50 Aftermath
First of all sr about the last chap. Didn't know fonts did that. I was so happy when they worked. It turned out they didn't. Second of all, I bring good and bad news. which only affects me.
Good news. The stupid virus is gone, and I'm feeling great.
Bad news I did a blood test just in case... The results weren't that good. I got some problems with my Liver and Thyroid Glands(if I understood correctly). It's not permanent, but it is on the edge of becoming a permanent problem.
That means no Alchohol (I dont even drink that much). No fizzy drinks (Cola, a lot, guilty as charged), No fatty food. A lot more vegetables and fruits, Green Tea and some home remedies.. which sound disgusting for example a spoonful of Olive Oil and Lemon Juice. A shot each morning. Oh and I will have to be A LOT more active. Normally, I don't have a lot of time in my day , coz of work and shit I have to do. Everything else is writing. Now I gotta squeeze in an hour and a half of exercise.
Yep... Dark times are ahead xD

"A Cadre... Just like that" Sona mumbled to herself, all the devils nodded as well, not fully believing the scene in front of them
"Finally~ The idiotic warmonger died. Banzai~" Dino yelled out in a lazy but happy tone
"Seriously? Now?" Meredith facepalmed for the umpteenth time
"What? You are not the one who was forced to listen to him while he was sprouting bullshit to the younger Fallen. He was doing it for years. I wanted to kill him ever since then."
"Never change Dino." Kurama shook his head at the laying Dino "But still. Excalibur is as impressive as the legends say. I have never seen so much Holy Power in one place. But then again I haven't met any Angels as well so I don't really have anything to compare it to."
"I have. But still only Commander-Level Angels. Excalibur dwarfs them in terms of Holy Power. I never thought of this before but is there a level of Purity? About the Holy Power, I mean?
Like I would assume God's Holy Light is a lot stronger than everything else. And when Michael took his place his wings turned Golden. So his Holy Power should have gotten stronger" Isaiah mused out loud
"Probably. I mean my sacred gear definitely has more 'pure' Holy Power compared to some Angels" Meredith nodded along
" Meh, we will see that for ourselves when the angels come after us. We have Excalibur and Durandal. They won't allow that to happen. I'm quite looking forward to it" Veldora grinned
"That was very impressive" Sona spoke up before walking closer to us but she was still wary of the Excalibur in my hands. Rias and Co was behind her
"Impressive? It was awesome!" Gasper said enthusiastically making Valerie chuckle as she came near him and started patting his head
"Yeah dude. That was crazy" Issei said while scratching the back of his head in embarrassment. He was the Red Dagon Emperor yet he was completely useless here
"Man that sword is just creepy" Saji pointed at Excalibur with a bit of fear.
"Really then what about these" Meredith made some Holy Nails, making Saji back away in a hurry, which made her laugh
"Meredith play nice" I lightly scolded but I was hiding my laughter
"What do you plan on doing now Yu-Isaiah" Rias quickly corrected herself
"Probably stay here for a few days. Misaki can visit her friends and Valerie can spend some time with Gasper" I explain while looking at their peerage. But my tone made it obvious 'Do you have a problem with that?'
" Very Well. Now if you will excuse me I have to go inform my sister. Then I have to start the repairs on the damaged areas." Sona massaged the bridge of her nose as she picked up her phone. She was not looking forward to this call
"Rias-buchou. I would like to go and spend time with Valerie and Isaiah-senpai" Gasper said, but it was more like he was telling rather than asking
"I need to speak with Isaiah as well. He promised he would give me some information" Koneko added
Rias looked conflicted for a moment before nodding "All right. But I want you back home before 12"
Koneko and Gasper noded
Sona then started walking back
"I LOVE YOU SONA-TAN-*Beep*" Sona tapped her phone hard and ended the call. It was obvious that she was stressed out
"Sighh.." She sighed out, took a deep breath and recomposed
"My sister will send the repair team shortly. She also informed me to tell you to stick around. Which I assume won't be a problem since you already planned to do so. Apparently, there will be a meeting to deal with this mess" Sona said stoically. Her poker face was perfect
" We will be here for a few days. Any more than that isn't an option. She can send me an invite to the meeting. And if the time and location are acceptable. I will consider coming. After all, Serafall has no power over me. I am not a part of your faction"
They both had nothing to say to that.
"Very well. I will inform Satan Leviathan of your decision. Goodbye"
Sona and her peerage teleported away.
Rias, Akeno and Issei moved together so that they can teleport.
"Remember 12 O'clock!" "Ufufu" "Have fun"
And they all teleported away
Now that they were goneXenovia and Irina walked toward my group. They were still injured and were looking at Excalibur with awe. But you could see they were shaken up by God's death
"What will you two do now" I looked at them, and they flinched a bit when they heard me
Irina opened her mouth and then closed it. Unsure of what to say ".. I don't really know.."
"I have lived my whole life. Believing my lord's teachings. God was everything to me. I don't know what I'm going to do from now on" Xenovia was looking at the ground with a dead look in her eyes
"Contact your superiors. Tell them what happened. Just know that you two have a place here if you want it." They looked shocked by my offer
Like hell, I'm going to lose this opportunity. Both have pretty good potential. Xenovia obviously more. But I would love to have them on the team.
"I.. Thank you for the offer. We will be leaving now" Xenovia took Irina's hand and started 'guiding' her away. She was hit more heavily by the news.
~Koneko and Kuroka.
Koneko walked to me and stopped "You said you would tell me the truth about my sister"
I nod to her. " I did"
I quickly make a sword and stab it in the ground.
A barrier surrounded us. It blurred our bodies and our voices. To prevent eavesdropping
"We can't be overheard now." Well, that's what Koneko thinks. I made sure Kuroka can still hear us
Koneko nodded "Can you explain now?"
"Well first of all your sister didn't go crazy. The only reason you believe that, is because you don't have a proper Senjutsu teacher"
"What do you mean?" Koneko frowns at me
"I have started learning Senjutsu. What your sister was described as was commonly known to go berserk when you take in Raw Nature KI. But thats it. There is no going back after that. Yet somehow your sister was able to take you and leave you with some very powerful people before running away" I kept talking as Koneko slowly came to the realization
"But I was sentenced to death. Maou Lucifer saved me. The Gremory family saved me" She said in a shaky voice
"No. That was the deal that Kuroka made with them in the first place. She would be branded as a Stray Devil to protect you. Everything else was Theatrics to make the devils look good"
Which was so messed up. But. well they are devils. Not like you can expect anything else from them. They might look human. But on the inside, they are completely different.
"My sister wasn't crazy?" Tears started to fall down her cheeks. She wasn't the only one, Kuraka 's emotions were all over the place
"No. She was fully aware of her actions. Now what does that tell you? Why would your kind big sister do such a thing?" Koneko looked down at the ground. Desperately going back to all the memories she avoided for years
"But our master. He was kind and nice.. "
"The House of Naberius is one of the worst houses in the Devil Faction. They are scum who experiment on anything they can get their hands on to make Super Devils. They were the ones who experimented on your sister, that's why she is so much stronger than ordinary devils, even if you exclude her Nekomata abilities.
She endured the experiments for your sake. So long as they didn't touch you. She endured for all the time you were there. Util they broke their promise and were about to start experimenting on you. Kuroka learned of this and quickly killed everybody to prevent them from harming you. She did it for you."
Koneko was sobbing loudly as she clutched on my shirt. I imagine Kuroka was crying as well.
"But.. she left me.."
"She was 13... Still barely a teenager. She had just killed the head of the Naberius Family, she knew that she would be branded as a Stray Devil and hunted down.
She wouldn't have been able to keep you safe while on the run. But she trusted the wrong people. The Devils were supposed to tell you the truth. But why would they do that when there is nothing in it for them? It's just pure luck they didn't find this" I point at her hair clips.
"My hair clips?" Koneko took them off. In her palm were 2 black cat-themed hairclips
"Digital Sword" I call out a sword. It looked like something that came out of a quirky game. There were LED lights all over it and different kinds of Ports.
"This Sword was a bitch to make. I actually needed computer software knowledge to make it."
I take her hair clips and plug them in. From the middle of the sword, a Holographic screen appeared.
Both of us spent a few moments speed-reading the important parts.
*Thud*
Koneko fell on her knees. Tears streaming down her face
"Nee-san.. I need to go get Nee-san.. I need to apologize. Senpai.. please help me" She grabbed my shirt and she begged me with her golden eyes filled with tears.
I grin at her. "Good. Coz your sisters is already here"
"Huh?" She looked at me with an adorable confused face.
I pick her up. I could sense that Kuroka was panicking and preparing to run away. Nope~
*Whoosh*
I appear in front of Kuroka as she turned around to run away. She was a mess. Her eyes were red and puffy from all the crying matching Koneko's. Her Kimono that shows off her large bust was slipping. She usually uses her sex appeal to distract her enemies.
"Hello, Kuroka. Fancy meeting you here" I grin at her
"Sniff. You are a special kind of bastard, you know that~nya?" She glared at me, but there was no hate in her eyes. She was confused about why I am 'helping' her
She turned to Koneko. Her eyes changed to pure affection "Shirone.. I missed yo="
"NEE-SAN!!" Koneko dived into Kuroka who quickly caught her. She buried her head in Kuroka's chest. Both sisters started to cry. They were imprinting this moment in their memories. The scent and the aura of the sister they both desperately missed for years.
"I will be sending you to my apartment. Go and catch up with each other" I made a Warp Sword and pushed it into their hands. They both teleported away.
An hour later I returned to the apartment to find both sisters sleeping together on the bed. They were both hugging each other as they slept with a smile.
~ Gasper Pov
Koneko finally found her sister. And so did I.
"Big Sis. Tell me everything" I gathered up as much courage to ask her that.
Big Sis's smile dropped
"After helping you escape. They threw me in a cage. And put me in the deepest place in the castle."
Tears were already gathering in my eyes.
"They starved me. Only giving me enough food so that I don't die. And they gave me blood each time they forced me to use my Sacred Gear. The little energy the blood gave me I lost when I used the Gear"
*Drip. Drip*
It just isn't fair. While I was feeling sorry for myself. Locked up in my room. Big Sis was suffering all alone.
"Don't cry, Gasper. This is the world we live in. I had lost hope until he came"
"Isaiah-senpai. How did they save you?" They never told me
"I was unconscious after using my Sacred Gear, but Isaiah and Kurama attacked the convoy that was transporting me. They killed everyone and rescued me. Healed me up and fixed the problem with my gear. And for that. I will be eternally grateful to him"
She is truly happy there. But there is more.
"You like Senpai don't you"
Sis quickly looked away. But the tiny blush on her pale cheeks is the proof.
This is Great!
If two of the most important people in my life were to get together. I would be happy and satisfied with life. They deserve happiness. Senpai was like a brother to me.
"I'm happy for you"
I truly am. I'm about to cry from happiness
"Gaa-kun. Are you happy there?"
Rias's peerage huh..
"Honestly no. I am grateful that she took me in. But after Senpai left. Everything turned bland. Rias and Akeno are still playing high-school girl. Koneko was sad most of the time and I just kept training. But it's not like I can run away. I'm not strong enough for it" Still pathetic and weak. But not for long. I'll train hard and run away when the time is right
"Do you want to join us?"
Big Sis's words made me freeze. Come with them..
"But I'm weak. You are all strong. I will just hold you back.."
Sis only put her palm on my cheek
"Misaka was just an ordinary human a few days ago. I was just a weakling with a Longinus. We train hard each day. That is why we are strong."
I have never heard her talk with such conviction
"You can be strong Gasper. And Isaiah can free and protect you from the Gremories. What do you think Gaa-kun? Want to go on an adventure with us?"

~ MC POV. Koneko and Kuroka wake up
Lying on the bed were Kuroka and Koneko. But Knoeko had her cat ears and tail out. Looks like the trauma is gone
"Wake up sleepy heads" I turned on the lights and shook the bed lightly
"Mmm, five more minutes~nyaa" Koneko buried her face deeper in Kuroka's chest. Trying to keep the light away from her eyes
"Bikou... Turn off the lights or I'll castrate you, you stupid monkey" Kuroka put a pillow over her face
Hmmm. Modern problems require modern solutions.
I grab the frame of the bed and flip it over.
"Nyaa!"
"What the hell!"

"Good now that you are awake. We need to talk"
Both Kuroka and Koneko looked at me and then at each other. Memories from a few hours ago surfaced
"Nee-san!" Koneko happily hugged her sister again. Both of them had silly grins on their faces.
"I'm happy for you. For the both of you. But we really need to talk. Everybody is gathered in the living room. Join us when you are dressed properly."
"Huh what do you mean~nyaa?" Kuroka tilted her head
I just point at her chest. Her kimono was open. Her chest was in plain view. It was probably undone while they were sleeping.
Koneko only had a shirt and her underwear on. Most likely she woke up and took them off out of habit while she was still half asleep.
Both of them hurriedly covered themselves up. "Senpai. Ecchi"
"Hahaha. Like what you see~nyaa?" Kuroka pushed up her covered chest. Showing her cleavage.
"Yes. Very much so. Now stop wasting time and get ready" I exited the room and went to the living room. Where everyone was waiting
A few moments later Koneko and Kuroka arrived. Even though I told them everyone was here. They still froze.
Are we that intimidating?
"HaHa. Sorry. It's just seeing you lined up like this, that makes me realy remember that you aren't just a group of four that I saw last time. Now each of you are dangerous in your own way" Kuroka smiled as she and Koneko walked nearer
"Koneko-chan about time that you woke up. I like the new look" Gasper gave her his innocent and honest opinion. But he wasn't just talking about her ears and tail
"Same here Gaa-kun. You look happier. It suits you" Koneko smiled back at him
"Now before I start, I have some questions. Kuroka what do you plan on doing now? I know you are a part of Khaos Bridge. I'm curious about your next move"
Kuroka froze up when she heard Khaos, but quickly relaxed
"Khaos Brigade?" Koneko tilted her head in confusion. And she wasn't the only one
"Oh yeah. I forgot to mention this to the new members. There is a terrorist group made up of different factions. Old Devil Faction.
Hero Faction, led by Cao Cao. We already killed their executives"
Qlippoth Faction led directly by Razeviem Lucifer and Nilrem a bunch of magicians led by Euclid Lucifuge."
Kuroka sighed "I'm not even going to ask how you know all that. But yeah I'm a part of it" Kuroka closed her eyes as if waiting for something.
What is this stupid cat thinking of? Does she think we will judge her and throw her away?
"I think you misunderstood something."
Kuroka opened her eyes again and looked at me
"I don't blame you for joining them. You are all alone and needed protection from a group. It was a good and logical choice at the time. The question is what will you do now"
Kuroka smiled gratefully for not judging her
"Thank you.. Honestly, I don't know. All I have ever wanted was to be with my sister." She hugged Koneko
"I joined Vali's team because I thought I'd have more success with allies by my side"
"Me too." Koneko spoke up as she hugged Kuroka back "Even though I thought you were crazy and a criminal. I still missed you and wanted you back. I don't want to separate from you. But I won't join terrorists"
I cut in "That and Vali is more likely to get you all killed." Kuroka was about to speak up for her current friends/allies
"I know his goal is to get revenge on his grandfather Razeveim. But you are seriously underestimating him. Besides the fact that the man is a super Devil. A being that Transcended his race. He also has developed an ability. Sacred Gear Canceler.
He can nullify nearly all Sacred Gear abilities and powers enhanced by using them, with a single touch. I beat Vali before he could even touch me. How do you think he will fare against him, without Albion"
Kuroka paled. Realizing the bullet that she just dodged. Even with all their plans about Fenrir and Gogmagog. Without Divine Dividing. They stood no chance.
"It will be a slaughter." Dino surprisingly spoke up
"How do you know this? I wasn't going to pry. Everybody has their own secrets. But this is way too much-classified information" Kurama asked curiously
"I'm a seer. I get glimpses of the past, present and future. But they are too random. The rest of the information I gathered by researching the stuff I 'saw'"

"Sorry Isiah but they do have a point" Veldora agreed with her
"Just how ridiculous can you get" Dino shook his head
"Hmm on one hand that totally isn't fair. But on the other, our group has a much bigger chance at surviving this world with it" Asia was moving her hands like a scale

"I want to stay with you and take care of those that ruined our lives. Please stay with me. I don't want to go back to Rias. Senpai was always nice to me and he was the one who reunited us. I want to stay with them" Koneko who was in Kuroka's embrace looked up to see her eyes
Kuroka's ears dropped a bit as she was considering all her options
"Fine. I'll do it. I never want to separate from Shirnoe again. I'll join you guys. But her safety is my number one concern."
"We can agree to that" I look at the others and they all give a nod along with a smile
"Great. I'll need to leave to tie up some loose ends and quit Vali's group. But that's it" Kuroka said happily as she hugged Koneko even harder
I stood up from my seat"Well now that we have some new members. There is only one thing to do. Let's party!"
~ (Decided to leave Koneko and Gasper leaving for the Alliance Chapter. Rias flashback. I think that would be fun)

Me and Xenovia were sitting in a cafe bar in town
"Well, how did it go? Not well judging by your expression"
She looked like shit. Her face was pale and here were dark circles under her eyes.
"Heh. I talked to the Church. Me and Irina are branded as Heretics. The official reason is that we colluded with the devils. "
Well, that was obvious. They did learn one of the most important secret that Heaven has desperately been trying to keep hidden. Not just heaven. The 3 factions as well. God's existence was the only thing preventing the other pantheons from attacking.
After all, he was an asshole who stole loads of materials and souls to build his Sacred Gears.
"What will you and Irina do now?"
Xenovia looks down on her cup " Now that god is dead. My life is as good as over. The church members she talked to looked down on her with disgust. That hurt the most I think.
Irina was devastated. She was completely broken. She decided to go with Hyoudou. So there is a chance that she will become a devil. As for me. I'm hoping that your offer still stands."
I push down the giddy feeling in my chest
"I would gladly welcome you. But I'm curious why didn't you become a devil?"
Xenovia smiled slightly at that "I did consider it. But then I thought of Aisa Argento. She was a Holy Maiden that was exiled. Yet she stayed strong. She as a frail girl, who could only heal people kept pushing forward.
If it wasn't for my meeting with her I might have become a devil out of sheer desperation. I would like to meet her, to apologize to her. To tell her that she was right and that her words saved me from committing a foolish mistake"

I smile lightly "Well then. Looks like talking to Asia will be first on the list. Because I doubt you would want to stay if she hates you"
I pick up my phone and call Asia
"What are you doing?" Xenovia was caught off guard by this
"Yes?" Asia's voice was heard over the phone
"Asia it's me. I'm here with Xenovia. Do you have anything against her joining our group"
Asia went quiet
Xenovia held her breath. Waiting for Asia to reply
"No. I have no reason to. I can't exactly blame a brainwashed and manipulated person. After all I was just like her before you found me. I might not be friendly with her. But I have no problem with her being on the team"
"Haaaaa" Xenovia let go of the air she kept trapped in her chest
"Asia.. Thank You. I deeply apologize for my behavior towards you. I promise I will make it up to you" Xenovia says as sincerely as possible
" I see... In any case, welcome to the team. We will see each other soon" Asia cuts the call
Xenovia looks at me with a worried expression "Did I make her mad?"
"Nope~ You embarrassed her. Good going by the way. She never expected anything back. So you scored yourself some goodwill there"
"Oh thank God" Xenovia lets out a relieved sigh before frowning
"That will take some time to forget. Force of habit"
I chuckle at her "Don't worry about that. It's just an expression. Even if he is dead. It doesn't mean you have to stop using that word. Hell even I use them. Mostly because I find it hilarious. A devil like myself saying Oh my God. Cracks me up every time" I started to laugh at me own joke
"Well, I'm hungry. I'm going to order some food. Then we can go back to my group's base. You hungry?"
"Yes actually" Xenovia said with a thoughtful look on her face
"Good order anything you would like. My treat."
She looks at the menu and then at me with an awkward expression "Are you sure... Due to my training, I can eat quite a lot. I don't want to cause you any problems"
"Don't worry about it and just enjoy yourself. I got more than enough money for stuff like this. And you will need your strenght for what's about to follow. Each and every member of my group must train to increase their strenght. Only by being strong can we survive in this world"
Xenovia nods resolutely at my words "Understood. I'm ready for any training you throw at me"
Ohh. is this a challenge? Looks like I'm going to have some fun with bullying the rookies.
"We will see about that"
"Brrrr. Why did I shiver right now? And what is this feeling of impending doom?" Xenovia looked at me warily
"It's just your imagination." I smile back at her. This is going to be fun.

We were all on the mountain. Including our new additions. Xenovia. Gasper. Koneko and Kuroka.
Koneko and Kuroka felt uncomfortable on the mountain. We will be moving soon anyway.
A large orange teleportation circle formed on the ground. A giant flame rose from the ground.
"ISAIAH! How are yo- Woah. This place is freaky." Riser stopped mid-sentence as he felt the negative energy on the clearing we were on
"This place feels 'off' like..like" "-negative energy is culminating here" Ni and Li as Nekomata 'sensed' a lot more than the rest
"Very good~nya" Kuroka showed up surprising the girls
"Kuroka S-Rank Stray Devil. What are you doing here" Yubelluna stepped in front. Informing everybody about who they were going to be facing
"Relax. She is with me."
"Eh? Isaiah isn't that Rias's Rook? What is she doing here?" Riser said in surprise Koneko was still wary of him. But she knows he is my friend so she kept quiet
"Long story short she found out that the Satans were lying to her and decided to join me. But more about that later. Let me introduce you to everyone."
Whoosh. My team arrived. They just finished setting up a new ward array.
"I'll start from the order they joined me." I pointed at Asia
"Asia Argento. A Former Nun. She can break you into pieces and then heal you up so that she can do it again. So I don't recommend pissing her off"
"A pleasure" Asia did a small bow with a smile that said 'Try anything with me and you are dead'
"This big guy is Veldora Tempest. The Storm Dragon"

"Next we have Meredith Ordinton. She is a support magician but has a short temper and uses nail guns for people she doesn't like. Holy Nails by the way"
"Hello. Keep your eyes to my face and we will have no problems" Meredith smiled brightly at him "If you don't I'll nailgun your balls to the floor. I don't think your regeneration will help with that"
"Gulp. Got it" Riser stepped back a bit

They gave him a nod but were still freaked out by his aura
"Next is the charming Ayuzawa Msikaki. She hates perverts so play nice or she will show you why she is the one the Red Dragon Emperor is deathly afraid of"
