Before I ignored the warning and started warming up for my run, I smiled happily as I considered the various ways in which I could put this ability to use in potential fights that had not yet begun.

After ten minutes of the run, I started to lose interest. Oh sure, I was already getting out of breath, but I didn't want to think about it so I decided to get some headphones for myself and put some badass music into it. I figured that this would motivate me to continue exercising without giving it too much thought.

If you weren't thinking about how tired you were, you could go longer and push yourself further; consequently, if I got some music to concentrate on, I won't feel as tired as I was feeling at the moment. After taking a little rest, I then moved on to the second phase of my workout, which consisted of me attempting to accurately perform as many push-ups, sit-ups, and squats as my limited physical capabilities would allow. It was a terrible ordeal.

It was excruciating. However, it was well worth it in the end. I had gained one point for both my strength and my dexterity by the time the 45 minutes were up, giving me a total of two points for my vitality.

And now, let me share a little-known fact with you regarding working out. It was all about 'damaging' your muscles so that they would heal and become stronger than what they were previously, and Gamer Body enabled me to cheat in this area.

Any harm that was done to my body would rapidly heal, which meant that I did not have to wait several days to witness the results of my physical exercise.

That was the reason for the rapid increase in my stat points. My body was practically mending the wounds and adjusting to its new environment as it did so. Even though I was getting stronger, I needed to continue to put in even more work into my training, but at least I could see the effects right away.

As Sun-Il would insist on saying over and over. Even if the Gamer ability is severely flawed, I wasn't going to complain about it.

After finishing what I had determined was going to be my regular daily workout (at least until further notice), I made a beeline for the front door of the home and hurriedly went inside.

Since there were already individuals moving around the street, I decided not to squander the opportunity and instead repeatedly used the Observe command on those folks.

Even though I didn't advance to a new level, I did manage to grind it quite a little. Just like any other game, as you get stronger, it will get increasingly difficult to level up, but I found that this made the game even more exciting.

As soon as I walked into the house, despite the fact that I was dripping with sweat, I had the urge to give Issei's mother a lighthearted hug. However, I refrained from doing so when she looked at me with the most menacing eyes I have ever seen in my life.

Detect Bloodlust even advanced by one level, and I was awarded a WIS point as a reward for not acting on that impulse. I suppose that picking that path was the most intelligent choice I have ever made in either of my lives.
