"C'mon, girls, let's go!" Riser said angrily as he walked over to his peerage and teleported away.

Once Riser and his peerage had left, the remaining devils in the room couldn't help but stare at Issei in disbelief.

After a short and awkward silence, Rias finally spoke up, her confusion evident, "You're willing to fight for me?"

"Not for you… I just really don't like that guy. So, when does this game start, anyway?" Issei asked nonchalantly.

"It's starting right now. If you're fighting for her, get in the teleportation circle, Hyoudou-san," Sona replied, and Rias' peerage all rose to their feet and moved towards a red circle. Issei joined them, and as they waited, their eyes were fixed on him with both curiosity and nervousness, eager to see what he would bring to the battle.

Upon being teleported to the Rating Game battleground, Rias' peerage turned to face her, awaiting her orders.

Before giving any commands, Rias addressed Issei, "Before anything else, I want to thank you for helping me, Hyoudou-san. Whatever your reasons are… I'm grateful."

"I wasn't lying when I said that guy is a piece of shit. I'd sooner marry your brother than respect Riser," Issei quipped as he casually took a seat on a nearby couch.

The battleground was a perfect replica of Kuoh Academy, with the Occult Research Club building serving as its centerpiece.

Curious about Issei's actions, Koneko couldn't help but ask, "Why did you say all those things to Riser? Were you trying to provoke him? He's already going to be a formidable opponent to defeat."

Issei simply shrugged and responded with a hint of sarcasm, "Yeah, I'm shaking in my boots. Trust me, I can handle him."

Koneko's concern was evident as she continued, "The way you were talking to him… it sounded like you didn't even take him seriously. Do you really believe you're a match for a high-class devil? I hope you weren't just talking big without any substance behind it."

"I'm soooo scared," cried an effeminate-looking boy, dressed in a girl's uniform.

Issei couldn't be bothered to wonder about the boy's identity or the reason behind his outfit.

"We need to pick off Riser's pieces slowly before we move in to engage his queen and… Hyoudou, where are you going?" Rias asked, concerned by Issei's sudden departure.

"I'm kind of busy today. Just going to speed things along so Sitri and I can get that paperwork done," Issei replied casually as he made his way to leave.

Akeno looked at Rias with confusion, "Is it okay for him to just go off on his own like that?"

"We're lucky he's here to help us at all. Let him do as he pleases. We'll work around his movements and pick off Riser's pieces," Rias explained. "Kiba, go scout around the gym and try to catch anyone who overextends near the main building. Koneko, take the path through the gym to draw them in. Akeno, wait until she gathers enough opponents inside, then destroy the building once Koneko gives you the signal she's fled. That should hopefully draw out Riser's queen. Kiba, if that happens, come back to me in case Riser sends his pieces directly for me."

"And what about you, Rias?" Akeno inquired.

"Gasper and I will stay further back," Rias replied. "Try to find Riser's queen as soon as you destroy the gym, Akeno. Also, take these orbs so we can communicate in the field."

Rias handed each of them small orb-like devices to put in their ears.

"Understood, Rias," Akeno responded, heading outside and taking to the air, her devil wings unfurling. In moments, her appearance transformed into that of a Miko.

Meanwhile, Issei calmly strolled across the field, his expression nonchalant.

As Koneko, Akeno, and Kiba moved to their respective positions outside, they each caught sight of Issei walking directly towards Riser's territory from their different vantage points.

"What's he doing?!" Koneko said, shaking her head in bewilderment before making her way into the gym.

High above the battleground, Akeno communicated through her earpiece, "Umm, Rias… Hyoudou is just walking straight towards them."

Rias' voice came through the magical communication device, "Just let him do his thing, Akeno… stick to the plan."

In the sky, Akeno spotted more than two-thirds of Riser's peerage moving in to intercept Issei. "Umm…okay, but it looks like they're going for him instead. Should I wait or go back him up?"

Before Akeno could receive a response from Rias, a sudden torrent of explosive fire magic caught her off guard, nearly blasting her out of the air. She quickly turned her head to see Riser's Queen, Yubelluna, flying towards her.

"Riser's queen is engaging me directly," Akeno reported back to Rias.

"Try to take her out, Akeno, but fall back if things get too dangerous. We can't afford to lose anyone!" Rias urged.

"This is Kiba… we have one knight and three pawns heading towards my position. I might be able to hold them off, but I'll need assistance," Kiba's voice chimed in.

"Koneko, go help Kiba," Rias ordered.

"But what about Hyoudou?" Koneko asked, expressing her concern.

"He'll be okay. Right now, Yuuto needs your support more. Go to him," Rias responded urgently.

"I'm on my way!" Koneko replied, swiftly heading towards Kiba's location to lend her aid.

As Issei continued walking, he glanced back and saw Akeno engaged in a fierce aerial battle with Yubelluna. Despite the action, Issei didn't manage to get any up-skirt glances, as a sudden loud thud drew his attention forward.

Ahead, a group of girls had blocked his path, led by the one who bore a resemblance to Chun Li. She shook her head disbelievingly and questioned him, "Are you stupid or something?! Do you really think you can just walk right through us to get to Riser-sama?"

Issei replied nonchalantly, "Yeah, I do," and simply kept walking.

Enraged, the rook charged at him, unleashing a series of powerful flaming kicks. However, Issei effortlessly blocked each attack, much to her annoyance.
