7 4/29/2019 Author's Words And Update

Hello hello! Takayu Oba here. Thank you for everyone who has decided to go on this journey with me and are reading my chapters as they come out. I'm honestly having a really enjoyable time as I develop plots, introduce characters, and incorporate my own unique ideas into what people are already familiar with (as they are common).

Before I get into why I am writing this, I just want to give a big thanks to everyone who has read this so far! Over 3k views is something I wouldn't have imagined. Though the views don't necessarily mean much in comparison to other statistics, it still blows my mind that people are even willing to look at what I'm writing.

Going into the statistics that probably do matter a bit more, thank you to everyone who have decided to add my work to their library or "collection." To think that there would be a few of you who enjoyed only the few chapters that are out, well enough to expect more, means a lot! Even though I do this for fun and just enjoy it, knowing that there are people waiting for more is very encouraging!

Special thanks and shout out to SkyThaKid who is the first person to provide a review being the only person I have gotten feedback from as of the date this is written. I know that I'm not the best at this and that I have a lot more to work on but without hearing things from other people, it's really hard for me to improve! Looking at the review, I hope I can continue to give a unique look on things and continue bringing forth more interesting characters as well as a world that is well developed! On that note, I hope I also improve my grammatical errors and expand my vocabulary and diction in order to showcase much deeper and visually stimulating scenes.

An extra special shout out to my long time friend Joshua Petersen who has continually encouraged me to just write and throw it out there for people. He also serves as someone I constantly bounce ideas off of so if you enjoy certain things, make sure to give thanks to him as well.

Now, the reason I am writing this is to update people on what is happening. I am currently a university student and it is time for the dreaded finals. For those people that wait for chapters, I wanted to let you know that I won't be uploading a new chapter this week(most likely). I'll be very busy finishing up projects and studying for finals. Regarding next week, I am almost certain that I will be able to produce chapter 7 however, in the off chance that things do not work out that way, I'll let everyone reading this know that there may be a chance there won't be one for the following week as well.

So that's potentially two weeks without anything... I'm really sorry! I have things written out but they are very scuffed and not completely fleshed out yet. So I guess you can say they are still waiting to be ready for uploading.

That's pretty much everything I had to say. Aside from that... how are people enjoying the story so far? There isn't much to go off of but people should have an initial thought no? I mean when I read it I feel that Akylus is pretty cool... Vedious was.. kind of a let down right? It seemed like he was strong but I guess not in reality... Adventurers are really strong though but that's just a typical trope isn't it? What about Zef? He seems to be a big boy. Oh oh and Elaine? Even though she's not very strong she's annoying huh? Snipers are a pain... And what's this black stuff people are using? Atera right? What is that? Kaija seems like an innocent girl but... maybe she has some type of strength to her...

For those of you who have read till here.. thanks! As a special thanks, I'll give you a little sneak peak at what Chapter 7 is going to be about.

We're going to be taking a look at the after math of the beginning fight between The Wolf (Akylus) and the knights of Yvnahal Kingdom. A slow development on what it means that The Wolf has escaped, discovery of magic from the Age of Gods, and the black aura that surrounded Ava! Also, Zef is not happy about how things turned out. Perhaps he'll end up working together with the kingdom once again and take a visit to the town of Tahtil where The Wolf claimed he was from...

I hope you guys will leave comments and let me know what it is you enjoy or dislike. (If it's the latter I hope it's somewhat constructive, but I understand if it's not. If you passionately hate this story, go for it!). I'll see you all again in chapter 7!
