47 Chapter 46

Zadkiel is currently on Earth as he is looking at the dinosaurs roaming on the ground as he is currently in the sky. He smiled at the various varieties of them on the ground before he felt a presence behind him, though he didn't turn back and kept his gaze on the animals.

"And who might you be?" Zadkiel asked the being behind him.

"I am Nyx. Primordial of the Night and child of Chaos." Nyx introduced herself as she appeared with a flourish.

She is dressed in semi revealing Greek tunic as she smiled at him, she is currently the same size as him as well. Zadkiel himself is dressed in a white robe as he is currently in no need of battle as he turned to look at her and gave her a polite smile.

"It is nice to meet you Nyx. I'm Zadkiel, an angel of God from Heaven. To what do I owe the pleasure of being visited by a Primordial?" Zadkiel asked her in a polite tone.

"I heard from Gaia that you had fought her and how you had overpowered her in battle. I was just curious about what kind of Angel it was that was able to defeat my sister. I must say, you don't look as dangerous as I have heard her children say you are." Nyx said as she looked at him curiously.

"Well, I am a peaceful Angel and I see no reason to fight now." Zadkiel said to her with a smile.

"Is that so? Then let me see that part of yours." Nyx said with a smile before her eyes became pure black.

Tendrils of darkness shot towards him from behind her as he flew into the sky quickly with the tendrils following him as he changed into a more comfortable battle armor. Nyx looked at him and then flew towards him at blinding speeds as she reached him.

She made a scythe out of darkness and decapitated him but she narrowed her eyes and cut his body apart before it disappeared in light. She immediately swung her scythe behind her only for it to be blocked by the blade of a sword made of salt as her eyes widened when she saw the weapon.

'Is his weapon made of salt?' Nyx thought to herself as she didn't think he would have a weapon of the material.

She had heard that he used Salt based attacks like waves and turning his enemies into salt but she didn't think that he would actually use it to create a weapon for himself. She looked at the weapon in shock and surprise as he smiled at her before he attacked with his wings.

All 12 of his wings shot towards her with deadly precision while the feathers became hardened and sharpened as she narrowed her eyes and created a barrier of darkness which blocked the attack.

Though her barrier cracked as her eyes widened before it was completely broken as she moved back immediately with a look of surprise. Then she smirked at him as she stood in the air confidently.

"I must say, you don't disappoint. However, don't think that just because you fought and defeated my sister you can fight against me. I am far more powerful and experienced in combat than my sister." Nyx said to him with a smug tone.

"Your sister had the same thing to say to me. She said that I could never harm a Primordial like her. And yet I defeated Gaia quite easily didn't I?" Zadkiel asked her with a smile as he swirled his sword in his hand.

"I will show you why you shouldn't underestimate a Primordial like me. Unlike you, I am connected to the domain of Darkness and have far more mastery of it." Nyx said to him confidently.

"Why don't we test that?" Zadkiel asked before he flew upwards.

His speed broke the sound barrier as he created shockwaves from his speed as he reached space and looked down. Nyx also appeared a second later as she flew up and looked at him.

"I don't know what you thought you could do. But it seems you forgot that Darkness is my domain and now we are in darkness." Nyx said as her scythe became twice the size of her body.

"Oh I know that. This juys makes the fight more interesting." Zadkiel said to her with a nod and a smile.

'I'm going to enjoy his screams of pain.' Nyx thought to herself as she attacked him.

He retaliated and cut her which revealed that it was an after image. He was surrounded by four more Nyx as they all attacked him but he flashed away upwards and reappeared before striking down as his blade hit her scythe as she glared at him as he has a small smile on his face.

'Why doens't his expression change even a bit?' Nyx thought to herself as she looked at him.

She pushed him became before she started to attack him one after another as he started to block those strikes with his sword made of Holy Salt. She swung her scythe again and it met his blade once more.

But this time his sword cut through the blade of her scythe with ease as this puzzled and shocked her as she looked at her weapon as Zadkiel only smiled at her.

She narrowed her eyes at him before she created four aditional arms made of darkness which held a scythe of their own before she created one more and repaired her broken one. She then started to attack him with all of them.

Zadkiel saw the attacks and smiled before he struck with his sword and then slashed through the blades of all six blades which caused her to be shocked before she felt a force push her back. But it wasn't the end as a thousand light spears appeared above Zadkiel as she looked at her.

"You are a Primordial of Night and so my Holy Light would be quite detrimental to you would it not?" Zadkiel said to her with a smile.

Then he shot the light spears like missiles as she created a shield to protect herself. But that wasn't all as the shield also started to shoot out spears made of darkness as they collided with the light spears created large explosions.

Nyx smiled at her defence and attack only for her eyes to widen when a large light spear was thrown by him which pierced her shield before it exploded as the shockwave caused her to cover her face.

But in that second Zadkiel immediately flew through it as she sensed him and created a shield in front of her. But he just smashed through it with his leg as he dropkicks her on the right side of her face sending her flying back as a powerful shockwave was created.

"So, how is that for an Angel?" Zadkiel said her with a smile.

Nyx meanwhile held her face where she was kicked before she glared at him in anger. Her body was covered by pure darkness as he saw all the stars arround him starting to shine brightly. The only things that he could see about her are her purple glowing eyes.

"I'm don't playing games with you." Nyx said in a angered tone.

Zadkiel noted how the stars around the two of them have started to glow as he looked at her with his wings fully opening as his Halo glowed brighter.

"I have control over these stars that exist here. What do you think would happen if I were to use all of them to attack you?" Nyx asked rhetorically as her power flared.

"Well, it would be interesting to see." Zadkiel said to her with a smile.

"Then so be it. Don't blame me if you die." Nyx said in an authoritative tone.

Nyx raised her right arm and opened her falm towards him as he looked at her. She wordlessly closed her hand and soon every star that he saw shot from their place and we're coming towards him as he smiled at the display.

'Let's go.' Zadkiel thought to himself as he got ready to intercept it.
