"If they are fighting each other then why did they target you now?" I asked him.

"The only way for both sides to help each other is to have one enemy." He said and looked at me. "So I did become what the humans want." He faintly smiled.

I looked at the young version of himself as he cast a wide range of curses upon the land of Imersia using the black book in hand, where newborn babies will lose their ability to wield or even possess magic. He even uses the black book to obliterate the soldiers who are fighting in the vicinity of his castle just to get their attention. The demon king also took control of the creatures of the night away from humans so that they'll feel hopeless for them to form yet another alliance.
