Chapter 5

Slowly getting up, I cautiously look at Rias, as she continues to stand there looking at me. Seeing that she has no bad intent. I turn my back towards her before running off hearing a "Wait!" behind before I speed off into the night.

*Rias POV*

As I watched Kuuga getting off the ground, I was rather interested in his abilities, as last time I saw him, he was red, but now he's blue and he also has a weapon. I was rather curious on whether or not I would be able to turn him into a devil, I was about to talk to him but before I could do that, he turned his back towards me, knowing that he was about to run off, I wanted him to stop by yelling "Wait!" at him only to nothing in front of my eyes.

Rather shocked by his speed, I was also saddened i couldn't get a chance to talk to him and maybe get myself a new member into my peerage, since I need all the help I can get before the deadline of my marriage with him happens.

Remembering my new peerage member, I turned towards his body that was sprawled on the floor, I call Sona, asking for the residence of Hyoudou Issei. After getting the location I teleport there with Issei, as I walk towards the door and knock.

I hear footsteps come as I hear "Yes? Whose there?" as the door opens to reveal a average looking lady with brown hair, as I see her eyes widen slightly before asking "Who are you? What happened to Issei?" not wanting to explain the situation I use some mind manipulation on the entire Hyoudou residence to make Issei's mother and father, to stay completely still, as I take Issei to his room.

Not wanting to look at all the porn mags, figurines, dvds, and tissues around. I put him down onto his bed, as I cast off the mind manipulation magic, and cast memory erasure magic, into a big radius to erase anyone who saw me, and anyone who saw the fallen angel.

As I finished that, I start making a teleportation circle to go back to the club room, not before looking at Issei. 'I'm expecting lots of things from you Issei-kun' as I vanish from his room.

*End Rias POV*

Kido Hikaru, who was back at Akeno's home, had a slightly disheveled appearance as you could notice some bruises, as he was rubbing on his bruises. He felt magic in the air before it disappeared, being protected from its effects due to the amadam in the arcle. He didn't have certain memories deleted. Sighing to himself 'I need to be more aware of my surroundings' he thought as in the past he had only ever fought the Grongi one by one, not in groups. As he slowly slept.

The next day, he was walking to school as he heard Issei talk to his perverted friends "Hey guys, do you remember Amano Yuuma?" he asks, to his question they respond with "Who?" this continues for awhile before giving up as Issei thought to himself 'Was it all a dream?' he shook his head 'No! it felt too real!' as he continued to ask the people who saw Amano Yuuma of whether or not they remembered her.

He continues asking but to no avail, Issei gives up. Everyone goes to school. A normal school day occurs as school ends. Everyone walks home or to their clubs. As night approaches, Issei whose walking home suddenly senses something behind him, turning around he sees a man with a trench coat and fedora as he says "How unfortunate, actually bumping into something like you in a place like this." as Issei thinks 'W-What is this guy talking about?'

"Trying to run away? Tell me who is your master?" the fedora man says, as Issei starts to run away,

Issei who ran to a child's little playground is breathing heavily as he says out loud "Running this far" as he continues breathing out loud only to hear behind him "You thought i'd let you run away?"

Issei turns around only to see the same man but with wings as he says "Tell me your master's name, or are you a stray?"

Issei whose looking at him couldn't help but remember Yuuma. "I don't detect any traces of your master, so you must be a stray." he says "Killing you won't be a problem" as he brings out his right hand.

Issei who sees this knows what he's going to do as a light spear appears in the fedora mans hands 'Here it comes the spear!' Issei thinks as he starts running as fedora man chases after him 'I'm going to get killed!' as the fedora man thrusts his right arm out with the light spear towards Issei. As it approaches closer to Issei he thinks 'Not again!' as he closes his eyes for the pain, He felt the pain, just not from his back where he was expecting as he opens his eyes to see that he's a few meters away from the fedora man, and there's a person that has tackled him, as they hit the ground. Issei lets out a few grunts of pain, as they come to a stop.

The person who tackled Issei was none other than Hikaru, as he gets up quickly as he looks at the fedora man in the air with an apathetic expression. "Oh, what do we have here?" the fedora man says

"A normal human, well no matter you'll both be dying anyway" he shrugs

"I wouldn't say that if I were you" I say, getting a brow raised from the fedora man, "What makes you say that?" He asks, "This time i'm prepared for more of you" I said, which leaves him confused as he doesn't know me.

Seeing his confusion I took advantage of this and leapt at him catching him off guard with how high I jumped, tackling him to the ground I mercilessly tore at his wings to prevent him from being able to fly. "Argghh!" the fedora man screams in pain as black feathers fly out in all directions. I jump back revealing the fedora man, but his wings that were once like a crows are now like a clipped chicken. He gets up immediately, I could see his furious face, if looks could kill. I would at least be injured by it.

"YOU BASTARD! LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO MY WINGS, YOU WORM!" the fedora man screams!

"What's wrong? I thought you would appreciate my efforts, since we can't exactly talk well if we're not on the same level?" I said

"WE'RE NOT THE SAME YOU INSECT!" He screams as he lunges at me, I avoid him by jumping to the sides, throughout this whole fight I could sense that Rias was watching the whole scene play out. The only problem now was, how do I kill him I think to myself an idea pops into my head. Repeatedly punch him in the head as hard as I can until he no longer breathes. Seems brutal but at least I can kill him without transforming.

"Issei, you should get out of here" I said not wanting to show what'll happen next. "H-Huh, but why? Aren't you winning?" Issei asks

"You don't know that for sure, and the longer you stay here, the higher the chances that something might happen, and I can't prevent it form injuring or killing you." I said as I am still dodging the fedora mans beastial like attacks driven by his overwhelming fury of me ripping his wings.

"A-Alright, B-But you have survive ok?" he says as I nod to his words he runs off into the distance. Seeing that Issei is finally gone. My eyes that were full of light, darken, coupled with my still apathetic face you could say I looked like a person whose killed many people, but was killing them like insects. Any normal person who saw this would feel frightened, but anybody whose experienced in killing would find this normal. Rias whose watching this felt a bit disturbed at my sudden change, but shrugged it off as decisiveness.

Now that all restraints are gone, I wait for the next attack of the fedora man, as he attacks me wildy, I begin countering all of them hitting him a few times which increases his anger at me more, as the fedora man swings a large arced punch, I take this chance to duck under and gathering all momentum and strength. I gave him a fierce uppercut to the jaw, as he's sent flying into the air before crashing down, as I jump on top of him, as he's still dazed from that uppercut. I begin fiercely pounding into his face, as his blood splatters all over the floor. I do this for seconds until it turns into minutes as a couple of more full powered punches are given. I finally stop.

Exhaling a lot of steam could be seen coming out of my mouth. The blood from him on the floor is as big as a puddle and still expanding. The blood on my fists have reached almost my entire hand. the fedora mans face was caved in, quite disturbing as pieces of his brain could've been splattered on my school uniform and fists. Not my most elegant kill, but not my most brutal.

Slowly standing up, I sigh as I think 'This would've been much faster and cleaner, if I just killed him as Kuuga.' The light in my eyes slowly return, and my apathetic face slowly softens into a neutral state. My school uniform had splashes of his blood, which looked like I was shot or stabbed multiple times everywhere on my body.

"Rias-san, could you come out now?" I ask with a san because I want to ask her a favor, as I slowly hear here footsteps come towards me.

"Kido-kun, that was very brutal of you I must say" Rias says, "Well, I had to do it that way, how else was I going to protect Issei from being killed?" I ask

"Well, if you knew I was here, you could've asked me for help" Rias stated "Yes, but I would rather not rely on you" I said as i'm still wary of what she is.

Rias raised a brow in suspicion, but didn't ask as she read my face looked liked it said don't ask.

"Rias, can you clean up the body for me?" I ask, Rias whose silent for awhile says "Fine, but we're definitely talking about this back in the club room"

"Thanks, and before I leave could you clean my clothes?" I ask as I receive a slight glare from Rias from asking all these favors, before she says some incantations and a magic circle appears before me, as my clothes are cleaned.

"Thank you, once again" I said as I take my leave, Rias who watched me leave, looks back at the fallen angels corpse, as she slowly ponders about who Hikaru-kun really is.

Meanwhile, there was a certain cat who was following Hikaru, as he had caught her interest. The most noticeable thing about this cat, were its piercing golden eyes, and its two tails. Hikaru had detected this cat, but thought of it as a normal cat, that just watched everything. Hikaru who was walking back to Akeno's home to sleep didn't detect the cat following him, as Hikaru finally got to Akeno's home and got into bed. He thought to himself 'I need to get my own place' before falling asleep as the cat watched him a while longer before leaving.
