All eyes were fixed on Issei as he took a decisive step toward Sona, his gaze exuding a commanding presence. Unfazed, she maintained her composure and met his intense stare with an impassive expression. "Indeed, it was. I suggest you proceed to your class. It would be in your best interest not to make an enemy out of me. Keep your delinquent behavior confined to off-campus, if you please," she calmly advised.

"And what if I don't?" Issei countered, his tone tinged with defiance.

Sona responded with a piercing death glare, attempting to assert her authority. However, Issei remained unfazed, turning his back on her dismissively. "Sure thing, Buchou. You stay out of my way, and I'll stay out of yours."

As Issei continued his stride, a blond boy named Saji angrily called out to him, "Hey, asshole! You can't talk to the President like that! Get your ass back here and apologize!"

Saji's attempt to restrain Issei ended in a disastrous outcome. Issei swiftly seized Saji's wrist, exerting a vice-like grip that brought the blond boy to his knees, writhing in pain.

The surrounding onlookers gasped in shock, their eyes wide with apprehension. Issei's voice dripped with an eerie calmness as he issued a warning, his tone barely above a whisper. "Never lay your hands on me again, or you'll regret it," he uttered, his words laced with a palpable threat. With that, Issei released his grip, causing Saji to collapse to the ground, clutching his injured wrist.

Tsubaki voiced her concern to Sona, her voice tinged with worry. "Should we intervene or address his behavior?" she questioned, the uncertainty evident in her words, as everyone watched Issei walk away.

Sona's expression betrayed her concern as she leaned in closer to Tsubaki, her voice hushed. "Saji's vulnerability as a devil notwithstanding, an ordinary human shouldn't possess such strength over him. I had my suspicions about Hyoudou, but this is truly unexpected. We should consult Rias' peerage and gather information on him. It seems unlikely that he would allow any member of the student council to approach him without causing a scene."

As Issei strode away, he couldn't ignore the penetrating gaze of the onlookers. His effortless dominance over Saji only served to solidify his reputation, causing an uproar of gossip and curious stares from all directions.

Annoyance welled up inside Issei as he thought to himself, 'This is exactly what I expected. These spineless cowards need to stop staring at me. It's getting unbearable.' With a heavy sigh, he continued his walk until he reached his second-year classroom.

Upon entering, he found his teacher and classmates waiting for him. The teacher turned her stern gaze towards him and addressed him firmly, "Hyoudou-san?"

With a nonchalant tone, Issei replied, "Yeah…"

"You're late, but since it's the first day, I'll overlook it. Take your seat," she said, turning her attention back to the rest of the class.

As Issei settled into his corner seat by the window, his attention was drawn to the entrance of the classroom. Two girls walked in, exuding an undeniable aura of beauty, yet Issei's instincts immediately kicked in, sensing a potential threat.

The girls exchanged a few words with the teacher in hushed tones before she turned her gaze back to the class. "Well, it seems we have two new transfer students joining us this year. Please introduce yourselves, ladies," she announced.

One of the male students couldn't contain his disbelief, blurting out, "Two new transfers on the same day? That's insane! At least these two are attractive and not some arrogant pretty boys."

With a shaved head, the outspoken student engaged in a conversation with his bespectacled friend beside him, discussing the physical attributes of the newcomers. Issei acknowledged their banter on some level, but his detachment from their antics made him uninterested in engaging with the two class perverts.

The first to introduce herself was a girl with pale blue hair named Tiamat Draconis, hailing from Eastern Europe. Issei couldn't help but notice her apparent annoyance and aloofness towards the class, mirroring his own disposition. It intrigued him that she had no desire to come across as friendly or approachable.

Following her was a silver-haired girl named Valeria Drage, preferring to be addressed as Vali. Coming from northern Europe, she exuded a sense of authority and confidence, making her presence known.

"Wow, their Japanese is flawless," one of the girls in the class marveled, gazing in admiration at the two stunning transfer students.

The teacher instructed them to take the vacant seats next to Issei, pointing to the empty desks on his right.

As the two girls settled into their seats, their gazes immediately fixed upon Issei. Normally, he would have found such attention bothersome, but there was something intriguing about these girls that piqued his interest. It wasn't just their foreign backgrounds that set them apart from typical high school girls.

Despite his curiosity, Issei made a conscious decision to avoid looking at them for too long. He sensed that there was something otherworldly about them, perhaps non-human in nature. However, this fact held little significance to him, given his familiarity with detecting devils in the school. As long as he maintained a low profile, they would remain unaware of his true identity as a dragon.

During lunchtime, Issei's senses were alerted by a peculiar scent that filled the air. His mind immediately jumped to the presence of more devils in the school, causing him to wonder if the recently arrived transfer students were also devils.

As Issei purchased his lunch, he sought out a secluded spot on the rooftop where he could enjoy his meal in solitude. Lost in his own thoughts about his upcoming visit to see Great Red, he absentmindedly consumed his food. However, his moment of contemplation was interrupted when the pale blue-haired girl from his class approached him.

Issei was taken aback by her solitary presence, fueling his curiosity even further. He looked at her with a mix of confusion and intrigue as she stood there, sniffing the air. Breaking the silence, she uttered a perplexing statement, "You're not human... you're not a devil... you're not an angel... you don't smell like anything. What are you?"
