sneer said. As if. As usual, she wore a ton of pancakey makeup and was followed by her cronies.

"Shift, "I told her, praying she didn't want to make a laughingstock of herself in front of everyone. Wait. She already is. Ah, well. Adopting a fake concerned tone, she asked "Terra, shouldn't you be expelled right now?" "Well, that is what I will be if you don't move. I don't think the principal will excuse me for pushing you over. You might get hurt."I smirked. She didn't reply, and neither did her cronies. I think I stunned them into speechlessness. well, whatever. I elbowed past them and took my seat next to Felecia.

"What was that about?"Felecia asked, intrigued as soon as I sat down." Nothing, she just gets on my nerves."I told her." Well, don't let it happen again Miss Price, or I will have to expel you." Someone from behind me commented."Haha. Hilarious. Adrian." I rolled my eyes." He is right though Terra. You have to be careful." Blaise, the always sensible one, advised me." You are right Blaise. I will try."I sighed."So-" Felecia was interrupted by an earsplitting crash from the halls. We exchanged looks before rushing out with the other students, only to behold- The menace wreaking havoc in the school.

The walls were broken, tables smashed and lockers wrenched out. I concentrated on the menace. They were a group of villains whom we had defeated once before. Maybe they didn't take it that well. Oh, well. We whisked out our scarves and tied it on our faces so our school mates won't recognize us. Yes, we carried scarves for emergencies like these.

Anyways, these four were Yvonne, who I fought, she could make portals. Raidon, who Blaise fight, he had ice powers(like Elsa). Binsa, who Felecia fought, she could make invisible shields. and last, Kane, who Adrian fought, he had rock powers. They were the most threatening team we had fought. We sprinted to them, who had, by then, relocated to the ground. "Remember, beware of the portals!" I yelled as we ran and they nodded, all our faces solemn. "Alright, let's go, everyone!"Adrian exclaimed and we took our positions. just then a boulder came flying towards us and Felecia blasted it in mid-air. Sharing a last nod, we began the battle.
