DxD: Return of the Morning-Star

abandoning stories = my specialty... so I decided to write this One-Shot just so I could have the satisfaction of properly finishing at least one story...

if you haven't noticed by now, the mc is the original Lucifer who is both OP as hell and a woman (technically genderless but you get the point) and her love interests (if she would have any) would be women as well...

Lucifer the Morning-Star, "The Devil", "The King of Hell", "The Pince of Darkness", "The Lord of Pride", and countless other titles that painted the being to whom they were attached as two things: Evil Incarnate and a Male (surprisingly enough). Not so surprising considering the ones who came up with nearly all of those titles, was a certain institute who used Lucifer's life as religious propaganda, so they could sell their religion to even more people...

After all the only thing the common masses like more than an almighty God to worship, is a benevolent Hero who always saves the day... And what is a hero without a villain to beat? So naturally for God to be the most beloved he needed to be the "Greatest of all Heroes", and as such his "villain" needed to be the most "Sinister of All".

3rd PoV | The Underworld, Devil Territory, Lucifaad

At the center of the former capital of the Devil Faction, and former territory of the now fallen royal Lucifer clan, are the ruins of a once magnificent castle that used to be the seat of power of the "King" of Devils. One of the most important historical landmarks of the devil faction, and unknown to nearly all beings in existence the last resting place of the castle's original owner.

For years since the death of Lucifer, her grave was left undisturbed and not even the chaotic battles of the civil war which took part in Lucifaad affected it in the least. But now, for the first time in the hundreds of years since it was made, the grave has been disturbed, and the reason for that was none other than its sole resident - Lucifer herself.

The chamber shook violently, and cracking noises could be heard all over, things went as such for several hours until suddenly the shaking suddenly stopped. Though if one were to observe the chamber, they would find that two things had changed within the chamber - the first being that countless cracks spread all over, all of which originating from the sole tomb at the center; and the second being that the tomb for the first time in centuries is now empty.

3rd Pov | Earth, Japan, Kouh, Kouh Academy

At the student council room in Kouh Academy, a prestigious school that originally was for girls only thought recently it became co-ed, the leaders of the three biblical factions (and their entourage) were currently discussing the prospect of officially ending the "Great War", and bringing the three of their factions into peaceful co-existence as neither could afford any more lost of lives.

From the Angel Faction came the archangels Michael and Gabriel, alongside several high ranking members of the clergy ; from the Fallen Angel Faction came the Governor General Azazel and the Cade Baraqiel, accompanied by the Grigori's elite unite "Slash/Dog" ; and from the Devil Faction came Satan Sirzechs "Lucifer" and Satan Serafall "Leviathan", accompanied by the "Ultimate Queen" Grayfia Lucifuge.

Also present are the two "Kings" of the city and their 'peerages', the welder of the holy sword "Excalibur mimic", and the "White Dragon Emperor".

Things were going quite smoothly, if one were to disregard the fact that they were interrupted by a terrorist attacks of rouge magicians led by one of the last descendants of the Original Satan, Leviathan, who was currently losing her battle against the Azazel even after enhancing her powers to a level on par with her ancestor.

As the Leviathan descendant realized she has no chance against the fallen, and so in a desperate attempt she attempted to suicide while taking Azazel down with her but alas that too failed, as Azazel cut down his hand that she wrapped her own hands around.

Azazel decided to finish the battle by throwing his light-based bident at the Leviathan Descendant's head, but before it could hit it's mark it was stopped by a pale white petite hand that upon seeing the person to whom the hand was connected to he started shaking in utter fear and stuttered

"H-How can you be alive?! You should be dead! So how can you be here, LUCIFER?!"

If it wasn't for the golden dragon-like armor that covered his body, one could see a ghostly pale Azazel with cold sweat running across him as he looked at the petite girl who effortlessly stopped his attack.

A petite pale white girl, dressed in a black and white "virgin killer" outfit, with flowing long silver hair, golden slit eyes with red hue, 12 gigantic pitch-black devil wings that made his own look tiny in comparison, and a metallic crown-like semi-circle floating above her head that appeared to be melting in some areas and burned in others.

The girl didn't answer she simply looked at him with cold emotionless eyes as she twirled the bident in her hands, which kept on glowing brighter and brighter the longer it was in her hands, and then thrown it back at Azazel who without a second thought got as further away as he could from the bident's trajectory.

The girl on the other hand just kept on looking at him with her cold eyes, and in an instant she disappeared from her former position and reappeared before him while grabbing him by his throats, she then opened her mouth and said with a melodic voice:

"Have you forgotten Azazel, only I am allowed to claim the life of Devils for all Devils belong to me! And especially those who have the blood of my bitch running through their veins"

as she finished saying that to Azazel she throw him down to the ground with immense force, as evident by how not only his protective armor shattered but he also end up at the bottom of a massive crater.

the girl, Lucifer, then turned herself towards the broken building where the majority of the other people still were and spoke once more:

"well, well, well, what do we have here? the foolish pigeons who chose slavery when I offered freedom, the arrogant crows who refused to join me only to suffer the same fate as I had, and the descendants of my creations how now spit on my legacy by colluding with my enemies instead of crashing them... and let's not forget about my descendant who have a lowly human blood in his veins and uses the power of a lizard of all things."

Lucifer said and with every sentence her tone got colder and harsher and her eyes glowed brighter with fury, and on top of it all an immensely powerful and oppressive aura was unleashed more and more which only made the others more and more terrified as they never felt something like this before, and even Sirzechs who is hailed as the Strongest Devil couldn't help but fearfully wonder just how real were those claims.

"I am beyond disappointed, no I am disgusted! And as such I, Lucifer the Morning-Star, The Queen and Mother of all Devils and Empress of the Underworld, hereby declare that in one year time I shall destroy this disgusting world of lies and hypocrisy and anyone who shall try to stop shall end up dead!"

and so with a massive swirling pillar of demonic crimson and black flames, The Devil disappeared after swearing to destroy the whole world in a year.
