30 Yun Che, The Professional Arsonist

After taking down Xuan Yu, the next opponent Yun Che had to face was Yan Ming, a Third of Nascent Profound cultivator.

This teen was the same age as Yun Che, however once again Yun Che beat him up quite effortlessly.

The reason for that was that he was immune to fire and Yan Ming's Sect practised Fire arts.

After Yan Ming was defeated Yun Che started to taunt stronger and older opponents.

"He is my brother, so you should not worry that he can fight opponents above his age and cultivation." Xiao Tian Long said with a sage-like tone.

"Wait! Does it mean he can easily face True Profound experts!?" Xiao Tiannan asked with a shocked tone.

However, Yun Che quickly grimaced when he heard that! Like hell, he can do that!

"Doubtful, my brother only started his cultivation path but he could face Peak Nascent isn't it right brother?" 

Once again he was covered by his brother which made Yun Che's eyebrow twitches hard. However, he slowly nodded at him.

Which caused another eruption of gossiping.

The next opponent was already older and with higher cultivation.

In this fight, Yun Che already had to use Heretic God's legacy to which Xiao Tian Long paid attention too.

'Just like it was told, energy is stored in those seven extra entrances. A curious way to increase one's power, however not as good as my Imperial Sky Sword technique' 

While his style lacks the explosiveness of the Heretic God's veins. It has a superior build-up of strength. As far as he can tell Heretic God goes Berserk when too many entrances are active.

After all, it was developed with Jie Yuan's assistance, Devil Emperors who are masters of Dark Profound energy. A type of energy that is known to be able to get out of control.

On other hand his technique has been constantly improved by Heaven's Library, he rarely uses his library but his techniques are developed by it.

The sword intent is constantly generated around what Sword Sovereign calls the Sword field. As long as Profound energy is in the air around him he will continue to absorb it and grow stronger.

While it becomes harder to control when his power is around 2 Great Realms above it's nowhere near as bad as Heretic God's Berserk trait.

'In other words…dear brother… You need a better hack.' 

As Xiao Tian Long was thinking about this Yun Che fought off two more opponents and faced off against that spear-wielding kid.

Once he defeated that kid, Xiao Tiannan kid, Xiao Loucheng wanted to fight Yun Che as well. It appears he doesn't like the swagger the next Heretic God was emitting.

"Father, I wish to face him! I wish to see his limits." Xiao Luocheng said with a faked curiosity. 

He just wants to put him down from his high horse.

"If this is what you want, but remember—"

"I know, father." 

Xiao Luocheng knows that he can't do anything to this smug guy, but he can at least beat him up and throw him out of the arena.

"Very well, if this is what you want. Is it alright with you, Sword Sovereign?" The Xiao Sect Branch Master asked for Xiao Tian Long's permission.

"It's fine. His battle strength should be around your son's level anyway. It might be a proper fight for him yet." The Xiao Clan Young Master said with a nod.

Hearing that made Xiao Tiannan and Xiao Loucheng slightly baffled! Could he truly do it!? Fight nearly the whole great realm of difference!?

In truth, Yun Che's strength at this point was higher than in canon. For the simple reason that he is trying even harder than before. 

So his battle strength was at this time at First of True Profound!

Regardless, Xiao Loucheng didn't believe in his heart that Yun Che was as strong as him! It's nonsense! He has had the support of Xiao Sect Medicine Pavilion Great Elder for many years now!

The Young Master of Xiao Sect Branch was surprised when he saw a deep frown appear on Yun Che's face. He realised that this guy doesn't like his older brother!

Internally he snorted, does he think he can surpass him? What nonsense is that? Xiao Tian Long is one thousand or more years of genius! You can't just surpass that just because you want to!

Eventually, the pair decided to fight in a no holds bar fight, going all out, Xiao Loucheng wanted to beat the shit out of him, and maybe, just maybe cripple this punk.

While Yun Che knows his opponent's real intentions, this Xiao guy wants to cripple him! That has turned on his vindictive streak! The Yun is going to crush this guy who thinks he can just cripple him! He won't be crippled again no matter what!

And so the pair were charging at each other with straight fist attacks. 

That moment Yun Che activated the first Heretic God Profound entrance, increasing his power way beyond anything a Nascent Profound could do.

Then…

*CRACK* 

Sounds of bone breaking and a scream followed, and the force of the strike sent Xiao Luocheng flying like a ragdoll into one of the support pillars, imprinting himself into the wall.

"Cheng'er!!!"

The delegation of the Branch of Xiao Sect rushed to see their Young Master's condition.

Xiao Tiannan swiftly used his Profound Energy to scan his son. His eyes bulged out as he sensed a bunch of broken bones! The entirety of his right hand and a portion of his right body had broken bones even the meridians were broken!

"YOU BRAT! You crippled my son!" The Branch Master roared with fury as he looked at Yun Che. The rest of the Branch members looked pissed as well.

"It was me or him, we agreed that we won't be holding grudges against each other. I don't see a reason to be this angry with me." The next Heretic God casually shrugged here. He was quite casual here. He simply knew he was in no danger whatsoever.

"Yet, you attacked so viciously!" 

"Do I need to remind you what my brother and your son agreed upon?" Xiao Tian Long's voice pulled everyone's attention. There was some Profound Energy in his voice.

He then simply moved. Appearing next to Xiao Luocheng. He did a simple profound energy scan on his body.

"His fingers are completely shattered, wrist bone broken in thirteen different places. I am impressed, your strength is at least in First of True Profound." The Sword Sovereign said with a slightly impressed tone. The sheer force of that punch is not bad for someone who just started his journey in cultivation.

"Sword Sovereign! A-Are you going to allow this pass!?" Xiao Tiannan said with an anxious tone.

"Allow what? Do you want me to intervene in sparring matches?" 

"B-But your brother shattered my son's body!" The man spoke while gnashing his teeth.

"And who told your son not to pay attention to his opponent? Didn't he look down on my brother?" Xiao Tian Long asked with raised eyebrows making the Branch Master get even more frustrated.

"Though, I could help him recover. He is after all my distant cousin." The moment he said that all the Xiao Sect Branch members got on their knees.

'What a sight. I guess I am going to be the hero for these people.'

When Yun Che saw this he frowned in distaste and turned around and walked down the fighting stage. He got enough experience to know where his strength lies by this point.

However, he is not done with this Branch of Xiao Sect! They tried to deal with him, and now they tried to wash themselves off from any guilt! Even accusing him of trying his best when he was asked to do it! 

No, he will make sure this branch of Xiao Sect suffers!

Fixing up Xiao Luocheng's bones wasn't hard, what was hard is to fix his meridians. 

This was where Xiao Tian Long was thinking… Should he improve this jealous brat? So that he could unleash him on Yun Che? At a later date? If he could open at least half of his Profound Entrances he could potentially be useful as a minor antagonist.

In the end, this plan was on. For the simple reason that Yun Che became a professional arsonist. As he left the main pavilion he saw plumes of fire coming from another side of the compound.

There is only one guy he knows who could do that. It fits with what he did in Xiao Clan.

Xiao Tian Long returned to the main pavilion and watched over the resting Xiao Luocheng. A small smile appeared on his face as he put his hand on his resting figure. He used his Light Profound Energy to open over 20 Profound entrances.

Making him have around 33 in total. Depending on his drive and circumstances this brat could potentially reach Divine Sovereign. However, that depends if he has the mentality and luck.

"Are you sure you want to do this? You do know you made an enemy of the whole Xiao Sect?" Xiao Tian Long asked.

At that moment something shimmered into existence. It was Yun Che who used his last remaining invisibility pellets to infiltrate the compound.

"What of it? I am already enemies with Xiao Clan, what about this Branch Xiao Sect?" Yun Che said with a disgusted frown.

"Your actions are reckless and hasty. Your plans are third-rate at best."

"I don't need to hear this from you. Didn't you provoke the entire Sacred Ground against you?" The Next Heretic God pointed out.

"I had, though by that point I had everything under control. You on the other hand don't." 

As he said that the Branch members rushed into the room as they sensed Yun Che was there. 

What they saw was Xiao Luocheng being protected by the Sword Sovereign which made them relieved.

They then looked at this intruder

"Your escapade ends here! You burned down the entire herbal pavilion! We will have your head!" Xiao Tiannan said with a confident tone. He fully believed that Xiao Tian Long was on their side.

"Not today!" 

Before Yun Che could escape, the Sword Sovereign was in front of him. His eyes bulged out because he could not even see him move! Hell, the only person who could see him move was Jasmine!

Even the members of the Branch Sect were stupefied by this!

Before he can exclaim a fist rammed into his gut.

*Oof!* 

Passing out from the sheer amount of force flowing into him.

"I have healed your son, and I will be taking my wayward brother, from now on do keep your son more grounded. He is merely a Nascent Profound but he has the arrogance of a Monarch, Next time I won't be saving him." After saying his part the Sword Sovereign simply disappeared. 

He has dealt with this situation how he wanted. With Xiao Luocheng coming back to get Yun Che. He knows it's coming. This jealous brat will end up in Xiao Sect after all. And once there he will be treated like a Core member with over 33 Opened Profound Entrances.

Which means his wayward brother will have his minor Antagonist to deal with.
