Veldora laughed out loud as he playfully swung Durandal around "Durandal joins the club. We are really starting to gather some rare artifacts and gears. Firstly, Valeries Seraphat Grail. Excalibur Ruler. Vritra Gears. Then Meredith and The Hero Faction gears. Now Durandal. And we are on our way to get the remaining Excalibur Pieces. Isaiah, you are one badass collector. Maybe I should start collecting something." "Veldora..You are already collecting manga in your room"Misaki just shook her head at Veldora's forgetfulness
"Ahh. Right. Does that count? Manga is not a hobby is a way of life" Veldora says seriously
Dino coughed into his fist "*Cough* Weeb"
"What did you say you lazy bastard" Veldora raised Durandal above Dino
"Hmm?""
Me and Kurama look into the distance. Our Senjutsu caught
Veldora quickly dropped the sword "I smell a Cat. THe same one that attacked us last time"
"Kuroka is here? Duke go Fetch her"
Deucalion comes out of my shadow
"Gl..ad..ly" (Gladly) Deucalion said with some difficulties
The girls stared at him blankly for a few seconds before they went wild and started to scream "Duke can talk?" Misaka said in surprise
"OmgOmgOmg" Meredith looked like she was having a panic attack from the 'cuteness'
"Duke-chan is talking" Asia started to pet his head.
While Valerie was scratching his chin "Good boy"
Duke sat down and started to enjoy the petting.
"You can pet him later. Duke go get Kuroka" I threw an Acceleration Sword at him. Duke started to grow in size. He was twice as tall as me. He let it fall on his back, but instead of piercing his body, it fused with him. Duke glowed green and he was gone.
~15 minutes later
A bloodied Deucalion was carrying a bloodied Kuroka by the sash of her kimono.
"Heal them both. Great job Duke."I threw him a whole cow.
"A5 Wagyu. Just as promised" Valerie and Asia instantly Healed Duke and Kuroka.
"Veldora if you would be so kind" Veldora just grinned, pointed his finger at Kuroka and used his special lightning. It was the weakest charge he could do but the lighting has special effects
Bzzzzz
"NYAAA!" Kuroka jumped up like a cat and instantly entered Combat Mode or she tried.
"HA? Why am I so slow?" Kuroka glared at all of us, but then paled as she realized who we were
"You again. That Hell Hound belongs to you!" She pointed at Duke who was getting pampered by the girls
"AHAHAHA. My Lighting has some special elements. It does the usual damage a lighting attack does. But mine lingers for longer. Staying inside the enemy. Making it harder to move and gather their power. I'm quite proud of that" Veldora puffed out his chest.
His mother thought him that. You can't just invent a skill like that this quickly. She perfected it over her life and passed it down to Veldora.
"What are you doing here Kuroka?" I don't have time for any bullshit. If Vali is coming at me again I'm killing him.
"I'm here for Shirone~nya. A psychotic warmongering Cadre is about to blow this town sky high. I'm getting my sister out of here. Let me go-Nya" She glared at us.
I turned to Kurama. I think she is telling the truth, based on my own Senjutsu and her personality from the Original Story.
Kurama looked at me and nodded 'It's true'
Then there is no reason to stop her.
"You are free to go. I suggest you leave quickly."
"You are letting me go?-nya. Just like that?" Kuroka looked at us with a shocked expression
"I don't particularly want Koneko dead, so you are free to do whatever you want" I wave her off
"Hmm. That's surprisingly nice coming from the guy that almost killed Vali. Now that I get a good look at you. You are pretty handsome. Say how about we make some kittens~nya" Kuroka said seductively
*PFFFFF* *Cough Cough* "WHAT!?"
Dino was yawning when Kuroka made her offer so he started to choke on his own spit
Valerie started to glare at Kuroka. Asia and Misaki as well. But it was not as serious. Interesting.
"I refuse. You are a beautiful woman Kuroka. But I don't trust you."
She opened her mouth to explain herself but I cut her off
" Your team came with the intention of harming me. You are just a bunch of idiotic delinquents who want attention. Following Vali is going to get you all killed. Because I know that he plans to fight me again. And the next time he does. I won't spare his life. I don't know if it's even smart to let you take Koneko. Maybe I should take her instead"
I know that Vali recruited his team in order to battle his grandfather, Rizevim Livan Lucifer. As such, he did not recruit Sacred Gear users into his team, as Rizevim has the [Sacred Gear Canceler].
But he pissed me off. So splitting apart his group sounds fair.
Kuroka jumped like a cat whose tales have been stepped on "I won't let you have Shirone!"
"Well, it will be her choice. But she hates you more than she hates me so.." My words cause Kuroka to flinch
I fell bad for doing this. I mean, manipulating her using her sister. That's low even for me. Nice new Devil milestone. It will be interesting to see where this goes.
"Good luck Kuroka. If you arent is careful. Koneko will hate you for life" Now I just put in her worst fear in her head. She will be less impulsive about kidnaping Koneko
~ A few hours later. Meeting the Gremories.
"Everybody. We have tracked Freed down to the Abandoned Church. Sona is already gathering her peerage." Rias stood in front of her peerage
"So we are getting involved after all?" Gasper asked with his arms crossed
"Well they are acting in our territory without permission" Akeno explains
"Doesn't matter. I will do whatever Buchou wants" Issei pumped his fist
"My cute servants. I order you to come back alive. So we can come back to school and study together" Rias smiled brightly at her servants.
"Still as dramatic as ever aren't you Rias" They all hear a voice above them. They all look up to see a blond-haired man slowly descended from the sky
""..yuuto-senpai?.."" Gasper and Koneko muttered in disbelief
""Yuuto?"" "Kiba?" Rias, Akeno and Issei were also shocked
"Yo, I would say it's good to see you again. But I would be lying. Naturally, Gasper and Koneko are excluded from that"
"Yuuto-senpai!" Tears started to fall from Gasper's eyes as he appeared in front of Isaiah and hugged him
"Good to see you again Gasper. You got Stronger and Manlier. About damn time" And it's Isaiah now" he patted Gasper on the shoulders, but his words made Gasper cry harder
"Yuuto...Isaiah-senpai.." Koneko walked slowly and stopped a few meters from Isaiah
"Hey, Koneko. How are you doing? You certainly grew up" Isaiah asked gently and teased her about her increased bust, but he was interrupted
"Yuuto why are you here? Why have you come here alone? I heard news that you were on some team" Rias says solemnly. She was still holding a grudge for Isaiah leaving
"Alone? Why ever said that I came alone" Isaiah smirked at her
Whoosh x7
Seven figures surrounded them. Each of them let out an Aura that is stronger than them
Rias and Co started to panic, well except Issei. He started creeping on the girls
"Uhooo! So many pretty girls. A short blond beauty." Asia just looked at him with a disgusted expression
" A pretty Vampire Nee-san with platinum blond hair. A gorgeous alburn-haired girl! " Valerie ignored his existence and Meredith was about to Skewer him with her nails
And.. eh... Ayuzawa-senpai.. from the kendo club" Isseis's voice got lower and lower after he spotted Misaki
"Hyoudou. Still a perverted scumbag I see. Looks like somebody wants another beating" Misaki raised her first as a fire-like aura engulfed her, scaring the hell out of Issei, making him hide behind Akeno
"Ara Ara. Is someone bullying our cute kohai" Akeno put her palm on her cheek
[Partner you are the Red Dragon Emperor. Why are you hiding behind a woman's skirt?!] Ddraig yelled out
[Hahaha. Long time no see Ddraig. You have an 'interesting' host] Vritra appeared on Dino's wrist. He was clearly making fun of Issei
[That voice, this energy. Vritra? How is this possible? I thought you were split into four] Ddraig says in disbelief
[ The leader of this group is a resourceful man. Here's a friendly tip Ddraig. Dragon to Dragon. Don't piss him off. That's all I can say] Vritra says seriously and pulled back, vanishing from Dino's wrist
"Oii what do you mean!" Issei yelled out. But Vritra wasn't there to answer
When the Dragons start talking, everybody was finally able to see each other. Both groups started to measure each other
"Hey pervert if you don't stop ogling at us I'll gouge out your eyes. Then I will nailgun your dick to a tree" Meredith threatened Issei, and she was serious about it
"Who are you to threaten my ser-" Rias started to rant but she was interupted
"Big Sis Valerie?" Gasper asked with a shaky voice. Not believing what he was seeing. As if the woman in front of him is an illusion.
"Gasper. You grew up. I'm so glad you are okay" the usually quiet Valerie started to cry
"Big Sis!!" Gasper dived in her embrace, back to the older girl who protected and treated him like a younger brother
"..How?.." Gasper asked while tears were falling from his face
"They didn't kill me. I was imprisoned for years. Until Isaiah saved me" Valerie said in a gentle tone as she looked at Isaiah with a gaze full of admiration and affection
Koneko was looking at Valerie and Gasper with a complicated expression. Isaiah kneeled down to her and patted her head. "I know you are jealous of Gasper. There is no need to hide it."
"I am-"Koneko tried to explain it but Isaiah didn't let her
"Don't deny it. You miss your sister. It's natural."
Koneko drops her head down. "My sister is a criminal. She killed our master by going crazy from Senjutsu"
Isaiah just smiled 'I can feel Kuroka's emotions through Senjutsu. She was far away. But still able to pick up on our conversation. She really is quite skilled at things like this.'
"Did she? Are you sure? Did you see her go crazy or was it something that you were told? Does what she did sound like something your sister would do? What if she had no other choice?" Isaiah kept pushing, dropping little hits, making Koneko rethink all she knew so far
Koneko's body shook" What do you mean?" She said in a quivering voice
"I'll tell you everything after I deal with a few deranged priests." Isaiah stood up and started walking away, before suddenly stopping and looking back on the Gremory group
"Rias I suggest you and Sona back off. This is way above your league. My targets are the priests. If Kokabeil is still dead set on fighting us then I'll take him on. But if he just wants to kill you. I just might let him. Gasper and Koneko are excluded of course."
"Bye Gaa-kun. I'll talk to you later" Valerie let go of the crying Gasper
Whoosh!
Their entire group disappeared using only their speed. In the eyes of the Gremory group. They vanished into thin air.
Akeno bit her lip "Rias what do we do? I already asked for reinforcements from Lucifer-sama. Tsubaki did the same on her side."
Rias looked outraged but Akeno stopped her from talking " It's our duty as Queens to make the right call when you don't. We stand no chance against Kokabiel. Before we could only wait for them to come. But with Isaiah and his group here. The situation has changed. So what is your decision"
Rias just stood there with a thoughtful look on her face "We follow them. This is my territory. We can not be allowed to look weak here. I'm sure Sona will make the same call. Plus it's obvious that the best chance we have is to go with them. Safety in numbers. We could stall for time a lot longer that way"
Rias's group nodded and followed her to the Abandoned Church.
