83 Chapter 83 - Complicated exposition

Issei return home after receiving his tool in transforming his lover into a dragon. Now his lover are gathered to start the ritual in transforming them into a dragon. He had tried it on captured criminal which worked flawlessly but Issei instantly killed when it tried to attack him. After doing few test runs, Issei was certain that it worked without a problem.

Rias came first since she was the main wife and had few privileges. She didn't doubt Issei when he looked at her and nodded in response before plunging the dagger into her chest. Issei quickly removed the dagger as Rias was enveloped by a red cocoon.

The God of the Bible couldn't act due being occupied by the outer God's that constantly breaking through but Issei thankfully place a barrier that resonated with the other worlds after sitting on his throne.

Issei was Satan and Satan was Issei their overall personality was the same fusing together. Their love for Lilith is calling them to find her. He opened his eyes with a new task at hand.
