28 Chapter 27

After removing the curse placed on Elizabeth, Lizzy rested for several days before Ban and Meliodas showed up. "Did you do it?" Meliodas asked immediately.

"Yes." She sighed and stood up. "Your turn."

"I'm ready."

"Wait a second." They stand there for about a minute before Elizabeth comes running out.

"Meliodas-sama!" She yelled, running to him and giving him a hug.

"Now we begin. Elizabeth." Lizzy says and the other nods. "You ready?"

"Yes Lizzy-san."

"Let's start." Lizzy says and murmurs the words sleep once more. Meliodas collapses and Elizabeth begins using her healing ability. Lizzy's eyes gradually begin to glow and she began chanting a short spell. This one is different from the last because she wasn't working alone so she didn't have to use all of her magical ability.

"Is he going to be okay?"

"Of course." Lizzy smiles softly. "You can take him now." She goes back inside the Boar Hat and collapses into a chair at the bar. "I need a drink." She tells Ban. "And food."

"You got it Captain!" Ban grins and fixes her food and drink.

"Thanks." She smiled and began to eat.

"What'll we do now?"

"I don't really know." Lizzy stops and thinks. "Kill every demon?"

"I suppose that could work." He lets out a bark of laughter.

"Yeah." She begins eating and drinking once again.

"How are you feeling Lizzy?"

"I'm hungry, tired and thirsty." Lizzy sighs and turns to Merlin. "Otherwise, fine. Why do you ask Merlin?"

"You've done very powerful spells twice in the last week. I normally am half dead after even attempting that kind of spell."

"I see." Lizzy nods. "Well, I still need a lot of sleep and need to finish eating. Goodbye Merlin. Or should I say, Daughter of Belialuin?"

"How?" She asks shocked. "Never mind. You're the Captain. Surely you have ways of knowing things we don't."

"Right." Lizzy nods. "Mostly magical power allows me to do as I wish."

"I see." Merlin nods in a manner similar to how Lizzy had. "I'll leave you be now."

"Thanks." After Merlin leaves, Lizzy walks up to her room and begins meditating. When she meditates, she can see the past, present and future of anyone, anywhere, anytime.
