35 Unusable Serum

"Spriggan soul essence, Crystal titanite, Angel's extract, 500,000 year World Tree Sap..." I muttered out, while attempting to examine and reverse engineer Serum A.

This is the serum I used when creating both Jack and Jade. However I actually don't know what it's made of. Reason being, insane Gold made it.

Who is insane Gold you ask? Well it's basically me when I'm high or drunk out of my mind. He has much less inhibitions and he's much more confident than me. However because of that, he tends to do insane or evil things on a whim. So far I've identified 29 different ingredients so far and I'm not even done yet.

After I returned home, I checked if Cao Cao and his Hero Faction were still around. I don't actually have eyes everywhere around Kuoh, I just used my truck's search function to check where Cao Cao was. He's taken up residence in another dimension outside of Kuoh at the moment.

Now that I'm home and in my own territory, I can sit back, relax and just do some of the miscellaneous things on my to-do-list. Like figuring out what this overpowered Serum is made of.

After the fight with Serafall, Jack came home a completely different man. Much more human-like, and his physical strength increased so much that it rivals an ultimate class being. The same happened with Jade from what I observed, when she broke Yasaka's barrier at Kyoto.

The end results are too promising for me to ignore. But before I end up using it on myself or anyone else. I want to make sure it's safe to use.

"50% identified." While the other 50% is the main ingredient. Now let's see what the other me used. Minutes passed as I continued my examination, then I narrowed my eyes when I finished identifying it.

".....Fuck." I muttered out with a slap to my face. Well I figured out what it's made of. I stared at the remaining Serum within the bucket. Letting out a sigh I directed my palm towards the bucket as a flame bursted forth, incinerating the rest of the Serum.

This is disappointing because I can't use it. Not in the sense that it's impossible to use, but it would have little to no effect on me. As for using it on others, I'd rather not risk having any more proof that I used that Serum on anyone. I half considered killing both Jack and Jade but discarded the thought immediately. I've grown attached to them, kinda like my own genetically weird kids.

The reason I can't use it is because the main ingredient is my own blood. Specifically it's Aversis blood. The Aversis are a multiversal entity, created when souls in the omniverse above our current one slips down through the divide. They are usually souls who survive a certain omniverse ending calamity, we usually lose most of our memories regarding our past life or remember later on.

When the old souls slip down, instead of fading out into the void like all dying souls who were ripped apart by the divide. The souls would come into contact with the Will of Aversis. To explain the being known as Aversis, it would take a long time. But to sum it up, he was someone who had reached the level above R.O.Bs and desired to ascend towards the realm above.

Unfortunately he failed to cross and all that was left of him was his residual will. That will was split across 280 souls, who eventually became known as the multiversal entities that carry the name Aversis.

Back on topic though, the reason that I can't use the Serum is because Aversis blood is also considered a multiversal resource in a sense. In the past, Aversis were hunted down for our blood to sell for system supply due to special affects it had. Eventually the majority of Aversis banded together and fought back. A system user could actually find the blood in their shops, but it's expensive due to it's limited supply.

A person wouldn't be able to get it if they wished for infinite system points. This isn't well known but there are a bunch of secret items in the system shop that are taken out if a person used their wish for system points and one of those items are our blood.

Other Aversis might not start a fight with me because I used my blood on Jack and Jade, but they may display some annoyance if they find out. As Aversis are very protective of their blood, none of us are willing to sell it for multiversal credits.

The effects of the blood aren't actually that amazing. Basically the blood would react to the user's desire and give a power boost one time when their desire reaches the tipping point. This boost in power depends on the person's desire, for example I can guess why Jack and Jade are at Ultimate Class.

Jack probably went through some emotional crap after seeing how powerful Serafall was. At the time Serafall was stronger than Ultimate Class due to the 5x boost she received, but Jack didn't know that so he thought she was just Ultimate Class. After basically getting rekt by her, his desire for the power of Ultimate Class reached the tipping point and the blood gave it to him.

As for Jade, she probably used Yasaka's power as a goal for her desire. Jade saw that Yasaka was a ruler at the level of Ultimate Class, plus she was probably going through a lot of trauma after I tried to kill her since she's a roach. Her desire reached a tipping point, so the blood reacted and gave her the power.

Now the blood only works one time for non-Aversis users. There isn't a limit for full-blooded Aversis, but I won't gain much from it. It's because I don't have a strong desire to be incredibly powerful. In fact most Aversis are like that, our desires are generally not very strong.

Whether it has to do with surviving an omniverse ending calamity or failures in our past lives, I'm not sure. But most Aversis will just desire relaxation and having fun with whatever looks interesting to them.

"Well, that's one thing off the to-do-list." I crossed out examining Serum A off the list and left the mini workshop.

Now to deal with the intruder that my recently upgraded bounded field just detected.

Gold opened the door to one of the rooms on the second floor where his bounded field restrained the intruder. He remembered this was Koneko's room, he set a trap on all his resident's rooms to capture anyone not invited.

"Nyaa... well this is awkward." A black haired cat girl said out loud while hanging upside down. Hazel gold eyes focused on gray as the blonde took a moment to stare at the voluptuous girl.

"Black Kimono, cat ears, high sex appeal. In centimeters: bust 98, waist 57, hips 86." Gold listed out loud in quick succession as he continued to analytically examine the cat girl who he knew as Kuroka.

"This is getting a little weird nya..." Kuroka said uneasily as Gold continued to stare at her with an intense gaze. His eyes seemed to be flashing golden light in excitement.

"There's only one thing to do." He spoke with determination as he waved his hand, adjusting the trap formation to move the girl upright so she wasn't upside down anymore.

"Nyah!?" Quickly closing the distance, Gold moved his hands up towards Kuroka's voluptuous jugs, fondling them without any hesitation.

"So, are you single?" He asked with a straight forward no nonsense tone. The thing that he had in common with most of his alternates is the love of cat girls. It was pretty much why he chose to summon Koneko back then instead of someone else. The only reason he never really made an active move on Koneko was due to fear of the FBI, but now that he's off the list that might change.

"Nya~, I've never met someone this forward before." Kuroka said more intrigued and confused as she didn't expect Gold to hit on her at first meeting.

"Not as forward as breaking into my house, but you can make it up to me by-" Gold didn't finish as he felt a strong tug on the back of his head. The force of the tug sent his body back, crashing head-first into the wooden floorboards.

"He's mine." Koneko glared at her sister who was still trapped in the spell formation. Gold's body twitched for a moment, before standing up uneasily.

"Ow..." Gold rubbed the back of his head in pain. He didn't knock out this time as he was starting to become immune to head trauma.

"Nyah~, is little Shirone jealous? That's so cute!" Kuroka smiled cheekily at her little sister. Inside she was a bit surprised at how close she was to her target.

"What are you doing here nee-san?" Koneko sighed. Inwardly she wasn't sure how to feel about Kuroka after some revelations.

"Enough about that!" Gold pointed to the air once his dizziness wore off. He turned to Koneko who's eyebrows seemed to be twitching in annoyance. "Koneko! I want to bang your sister. Is that okay?" He asked bluntly.

Koneko looked at him with an unreadable expression. After a moment of silence she just sighed out. "Can you let me talk with her for a bit." Gold looked at her for a moment and nodded as he knew she needed to have a private chat with her.

"But after you're done, how do you feel about a threesome with your sister? Kuroka, would you be up for that?!" He also asked Kuroka who was about to respond until Gold was sent flying out the room by a drop-kick.

"I DESERVED THAT!" Gold's voice echoed through the house as he fell from the second floor to the first.

"He's an odd one." Kuroka stated to her sister

"You have no idea." Koneko nodded as she was used to Gold's daily antics.
