Wish 1. Ultimate Cultivation Technique: This technique will allow the user to cultivate any energy no matter the restrictions and can combine several different energies even if they are complete opposites. EX, you can combine both demonic and holy energies. Can be used no matter race.( MC will not be overpowered in the beginning. He will need this technique to help him.)

Wish 2. The Ancient Saiyan bloodline without the tail and fur and no drawbacks: MC will be a pure blooded Ancient Saiyan but won't look like one. Je also won't have any violent tendencies and won't go crazy oozaru with a full moon. He can still go Ikari and Super Saiyan though.

Wish 3. The power to create dragon balls: obviously he won't be able to do it right away because he will be weak in the begining and in order to get the most out of the dragon balls, he needs to be pretty much OP. The dragon balls will be green instead of the traditional orange gold. Wishes that can be granted are only from Dragon Ball And DXD universe. nothing fron other animes or anything.
