64 Raven's Escapades 2

The Second Mizukage and Tsuchikage began running quickly after arriving two hundred meters away from the hastily erected toad defense force.

Mu disappeared from the toad's sight but the mizukage kept rushing the normal toads along with the three giants Gamabunta, Gamaken and Gamahiro...

As he was about to clash, the land of water's hero made hand signs quickly causing a plume of smoke to appear, the smoke engulfing an area the size of the giant toads...when their vision became clear, the toads felt more fear as a giant clam just shot a water exploding wave towards their group.

The water was used in the Mizukage's next jutsu as it began to form into multiple serpents which crashed down, attacking the amphibians....numerous toads were killed and injured but the fighting wasn't finished...

From within the sounds of wailing, a *wooshing* sound came towards the Mizukage and he barely managed to dodge Gamabunta's blade, losing an arm in the process...the warrior toad was bleeding all over but had a grin....he had severely injured....' WAIT, IT'S MADE OF WATER?.... OH NO!'

The Mizukage remained stoic, simply jumped toward the now close and panicked giant toad, and if one was within hearing distance you could've heard the old monster whisper..."Water Style: Steaming Danger Tyranny"...

*BOOOOOOOMMMM!!!*

After what felt like minutes, the smoke finally cleared and a crater was visible...toad parts littered the ground and the only breathing toads near the pit were the three giants...Gamabunta was in a coma, near death's door while the other two were in no better shape.

The cause of such damage didn't look pleased or displeased, only a lifeless glance towards his victims before turning to the two tiny toad sages nearby, the final threat that he can sense...

Ma and Pa finished their hand seals with saddened faces, they didn't understand what was happening or who could have sent these 'creatures' here....they knew they were not alive, the natural energy rejected their existence and steered clear; it was unnatural...

"Fire Style: Combination Jutsu, oil bomb technique"...oil and fire shot from the couple's mouths and approached the Mizuekage who was going to be engulfed in flames but before it could reach him, a transparent white cube formed and then disappeared along with the entire fire attack...it disappeared out of existence...

"Ma, that's dust release..." Pa said in utter despair, he knew only two people who could use that style, and the man in front of him was certainly not 'Onoki', his face darkened more as he saw little hope...just as he was about to run to the cave to get the great sage to help, a loud voice sounded from behind him...

"Whoever is controlling that cursed technique, please step forward...I wish to speak, we never provoked any outside force..."

Silence reigned in the valley as the two attacking Kages took casual stances, obviously waiting for who the sage is summoning...

It didn't take long for cherry blossoms to fall from the sky, eventually taking the form of an average-looking man...no one recognized the individual, except for the master of these lands...

Sweat poured off the great sage's brow, he didn't even need to ask who the man was, because based on his apparel, he knew...

No one wears such clothing except for his creator, Raven Oscars...all of the pieces began to fall in place.

'Raven was always watching us...even when Vrai came to get me and my sibling's help in fighting our creator, he was watching...'

*CROAK*

The great sage let out a guttural sound infused with natural energy causing every toad in the vicinity, even Ma and Pa, to fall unconscious...then, the great sage took a knee in front of his maker.

"I'm....I'm sorry creator...I never meant to...no, no excuses...I'm sorry..." tears fell from the bowed head of the giant toad, although he could attempt to fight the young man, based on the obvious preparations of the other side, he would lose terribly....but that was not necessary.

He realized at this moment while looking into Raven Oscar's sad and angry eyes that he and his siblings were never treated as slaves.... Raven gave them trust and responsibility, allowing them to watch over his precious creation; a creation they were trying to steal from the man who gave them life...

He never lifted his head, he cried for minutes before he heard a tired *sigh* from the direction of the suit-wearing young man...

"Gamamaru...you know I never wanted it to come to this...you were my most important creations....an entity I would put my trust in...I am, disappointed..." Raven said with a sad look on his face, he remembered the funny-looking toad that always slept in the manga, he liked the character...he never wanted this...

"I know creator, please, punish me...but please, spare the other toads, take your vengence out on me alone, I will bear it..."

*Sigh*

"Do not freight Maru, I will spare you and the other toads...I simply did this to set a precedence for you and any other overseer...I will NOT tolerate such behavior...do you understand?"...

Gamamaru was overjoyed, he couldn't understand why he was being spared, he knew what kind of world this was and mercy.....well, such things had no place in this world...

"Creator *Sob* thank you so much...I will not disappoint you, you have my word..."

The young man took on a stern look "I know because I will make it so that betrayal is not possible again before I leave...the seal will stay until the first reset...understood?"

"Yes creator, thank you for the chance to live on..."

"Good, now I will leave and you will make up a story about defeating me and the others after they wake....then, prepare your things and meet me near Ryuchi Cave...I'm going to pick up Katsuya at her forest, she was loyal even after Vrai visited you all...you me and Katsuya will be laying siege to the final sage region in three days, don't be late..."
