9 Zhenqiu City

As they flied upwards, the temperature seems to becoming more and more warmer. But it was taking a lot of time to go to the surface by flying. Two grown up men with just one weapon will decrease the speed of their flying tremendously, even though it was a five-star battle axe. It took two days and a half for them to fly to the surface and two more days for them to go to the Fire Kingdom.

George didn't know how much he fainted on the way to the surface. And he doesn't want to do something like that again.

He then sighed calmly and looked around while covering the sun with his hands. "Sigh.. The sun is a deadly laser~"

Li Weixiang confused by George's word. "Brother Ma, what is the laser thingy you said? Is it deadly?! if it is, i'd like to buy one."

George scratched his head while saying "It's just a metaphor about how the sun is too dazzling, so if you looked at them, your eyes might hurt and it can lead to blindness. That's why it's a deadly laser."

"Ah.. I didn't know that brother is a scholar!"

George only smiled when Li Weixiang said that. But he heard another nostalgic jingle inside his head.

「Ding! In that cas-」

Before the mighty salesman completely talking, George immediately refused it. He wants to save money, so he could buy a shop later, not wasting for some sunglasses bullsh*t!

「Tch ! Why do i keep failing.」

George rolled his eyes when he heard that. But, before he completely rolled his eyes, Li Weixiang suddenly sped up the flying battle axe to the one of the most prestigious city in the Fire Kingdom, Zhenqiu city.

This time, George isn't so scared, because it wasn't as high as flying to the surface from the bottom of the bottomless cliff. It was a child play if it compared to that.

At the Li's residence, Zhenqiu city.

A man in a black robe with a few people comes knocking on the door of the Li's residence. "Madam Li.. I'm so sorry to tell you that.. Your husband is.." One of the female said while sobbing.

One of the man added "Madam Li, please restrain your grief." they said their condolences, but in their heart they sneered at Li's family. "Hmph! Let's get this over with, The house of Li doesn't have any heir and all they have is daughters. Let's kill the madam and sold all of his daughters! With these trashes got rid off to, we could get all of the five-star weapons and all of his money!" He thought.

Madam Li when she heard what they are saying suddenly fainted in place. Two of the daughter cried hysterically. Even the servants are shocked by that. They immediately helped the Madam and put her back in her bedroom.

But soon, Madam Li awoke and cried like two of her daughters. She immediately go outside and said "What.. happened to my husband?" Said Madam Li while she rubbed her eyes until it becomes red.

One of the men replied "When we are hunting in the forest near the bottomless cliff, there's suddenly a group of thieves that wanted to rob us. We naturally beat those thieves, but we didn't think that one of them faked his death. That thief suddenly grabbed your husband and jumpes off to the cliff."

Madam Li unconvinced when he heard that story. There's so many plot holes. "This is fishy.. Why is my husband didn't notice any life force? He is not just any regular person. He's at the sixth realm of cultivation, the Nascent Soul stage." she thought.

Madam Li then stopped crying and then asked "Then why are you coming back now? The hunting trip is supposed to be a three day trip, but you guys coming back here a month later?"

"Of course, We tried to ventures into the bottomless cliff to search for his corpse, but we didn't found anything. The cliff is indeed bottomless." He said that, but actually they found an abandoned immortal cave and decided to loot the treasure inside.

When Madam Li heard that, she was being more cautious with them. "Okay.. Thank you for telling me this news.. Now, i'd like to have some time and space to mourn for my husband. Could you guys leave for now?". She know that it was rude to kick guests, but she felt that something is fishy about this group of people.

Even though they don't want to leave this place, they had to.. or else the backing of Li's family will kill all of them, so they gritted their teeth and go out from the Li's Residence.

Meanwhile, George and Li Weixiang arrived at the Zhenqiu city.

"Woah.. i never saw something like this in my past life! It's really crowded. And there's all kind of food in here!"

Seeing George's fascination, Li Weixiang felt pride, even though he doesn't own the city. He then replied "Of course! This city is one of the most prestigious city in the Fire Kingdom, so it's crowded!"

George nodded in excitement "I'd like to try the foods.. I smell some of the foods there and it was absolutely fragrant!" He pointed his finger at a certain restaurant.

As Li Weixiang saw the restaurant, he agreed that it was the most popular restaurant and it was one of his favorite restaurant. But then, he saw a group of people in black robes chatting and laughing loudly.

A man in a black robe suddenly said "Did you see Madam Li's crying face? Hahaha!!! We are almost there! A five-star weapons! All of his money! We have to get them all!" And then all of them laughed loudly while drinking some wine.

Li Weixiang's face frowned immediately after he heard them.

It was them! Hehehe... To think that i saw them while i go back... I'm really lucky, huh? You guys are asking for it! I'll kill you guys and feed all of you to a beast! Hehe... Hu Jiaohua.. Yang Qiao... Why did you guys betray this lord?! I'll let you guys taste a life worst than death!
