Chapter 1 - Leaving

Mel POV

I busted out of my cabin angry and infuriated at what I've just heard as I was carrying my bag marching out of camp.

Annie: Mel wait!

Mel: I've got nothing to say to you Annabeth.

Annie: Just hold on for one second.

I stopped walking to turn around to her.

Annie: Look I know your upset with your mother but you don't have to leave camp.

Mel: It's not bad enough that the hunters turned there backs on me but my own mother as well, I can't stay here anymore cause also Luke told everyone I'm Cronos's spy which is complete bullshit!

Annie: I get it but come on, we need you here.

Mel: No, I'm done, this is not my home but you are my family, along with Percy and Grover, I'll never forget you three.

I reached in my pocket to pull out a necklace, it's a silver necklace with a red Ruby in the center.

Mel: Here.

Annie: What is it?

Mel: I made it, instead of Iris messaging you can use that to contact me.

Annie: It's beautiful.

Mel: I'll see you around Annie.

I went and hugged her as she hugged back.

Mel: Tell Chiron I'm sorry but I have had fun here.

Annie: I will.

I walked out of Camp passed the hill to see the hunters camp outside the barrier but ignored it.

I kept walking until I made a call with Magic to the Underworld.

?: Hello?

Mel: Hey, has everything been prepared.

?: Yes, your family's land is now ready for you to move in.

Mel: Good, I'll be there soon.

I cut the line as I used teleportation magic to go to the underworld so I can get ready.
