3 Chapter 2 : Eyes Of A Phoenix.

3 years had passed since the great queen had been murdered by on of the 5 elemental people. No one had come forth yet to proclaim killing the queen. The world that was once rebuilding itself had seen death again, there was chaos all over as the Niyt family called for an important meeting to speak about what happened 3 years ago on that fateful day.

The sun was rising, the bell tolled as it was time for the royal twins to awaken the sun light shun upon Darius's face. He wiped his eyes, as all the servants entered there room with breakfast ready for them to eat and the servants formed a line next to the door on both sides and behind them on the walls were paintings of dragons, werewolves and all kinds of mythical creatures, they twins were the heroes painted onto it. The commissioner stepped through the door and looked at the twins and said "Good morning Prince Darius and Cletus. I have called for a meeting outside in the courtyard as the sunsets at 5pm. That girl you guys are such good friends withs mother is coming to give a statement regarding your mother and her life and how special she was to all of us. He then turns around and exits the twins room and the servants start to clean, make up their 100% silk beds and start dressing them.

"It's been years since our mother died, Darius seems to have taken the blow worse than what I have, today is our birthday we have called for a meeting to give a statement of what will be happening next."

"My brother Cletus is such a soft and gentle soul, I want to be a king who rules with an iron fist, a king who will kill if any one betrays us or even thinks of doing anything to harm my brother and I, it's been tough since we lost mother, losing father and now mother has taken a blow on me but I need to be strong for Cletus, today we will find out who killed our queen even if we need to torture people to get answers seeing as we are the strongest family in our world."

The Niyt twins have turned 18 today and today would have been such a glorious and momentous day as today they get there full power once the moon is full, a ceremony that has been held for centuries has been disbanded due to that fateful day everything fell.

"Today I have turned 18, it feels like a normal day would to me, I was supposed to go to the Niyt castle as we were going to hold the ancient ceremony to strengthen our powers but all was changed due to that day, father and I are going to go to the forbidden land to go hold a ceremony of our own because I was really looking forward to ascending tonight once the full moon has risen".

Gabriella's  father calls her down for breakfast as she gets down the stairs, she saw her father infront of her with a paper crown on his head and a cake with candles on it in his hands and next to him her 5 year older sister with a crown on top of her head and a smile on her face,the smell of breakfast hit her nose as they started to sing , "happy birthday to you".she blushed and ran to the kitchen and stopped at the entrance she turned and looked around the house she asked politely "where's mother?" with a puzzled and confused look on her face. "she went to the gathering at the Niyt castle my daughter, we never told you this but Queen Cleo was your mother's sister, no one but us and the Niyt twins parents knew this. Your mother is going to go and tell all the tribes this after Daruis and Cletus have adressed the death of the queen.

Gabriella and her father were busy arriving at the forbidden land as they were passing through all the once beautiful and enormous building structures and all the city streets and houses once built there you could see what this intense war had caused. Cities and buildings in a ruble and just ash scattered everywhere. They got out of the car and her father took out the materials needed to do the ceremony and he was speaking to her as well as he did this, "Gabriella have you ever wondered how your whole family were water people but you could control 2 elements?" Gabriella looked at her father all confused and was about to answer as they heard the horn blow in the far distance. This was the twins starting the meeting.You could hear voices emanating from this area and people cheering. "father I have wondered this but mother always told me I was special and I got this from grandpa." "No Gabriella the twins are your half brothers, Your mother and I had a falling out a few years ago and we seperated for a while and she had an affair with the king who was a prince at the time" Gabriella looked puzzled and shocked and was about to cry when they heard screams emanating from the castle they gazed upon the castle and witnessed all the people fighting against one another.
