After Ken finished his business with Akeno, Ken then went to see Rias.
Since Akeno and Rias' rooms were not far apart, it didn't take long for Ken to arrive at Rias' door.
*Knock-
When Ken had just knocked on the door, Rias suddenly opened the door and invited Ken in without saying anything.
Ken just laughed at her funny behavior.
"So? What does this little 'princess' need from me to make me promise?" Ken asked and sat on the edge of the bed, right next to Rias.
"Mou~ I told you not to tease me like that!" Rias said with feigned anger and turned her face to the side while puffing up her cheeks.

"Eh? Hmm... Sona said that if you like someone, you should marry them before it's too late, otherwise someone else will take them away from you and it will be too late." Rias replied with her head tilted to the side and an index finger on her cheek.
"Even at such a young age, Sona is already showing her brain talent. Ken thought.
'No wonder that in the original story, Sona was touted as the child genius of her generation.
In the end, Ken could only sigh and stroke Rias' head.
"It won't be too late, if you don't change your mind after you grow up, I'll accept it." Ken said.
"Eeehh?! But Mom already agreed!" Rias said.

Ken was telling the truth, in that kiss on the forehead, Ken didn't have any purpose at all.
What he did was purely just an affectionate kiss like a brother trying to encourage his younger brother.
On the other hand, Rias could only remain silent and nod her head weakly.
Her red face couldn't be hidden from Ken.
Rias could only lower her head and fiddle with the hem of her shirt with a smile like a fool but a happy look on her face.
'Hehe~ Ken kissed me!~ Kyaaaa!~ Ken kissed me!~' Rias shouted happily and jumped up and down inside herself.
Looking at Rias who was just speechless with her face red with embarrassment, Ken could only sigh in his heart.
'Haahh... Judging from Rias's reaction like this, everything will no longer feel challenging.' Ken said in his heart and sighed helplessly for the second time.
"Haahh... if a process for a performance is too easy, it will make the performance look mediocre." Ken said quietly and there was a hint of disappointment in his tone.

Restoring his mood back to normal, the charming smile on his face also reappeared on his face.

While Ken was talking to Rias, a head was seen peeking into Rias' room.

That way, the three conditions that Ken mentioned to Rias earlier and Ken kissing her forehead were not known by Koneko.

Because as already known, Koneko still couldn't accept the reason about her brother killing their master back then.
So, even though Kuroka wasn't currently being hunted down in the underworld and labeled as an "SS" class criminal as was the case in the original story, Koneko still found it a little difficult to accept her brother's reason for killing their own master.
Therefore, with Ken giving Rias the condition that he would only marry a woman who was willing to leave her family, Ken was sure that it would be a heavy blow to Koneko's heart.
Because no matter how he looked at it, his older sister, Kuroka, still hadn't come to see him and solve their problem directly to Koneko.
Ken of course had already spoken to Kuroka to at least meet or greet Koneko.
But Kuroka always answered him with; "If Shirone still doesn't believe and thinks that way, so be it. At least this time she has a reason to be strong and catch me, right?"
And went on to say; "I can't keep protecting her and being by her side all the time, at least she should have the strength to protect herself."
Hearing his answer, Ken just raised his eyebrows and decided to stop meddling in their affairs.1
Out of his mind, Ken then left Rias' room after saying goodbye to her.
Of course, Ken also reminded Rias to take Akeno, Kiba, and Koneko to train together.
Only by practicing hard, Rias, Akeno, Koneko, and Kiba would become different, unlike themselves as known by Ken in the original 'DxD' plot.
Moreover, Ken himself was the one who trained them once in a while.
So, by the time the DxD plot started, Ken was confident that the four of them would become stronger than they were.
After his business was done, Ken checked Zeoticus' whereabouts with his senses.
When he found Zeoticus busy in his study with a mountain-like pile of papers, Ken smiled and went to see Venelana and Grayfia.
Ken closed his eyes and opened them again before looking up at the sky outside.
His eyes had changed, if before they were beautiful cloud blue eyes, right now Ken's eyes were full of color.
He looked like a Galaxy in space that was full of mystery.
But right now the Galaxy itself was unfolding in his eyes with stars or celestial bodies occasionally shooting out like shooting stars.
So beautiful... And very deep ....
If someone were to see this, that person would think that the Ken of today looks nothing like the Ken of old.
Ken blinked his eyes, before focusing his vision only on the Gremory region.
(A/N: use your imagination, what's in those eyes is a Galaxy with the constantly visible phenomenon of shooting stars and mysterious flashes within it).
Ken sighed as he realized that whether it was morning, noon, evening, or night, the sky in the underworld made no difference.
The sky would always be purple, whether it was morning or night.
Blinking his eyes once more, Ken's eyes returned to their original color and resumed his steps to meet Venelana and Grayfia.
