Abilities:

As the wearer of the Boosted Gear that houses Ddraig, the Red Dragon Emperor, Issei can double his powers every ten seconds without limit until the user reaches his limit, be it his physical abilities, magic or demonic power depending on the user.

Due to his training Issei in his quest to become the strongest Sekiryuutei in history has unlocked most if not all of the powers sealed by the creator of his Longinus allowing him to access the abilities Ddraig had during his lifetime such as Boost, Transfer, Explosion, Penetrate and even aims to unlock Ddraig's most powerful ability, Blazing Inferno of Scorching Flames.

Hand-to-hand combat expert: During his training to fully master the Boosted Gear he was able to develop his hand-to-hand combat skills along with his battle instincts, and as a Touki user he combines Touki with his combat style to do as much damage as possible.

Expert Swordsman: During his training to fully master the Boosted Gear, the young half-dragon learned from several of the former wielders their sword styles which prompted him to create his own based on the skills of his previous wielders.

Intelligence: As reincarnated and knowing how dangerous the DxD world really is, he has learned to think intelligently and be patient taking advantage of his knowledge to gain advantage, he knows his limits and that is why he saves his cards for critical moments but he knows that despite his knowledge about future events he cannot trust and much less allow himself to doubt in critical moments, much less against millenarian beings that are much more intelligent, wise and even powerful than him.

Draconic Advantages and Disadvantages: Being part dragon and with a perfect compatibility with this species Issei obtained all the advantages of this race as its immense strength or durability, resistance to magic, the dragon aura among other abilities also obtained wings that give him the ability to fly with ease, even so he obtained some of the vices of this species as his hunger for battle, his anger or his habit to store what he considers treasures.
