6 Chapter 6

The user is able to detect the existence of anything and everything, including matter and energy, power, and concepts, among other things, and maybe obtain a detailed grasp of what they are detecting, including the quantity and size of the target as well as whether or not it is concealed.

In spite of the fact that he was overjoyed to have acquired a new skill, he refrained from exhibiting it on his face in order to avoid drawing Koneko's attention, who was attentively observing him at the time.

In addition, Altair was curious about the number of skills that can be saved in this system. If he did something that the computer system deemed to be particularly noteworthy, would there be a cap on the number of skills he could have, or would he have an infinite supply of them, and would they be generated automatically?

These uncertainties were starting to eat away at him, and for someone who had always placed a high value on being in charge, he was beginning to feel a little paranoid, scared that he was being used as a pawn in some kind of scheme devised by a more powerful creature.

In any case, ever since Altair had obtained this ability, he started to have the peculiar sensation of being able to 'Feel' the people who were in the vicinity of him.

It was an unfamiliar sensation for him, and it made him feel a little bit odd, but he had the impression that he could grow used to it very fast.

Altair thought to himself as he laid back down on his wallet, "Perhaps this is the sensation that Youkais experience when they are utilising Senjutsu?"

While he was still lying on his wallet, he made the executive decision to look through his inventory. He knew that he had an ability stashed away somewhere that would be of great assistance to him at the moment.

"System, display my stock," the command read.

The system possesses an inventory that is absolutely overwhelming because it has an endless storage capacity, can store everything, and can modify everything within it as well as anything outside of it. Additionally, it can store anything. And because this feature of the System is implemented, Altair will have the capacity to store anything or anyone without restrictions of any type, be they temporal, quantitative, or physical in nature.

[Inventory]

- Snack x3

- Skill Manual The Eye of God's

The inventory looks a little bit different from the other displays in the system, but Altair didn't mind since as long as it functioned well and was helpful, he wouldn't complain and would simply say thank you. After all, he would gladly take advantage of anything that was to his advantage.

Altair made her choice of the Skill Manual in a quite understated manner.

[Would you like to become skilled in this area?]

[Yes] [No]

It should come as no surprise that Altair responded with a "Yes," and immediately after doing so, a string of information entered his mind. Following this action, a new screen emerged in front of him, containing some information regarding the skill, in case he was unable to memorise the information that entered his head.

[The Holy Spirit]

- Level 01

- Description: The user will have the ability to read and visualise the whole status of someone or something else, giving him the ability to see, in some cases, the powers and skills, statistics, level, general health, defects, and other characteristics that the target possesses. It is also possible for it to transfer this information to another medium, making it possible for anybody else, including the target, to independently access the information and status. However, if the amount of the target is significantly greater, certain information cannot be disclosed.

Altair didn't wait around for very long before rapidly activating his ability to test with the little girl who was watching him carefully, and he was pleased that she didn't see his little glance at her during the process.

[Name: Koneko Toujou]

(Her Real Name Is Shirone)

Nekoshou (Sealed) is the name of the race.

[Reincarnation of the Devil is Your Lineage]

[Class of the Devil: Low]

[Also Known As: Kuoh's Mascot]

[Level: 05]

[HP: 500/500]

[MP: 300/300]

[STR: 60]

[VIT: 50]

[INT: 30]

[DEX: 30]

[LUK: 10]

Does that imply that I have strength? No... It's highly possible that this information is not as true as you've been led to believe.

Altair was aware that the present level of his 'God's Eye' wasn't very high, which meant that it was likely that there were defects. Additionally, it was likely that this power was only the power that she showed on the surface in order to preserve her energy. Even though he knew that Koneko had flaws and that he could use these flaws to his advantage in battle, he still felt that his chances of winning were only fifty percent, despite the fact that he could use his strategy, which he didn't intend to reveal at the time of the fight. He knew that if he fought Koneko right now, he would probably lose very easily, and the chances of him ending up getting killed were high.

After making the decision to worry about these matters at a later time, Altair redirected his focus to the instructor who was disrupting the class. After just a few seconds of paying attention to the class, Altair felt like he would hurl himself out the window since the instructor's voice was so grating.

''I'm just going to sleep.'' After that, Altair fell into a light sleep while he was in class.

Since a student who was as gorgeous as Altair was actually a complete slacker in class, many students who were interested in Altair were now staring at him with confused looks. They found it hard to believe that such a student existed.

A girl with brown hair and glasses, the same girl who smiled creepily at him when she glanced at him, was the only girl who did not stare at him in this manner.

When this girl stared at Altair, she was so close to drooling that it was almost embarrassing, especially when she gazed at the area close to his legs.

''He's large.'' She mumbled something.

...

...

Altair was currently standing on the school's rooftop terrace, and since it was the beginning of the school's lunch break, he walked outside to take in some fresh air and also to get away from the females who wanted to ask him questions. While it was unavoidable for him to stop and respond to some of the ladies' inquiries, the vast majority of them he just ignored.

And now that no one was observing him, he took out the snacks he had put in his inventory. He hadn't eaten in a while, and he figured that preparing a small lunch wouldn't be such a bad idea, so he did this.

The following time, I will remember to include some lunch boxes in my stock. Altair was dissatisfied with the fact that all he had in his inventory were these gammon nibbles.

Altair became aware that he was being observed once more while he was 'Tasting' his excellent gammon snack; however, this time it was not Koneko who was observing him; rather, it was someone who was significantly more intriguing.

Altair thought to himself, "Rias Gremory... it appears that I didn't escape his notice," as he seemed to be unaware that he was being observed while he went about his business.
