[61] "Wooin v/s Jisuk"

Two days passed quickly, and just as Jiwoo and Wooin were about to return home, they were abruptly interrupted by a group of four students.

Jisuk, one of the group, approached them with a smile on his face.

"Wooin and Jiwoo," Jisuk pronounced, "let's go somewhere else. I don't want to draw attention from the school."

Jisuk turned his back without turning to look and blurted out the words. "You guys stay here."

The other three students were taken aback by the unexpected statement.

"But...!" exclaimed one of the students.

"Jisuk," interjected another quickly, seeking an explanation or clarification.

The last student with a questioning look asked. "Are you going to be alone?"

Without uttering a word, Jisuk simply continued on his way without paying attention to the questions and comments of his classmates.

With intrigue, Jiwoo and Wooin decided to follow Jisuk until they reached an abandoned construction site.

Once inside the abandoned building, Jiwoo and Wooin fixed their gazes intently on Jisuk.

At the tense atmosphere, Jiwoo could not contain his concern and finally asked his question. "Do we really have to fight?".

Jisuk, without hesitation, answered with determination. "Yes, I have to maintain my reputation, and besides..." At that instant, a green aura began to form around him, enveloping him in a mysterious halo. "I belong to Shinhwa," he revealed, leaving Jiwoo and Wooin's eyes wide open.

Jiwoo and Wooin's eyes widened enormously, their faces reflecting surprise and disbelief as they watched the young man in front of them with a mixture of attention and wariness.

Jiwoo, in a voice laden with awe, asks. "Are you an awakened one too?".

Jisuk replied with a broad smile on his face, hinting a mixture of pride and confidence. "You know that among the awakened, often, things are settled through fights," he stated.

Before Jiwoo and Wooin can respond, Jisuk takes the initiative and launches a gust of wind towards them, taking Jiwoo by surprise.

However, Wooin's reaction is quick and precise. He counters the attack by launching a black lightning bolt that heads straight for Jisuk's wind blast, generating an explosive collision and causing a powerful wind shockwave that shakes the place.

Jisuk raises an eyebrow, his eyes shining with curiosity and interest, as he observes Wooin surrounded by a reddish black aura. "You were able to stop it," Jisuk comments.

The tension in the air becomes increasingly palpable as the two young men engage in battle.

Wooin resolutely advanced a step forward, his earnest gaze fixed on Jisuk. His face reflected determination as he challenged his opponent with his words. "If you're looking for a fight, you can take me on," he declared with unwavering confidence in his voice.

"Wooin," Jiwoo uttered in an attempt to stop his friend, worried about the possible risks involved in facing Jisuk. However, Wooin was unfazed by Jiwoo's words and kept his concentration fixed on his rival.

Without even turning back, Wooin replied with determination. "Don't worry about me."

"Please step away so I can fight comfortably," Wooin pleaded with Jiwoo, acknowledging his friend's concern but insisting on his determination to face Jisuk.

Jisuk gave a disdainful smile, showing his arrogance and contempt for Wooin. With brimming confidence, he replied defiantly. "Do you really think you can compare yourself to me?". Her words were loaded with haughtiness.

Wooin, undeterred by Jisuk's defiant attitude, responded calmly and determinedly. "We'll see about that...".

Jisuk sighed with contempt at Wooin's defiant words and replied arrogantly. "After I'm done with you, I'll fight Jiwoo."

Wooin responded with even more contempt, challenging Jisuk's beliefs. "Don't think that because you belong to an organization and have a special training method, you are better than other awakened youths in the world."

However, Jisuk's calm attitude suddenly changed, filling with contempt and menace as he replied. "I'll show you the difference between us."

Jiwoo, sensing the growing tension and worried about the situation, stepped back.

Wooin launched a surprise and swift attack, impacting his blow directly into Jisuk's face.

The blow was forceful and powerful, sending Jisuk flying backwards, falling to the ground with a loud thud. As he lay on the ground, Jisuk could feel a line of blood gushing from his cheek.

Jisuk, with the blood still staining his face, quickly wiped it off and an aura of anger and frustration enveloped him. In a fit of rage, he released wind in all directions, generating a violent and uncontrolled blast. His voice echoed with a shout full of resentment and defiance. "How dare you!"

Wooin, dumbfounded by Jisuk's power and impressive aura, decided to act quickly without wasting any more time. He launched several attacks towards Jisuk.

Jisuk demonstrated his incredible speed and skill by skillfully dodging Wooin's attacks.

Despite Jisuk's incredible speed and his ability to dodge Wooin's attacks, Wooin did not lag behind.

Jisuk, full of arrogance and confidence, approached Wooin with determination. Without hesitation, he threw a powerful punch.

In an unexpected moment, Wooin's eyes changed color. Intense energy began to build up inside his body, creating an overwhelming pressure around him. Suddenly, a huge explosion shot out from his being, catching Jisuk completely off guard.

Faced with Wooin's powerful blast, Jisuk reacted quickly and created a wind shield to protect himself from the effects and stepped back to keep a safe distance.

Jisuk observed his bleeding hand and reflected internally. 'This boy received training from a young age, and I... am one of the most powerful awakened of my age in this country... how did I get to this situation.'

As the fight unfolded, Jiwoo watched the intensity of the confrontation from some distance, amazed by Wooin's power and skill. A thought crossed his mind. "It seems that against him, Wooin was serious from the start."

With an enraged look and an imposing manifestation of his power, Jisuk raises his arms towards Wooin and unleashes an impressive gust of wind, full of overwhelming energy that shakes the atmosphere with force.

Wooin, no slouch, responds with determination and unleashes an equally powerful counterattack.

The two attacks collide in the center, causing a dazzling explosion that radiates brilliant flashes in all directions. A massive shockwave spreads out from the epicenter of the collision, shaking the surroundings and shaking the ground beneath his feet.

After the devastating impact, Jisuk emerges triumphant. Half of his face is bloodied, with an expression of determination and pride, he holds his wounded hand firmly

In stark contrast, Wooin is kneeling in a desolate state. His body shows multiple deep wounds and his clothing is soaked in blood.

"This is only the beginning," Wooin pronounced with determination, as he released an impressive black and reddish aura that expanded around his body.

Jisuk, surprised by the overwhelming magnitude of his opponent's aura, realized that he must quickly raise his own power level to match Wooin's. He channeled his energy and unleashed even greater power, creating a dazzling response that rivaled the aura emanating from Wooin.

However, in the midst of the tense situation, a voice echoed through the air, interrupting the confrontation. "Stop it..."

A black-haired man with gray eyes came into view, emerging from the shadows and observing the two young men with a piercing gaze.

"Seongha Park," Jisuk muttered, surprised as he recognized the man. "What is the Union doing in Shinhwa territory?" he asked earnestly.

Park Seongha pointed directly at Wooin, his gaze steady and determined. "It's because of him..." he uttered.

Jisuk was stunned at Park Seongha's words, feeling a mixture of confusion and curiosity.

As he tried to assimilate the revelation, a voice echoed in the atmosphere, interrupting the tense silence. "Who would expect the Union to enter Shinhwa territory like this?" declared Inhyuk with a seriousness and forcefulness that left no room for doubt.

Jiwoo, who had remained silent turned to look behind him at Inhyuk, broke the tension of the moment with a note of cheerfulness in his voice as he addressed Inhyuk. "Mr. Inhyuk, good morning," he greeted enthusiastically.

Inhyuk returned Jiwoo's greeting with a smile, acknowledging his presence. However, his face quickly turned serious when he realized the tense situation in front of him.

"What do you think you are doing?" asked Inhyuk with an authoritative tone.

Inhyuk addressed Wooin and Jisuk directly, and spoke to them firmly. "You forgot that it's forbidden to fight in public."

Inhyuk's attention was focused solely on the two young men, paying no attention to the presence of Park Seongha, who stood to the side. His gaze remained fixed on Wooin.

Park Seongha raises an eyebrow, impressed by Wooin's ability to stand up to Jisuk. He thinks to himself. 'I can't believe Wooin is able to take on Jisuk like that, only three other young men in the country are known to be able to take him on? How could he train a young man with so much potential, Dr. Delein.'

Park approaches Wooin and says. "Come with me to the union."

But before they can move, Inhyuk steps between them and says. "This is my territory, shouldn't I take care of it?".

The expression on Park's face changes and he says. "You know very well that we have his teacher."

Jisuk is left thinking. 'Do they have Wooin's teacher?'

But Inhyuk doesn't seem worried about Park's threat. 'Yeah... so what,' he says casually.

Suddenly, a voice from behind interrupts the exchange. "I'm willing," Wooin says, stepping forward.

Inhyuk looks at him and Wooin says. "I want to see the professor."

Park is quick to interject. "You saw, let me take him."

Inhyuk sighs and says earnestly. "Take him to the doctor first...I'll take care of the other young man and Park, be careful what you do in Shinwha territory."

Park turned to walk, but before he could take a step, he felt someone grab his arm tightly. Startled by the interruption, Park turned to look at Inhyuk, whose facial expression showed concern.

"What's wrong, Inhyuk?" asked Park, his tone slightly irritated by the interruption.

Inhyuk replied in a low, gravelly voice, conveying a warning full of seriousness and gravity. "Don't cause trouble here... you might wake up a mountain and make it fall on the Union, and then no one will be able to help you."

Park frowned, feeling uncomfortable and defiant at Inhyuk's veiled threat. His response was direct and confrontational. "What do you mean...are you threatening us?"

Inhyuk's head dropped disapprovingly, his countenance showing solemnity as he spoke in a voice laden with knowledge. "I know very well that Dr. Delein turned himself in and made a deal with someone powerful..."

A brief silence was generated as Park absorbed Inhyuk's shocking words. His gaze became more serious.

"I can only tell you that if it is true that Doctor Delein made a deal with the person I believe he did, he is incredibly powerful, someone who could destroy this country in an instant," Inhyuk concluded in a tone charged with concern and warning.

"Inhyuk, be clear with me," Park demanded with determination in his voice.

"That's all I can say. I don't want to put my organization at risk," Inhyuk replied indifferently, disregarding Seongha's presence.

Inhyuk's nonchalant attitude generated some irritation in Park, who felt that his questions were not being answered fully and transparently. Recognizing that there was no more to be gained at that moment, Park decided to leave along with Wooin.

Jiwoo approaches Wooin, with a worried expression on his face, and asks, "Wooin, do you want me to accompany you? I don't want to leave you alone in this state."

Wooin returns a kind look, trying to reassure his friend. "Don't worry about me, Jiwoo. I appreciate your offer, but I'll be fine

Inhyuk worriedly asked Jiwoo, "Aren't you hurt? I'll take you to the hospital, Jiwoo."

To which Jiwoo replied. "No, I didn't fight, I'm fine."

Concerned about Jisuk's appearance, Jiwoo looked at him and asked, "Do you need help? You look really bad."

Jisuk replied with contempt, "I'm fine.... I don't need your help."

Inhyuk angrily looked at Jisuk and said. "Go to Shinhwa for treatment. When you recover, we will have a long talk."

Jisuk was sweating and said, "Yes, I will go."

Jiwoo, seeing Jisuk leaving, worriedly asked Inhyuk, "Will he be okay? He looks like he's not in very good shape."

Inhyuk replied with a big smile, "Don't worry, the body of the awakened is much stronger than normal people."

Jiwoo nodded and followed Inhyuk.
