11 Chapter 11: Yamato
The boy wakes up with a throbbing headache groaning, He blinks his eyes for a bit getting used to the bright white lights and dark laboratory he was in.
"Ahh…you're awake." A snake like voice with an equally insane amount of venom called out, The boy flinched getting off of the bed quickly and backing up.
The man Yamato chuckled an unpleasant sound kneeling down before the boy getting eye level with him.
"There's nothing to be afraid of Kashin…You're one of my very own and very precious children," Yamato touched his cheek to which Kashin violetly flinched.
"First and foremost I want you to acknowledge me as your father once more.." He said softly his eyes gleaming underneath the light.
"And once you're able to do that…I'll give you a very precious and plentiful gift…" he smiled
"F-father?…y-your my father?…" Kashin asked unsure and hesitantly still very much on guard and afraid, His memories were empty nothing to be traced but his original and basic knowledge.
"Yes…I'm your precious father." Yamato replied gently getting up.
"B-but I don't remember you…I have no clue who you are…you're lying.." Kashin replied backing up he wanted to run away immediately.
"Of course you don't remember my precious child…you see a very unfortunate incident happened and you lost All your memories…to prove to you I am your father here…take a look." He handed kashin a small hand held mirror.
Kashin stared into it, His hair was long and onyx black, his eyes a pure blood red with black pupils that were large in proportion, his skin a pale brown/olive tone.
"See? You look exactly like me…So be obedient…" Kashin trembled as if happy with the revaluation, Instinctually he wanted Yamto's approval not knowing why.
"Come…we have many things to do," Yamato whispered walking out of the laboratory his long white robe trailing behind him as Kashin followed.
The various beasts and hideous creatures in the cages all howled as soon as they saw Yamato and Kashin as if they were very delicious food to them.
Kashin trembled in fear but followed Yamato's obedience in his eyes.
"Do you know why you're so special to me Kashin?" Yamato said while not even looking back.
"Because...w-we are family? A-and family love each other?" Yamato snorted almost amused at his childish point of view of devils loving each other. Please.
"No Kashin… it's because you were born special…With no impurities in your body." The impurity Yamato was referring to was a magical essence or demonic power for devils.
"Once you take nature energy into your body it won't affect you as much as the ants below," Yamato said almost with fanaticism.
nature energy was senjutsu but for Yamato, something as crude and unrefined as senjutsu couldn't be comparable to the true power in it.
Nature energy was the true divinity and completely unknown what others saw as senjutsu was a dumbed-down version of nature energy.
Something Yamato only discovered through decades of research because it was so scarce.
"W-whats nature energy father?"
"It's the essence of the universe, Before time before space before the concepts of such things existed a primordial ocean of this energy...This energy through uncountable years condensed into a singular point smaller than a grain of rice….till it exploded now called the big bang." Yamato looked at the various creatures.
"Nature energy is how the universe functions, The four fundamental forces of the universe Weak force, strong force, Electromagnetic force, And gravitational force each only functions because of nature's power...Once I control it nature will be my toy to play with…"
"A-and…h-how do I fit into all this father?" Kashin said hesitantly a bit overwhelmed by the look of pure obsession on his father's face.
"You're my key to all this child….so tell me…will you be the key to my godhood?…will help your father boy?" Yamato said sharply smirking.
"Y-yes! I'll help in any way I can!" Kashin said without much thought still very much wanting his father's approval.
"Good Boy….you have no impurities in your body thus Gaia will accept you easier….Rather than these bunch of failed experiments, you'll be my true prize…." Yamato was referring to the countless deranged creatures in cages countless innocent beings turned into monsters.
Nature energy was the inheritance of the universe, Those who can fully control it can make the forces of nature a mere extension of themselves.
it was so potent that if a balanced ratio of 10:1 of normal magical essence wasn't maintained.
Then nature energy would eat away at that magic and completely reduce the owner of the body into pure insanity.
'The boy doesn't have a trace of magic in his body...Meaning that the ratio doesn't matter to him presumably…Thus if true his entire body can be completely filled with nature energy….making him a true inherent of divinity'
"Marvelous…." He whispered finally his decades of research had almost come to fruition.
Other nature energy users merely used it to amlifiy their own phyical abilities that's why Yamato looked down upon them, And separated nature energy and senjutsu.
But nature energy wasn't just that it was in every molecule of the universe but almost impossible to draw out and use, Thus people just used senjutsu as a way to control it to a lesser degree.
Senjutsu was nature energy just more controlled and diluted with magical essence in living beings.
But true nature energy didn't just enchant phyical prowess but truly allow one to make the forces of nature an extension of themselves.
That ratio of 10:1 was the formula for senjutsu True users of nature energy wouldn't need that ratio, the purer the user of nature energy the closer it was to a ratio of 0:1.
'You'll be my key…my key to divine ascension…'
"When you become powerful you'll use it for good right father?" Kashin said walking behind him innocently.
Yamato almost laughed out loud…'Use…divinity for good?…'
"You're funny kashin…Devils have no good in them…" Yamato was a devil of greed and he wanted everything in this world regardless of what it cost him, He was a pure and utter selfish being.
To him only his pleasure and displeasure existed, A walking natural disaster.
