evolutionist is a superhuman far superior than that of ordinary humans, with a strength 3x - 10x that of the ordinary but even then humans is crushed by overwhelming numbers of human monster and mutant animals.

when humanity was desperate another power rise that is exceed, exceed is far superior than evolutionist having supernatural power, controlling elements, transforming , power to control beast and different kinds of superpower.

and as time goes by and the restriction of the earth loosen more and more exceed appear.
