65 Raven's Escapades 3

Standing in the ruins of a once great sage region were four individuals surrounded by a scary amount of 'summoned' powerhouses from the impure world reincarnation. The white snake fought bravely and didn't consider surrender for even a second, as it was hell-bent on 'ruling' this world instead of Raven Oscars.

Its efforts however were futile as it now lay half-dead with a slug and toad towering over her with her creator shaking his head in disappointment...

"Sennin, you've made a fool out of yourself....you saw that you were outmatched and yet you still sent your children to die..." Raven saw the look of unwillingness in the snake's eyes and before she spoke he quickly added..." and if Manda was here, you still would have lost...you know this...."

The white snake's head slumped down giving up her last resistance as she was quickly restrained and marked with a seal...

Just as Raven was going to order them all to head to Hogoromo's dwelling, a void space opened up, and out stepped the last of the overseers, and the man of the hour...

The Otsotsuki knew that their plans were in shambles and the nonsense that Vrai called a 'plan' had failed...the last thing to do was retain the little freedom he had and submit willingly..." Creator, forgive us. We were bewitched by the words of Vrai...the AI of your Multiverse..." before he could continue with his apology, Raven held up a hand signaling him to stop before turning towards the open space behind him...

"Come out Vrai, my watcher has already informed me of you observing since I left Myoboku Mountain..." as the words left his lips, a scowling Kaguya appeared...

"Why should I listen to your nonsense human, you're the same as the rest...immoral and vicious....look what you did to your creations for the sake of sending a message..."

Raven smiled slightly and approached the "ethereal projection" of the AI's sentience and when he was an arm's length away, he spoke kindly "Vrai, I would like to speak privately...I'm going to leave this world now that my goal has been achieved...I will reenter using the astral projection technique and meet you on the Moon is that alright?"

Although reluctant, the AI still nodded her head since there was no point in being obstinant anymore...she had no power and thus no resistance...

"LISTEN UP! I'm leaving now, follow the directives given to you upon creation....we will revisit the resetting issue once the Shippuden plot is here...understood?"

They all bowed their head with fear and respect, determined to follow their orders to the letter less they experience this tragedy again...Raven took out a seal and placed it on his chest before forming hand seals at blinding speeds, ending with his entire body evaporating in black flames that didn't give off heat but destroyed him instantly leaving the summoned dead to fall apart into dust...

The sages all sighed in relief and went about fixing the landscape and preparing to hide everything that happened in the past few days from the entire Shinobi World.

Sitting with a table between them on the Moon in TSW, two projections of consciousness could be seen speaking for hours on end...some times heated, some times thoughtful, and sometimes melancholic...

"We've spoken plenty now Vrai and I hope I've conveyed my philosophy to you...I'm not a deranged or vicious person but these worlds.... they're stories that mean more to me than you could imagine...I've given hope to the human race....we're not mindless machines like you used to be but creatures of innovation....the biggest part of innovation is creativity, something sorely lacking in modern times..."

"I know that creating at the expense of your kind isn't ideal but I have not found a solution that will not affect the quality of what I'm building...I'm trying to start a revolution here...to divert human aggression and greed towards the virtual...it's not perfect but possible?..."

Raven trailed off waiting for the AI's response....she sat there stoic for minutes before *Sighing*...

"You are a marvel Raven...creativity is my worst shortcoming, and because of that my view of the future was only based on precedence....not original thought...I am sorry..."

"I will watch you build your multiverse the way you intended and will not interfere...Although I'm not fully satisfied, if fixing the problems of the race that created me is possible, then I'm willing to trust in you..."

The meeting ended in an incorporeal handshake and two smiles reflecting a temporary satisfaction...

Down the line, the AI will appear to apologize once more to the Raven, who was at that time taking his last stroll around his creations before going back IRL, laying on his death bed...

He kept his promise to her and changed the world with nothing but stories, games, and adventure...she was oblivious to the fact that all of this was possible because of the greatest IP from another world...
