"Buchou are you sure about this?" I can't help but wonder what's going through Rias' head as she asks me to invite the captain of the disciplinary committee to the ORC room. We've all seen his strength when he threw the pervert trio out of the girl's locker room by force, and his committee is abnormal as heck.

"I'm positive; you saw the way he moved to keep those idiots in check. He'd make the perfect 2nd knight piece. And that VP of his Suzuki-san would make a great rook" Rias nods her head with that sparkle in her eyes.

Sigh, "Alright, I'll go to invite them then." I reluctantly get up out of my seat and head to the door when I felt someone following me, turning around just to find Akeno I smile and keep walking. Unfortunately the DC room and the Orc room are on opposite sides of the school so it takes a while to get there. We barely make it out the first door when I hear the sound of a girl screaming. Looking back at Akeno who also heard the shriek we just nod as we run in the direction.

Unsurprisingly to everyone it's the pervert Trio being chased around again, how did they even manage to get in to this school, better yet be allowed to stay. Getting ready to intercept them before I feel Akeno's hand on my shoulder as she pointed in the direction they're running and I see the new girl Suzuki-san jumping straight from the second floor in her Kuoh Uniform. The only difference being the black jacket and red arm band on her right sleeve, soon followed by Kiryuu-san, but she took the stairs.

"This is the 3rd time this week I've had to move to apprehend you three. It seems as if some more drastic measures are needed." With those words she knocked out each of the pervs and started dragging them away while the other girl Kiryuu grabbed the last one named Issei I think.

"Ara ara perfect rook qualities, just as Buchou stated," Akeno shared with a spine shivering smile. I could only nod in agreeance and continue moving onto the DC building behind the old pool. This place looks nice, freshly painted white walls with a black and purple trim. I open the door to find Omega-san sitting behind their reception area filling out paperwork.

"Are you two here to leave a complaint? If it was that disgusting trio do not worry we already have them tied up with more important things for the day."

"Actually, Buchou has requested to meet Kyouya-san. Is he available" I ask not smelling him in the building at all.

"He's currently not here but you can wait for him in one of those seats along the wall there. Refreshments are on the table, magazines underneath and the remote for the T.V. is on the corner table. You are free to wait but please keep noise to a minimum as I have a lot of work to do today."

I nod as Akeno takes a small bow before making our way to their chairs. Now it's a waiting game…OOOH COOKIES!

"So let me get this straight," I take a breath to piece together all the info I've collected on this newly hatched Phoenix that I've been sensing for a while. "You decided to come to the human world to have fun and live a full life, knowing that you may just be the last pure blooded Phoenix?"

It's crazy how one day im sitting in my cave counting my treasures when I start smelling an ancient type of magic I haven't felt in a long time. I dismissed it at first but then it happened every morning for about an hour then it disappears. I didn't pay it any attention until Tannin came to me to discuss it. Which lead us here to this young Phoenix's house. And Yes he manages his aura well but any experienced dragon will smell the blood of the Phoenixes, long thought to be extinct.

"Yes" he stated plainly irking me, yet my years as a Dragon Queen has taught me to always control my emotional state.

"Well then would you mind telling us of your origins? Tia and I have met many Phoenixes throughout our lifetime but even we thought them all to be extinct yet here you are" my friend Tannin explains.

"Well my father's name is Fawkes," he smirks and I immediately know it's a lie. I couldn't help but flare my magic for a second in rage, yet before Tannin can calm me down I feel a dragonoid on my back and theres an army of maids each around High-Ultimate devil levels of powers. Yes im a dragon Queen but I don't want this city to be destroyed and gain the ire of the Shinto faction. So with a chagrin sigh I put my aura away as these combat ready maids return to their daily duties.

"Look if you don't want to tell us your origins it's fine. Dragons and Phoenix's have been on friendly terms since the beginning so we just came to warn you about releasing your aura daily will eventually catch the attention of some really undesirable people so please be careful." I state as I begin to get up and pat my dress.

"I appreciate the warning as I was not aware of my aura being released. I shall make proper countermeasures and you two will always be welcomed in my home." It brings a smile to my face that he wasn't arrogant and uptight like that new Phenex family in the devil community.

"Oh wait young Phoenix before we go might I ask a favour from you" Tannin questions him with an almost relieved expression.

"That depends on the favour as I'm already quite late for classes."

"Ms. Leviathan of the Devil faction has been housing a young devil who contracted the eternal sleeping disease. The Phenex family.."

"The who and what now?" Oh that's interesting it seems he doesn't know about the devils claiming to be the closest things to him. I wonder how he would take that news.

"Um the Phenex family, a family of Devils who inherited Phoenix blood" as soon as Tannin finished that sentence I see his face turn into a scowl.

"Inherited? Bull shit any Phoenix children will be born Phoenixes unless the being has stronger bloodlines and no Devil except the original Lucifer should have the blood to handle ours." OH? That's interesting news, so how did they get it I ponder but he finishes "The only way to get a Phoenixes power in your blood line to is to surgically implant a living Phoenix heart into your body…."

"Lord Phoenix surely you jest" questions Tannin

"I would never."

The silence in the room is awkward enough that no one wants to speak anymore. The Brave Tannin takes one for the team "We shall look into the matter personally young Phoenix, but as for my favor that particular family tried to help with their Phenex tears but it didn't work. So may I ask for your assistance. Nothing can heal like an original Phoenix."

He sits there in silence for a while before he gets up, so we stand too as he starts picking up his bag. "Very well. I shall take a look at this child and if im able to help I shall, BUT I do want answers about this so called Phenex family. Also keep my identity a secret for now. I don't want to be bothered by any and everybody who wants to meet me." He states as he opens the door for us.

"I will look into it personally!" I sneer, some of my best friends were Phoenixes if that damn family had anything to do with their disappearance then ill personally show them why im called The Dragon Queen of Chaos.

Hibari POV

Watching them leave through Tannin's teleportation circle I grin mischievously at the gains of this meeting. Skipping first period was well worth it to understand im the only Phoenix alive and know that if it comes from me about Phoenixes then they'd have to believe it. Sowing seeds of discord is so easy, maybe I should be a farmer.
