Trance of Destruction

Multiverse of Helius, Disruptive Universe.

The epicentre and home of Destruction, in this dark reddish world only a handful of individuals can tolerate the destructive energy that shatters everything in its wake. However, it was in this world of oblivion that the painful growls of a powerful dragon revered through like howls of a cataclysmic banshee.

*GROWWLLL!!!!*

Hallow Crush growled in pain, falling on the greatest cliff for the tenth time. His gigantic crimson body had but a single stain on his destruction wings. There, amidst the crimson, there was a patch of black gold that contrasted horribly with his majestic reddish colour, like a stain.

"Crush!" Celestine Lasharte, his empress, yelled from the side together with their children. She wasn't left unscathed either. If one looked at her sky-blue dragon form, one would be able to see a gnashing bloody wound where colourful crystals were protruding through, a product of her fight against the weakened Primordial of Matter, Ether.

Nevertheless, she was left considerably better than her husband who had the bad luck to be caught by a cursed way worse than mere Gold Corrosion. It was Anti-Gold Corrosion.

*RUMBLE!!*

The Dragon wasn't going to give up any time soon. A destructive aura coated the Black Antimatter Gold with the hopes of shattering it into nothingness. His laws were that of Primal Destruction, there shouldn't be anything in this universe that he couldn't destroy. But as if it was the deadliest of diseases, the Black Gold expanded as if catching sight of easy prey; devouring the destruction laws themselves!

*GROWWWLLL!!!!*

*BOOOOOOOOOMM!!!---*

A titanic explosion of destruction ensued in the disruptive universe, blasting Celestine who was fast enough to protect her dragoness daughters away when Crush's control over his laws was corroded to the point he couldn't even control them. It had been something that he hadn't expected at all, the vision that he originally held over the destruction of Goldstein, came bitting up his draconic arse.

He had confidently threaded into the limits of the ever-expanding Goldstein, without knowing that from one moment to the other the laws that he had been trying to subjugate would evolve.

Hallow Crush fell on top of the cliff without the slightest wisp of energy, feeling how the black gold began to expand in his body like a terminal disease the moment it met no retaliation.

"Who would have thought that I'd live to see the Primordial of Destruction in this state".

"Zekron..." Crush's voice lacked life and momentum. A silhouette shrouded in shadows manifested next to him. The Primordial of Death, Zekron. An infamous entity that nobody fancied in the Multiverse of Helius.

Destruction was a necessary evil. But Death was a misinterpreted evil.

"Antimatter Gold... his laws have evolved in his absence, that's ridiculous... to think that young dragon who plundered the primal spark from my hands back then... would reach this stage". The Primordial approached to inspect the tyrannical black gold that kept expanding slowly but unhindered. He wasn't stupid enough to even try to touch it or come too close to it. If even Crush wasn't able to get rid of it on his own, then he might as well slice his own throat if that Black Gold falls on his body.

The Primordial of Death and the Primordial Golden Dragon God had a history. A deep history filled with hatred and desires for vengeance. That was why he didn't think twice before trying to devise a way to destroy Primordial Gold in Richter's absence.

As an old primordial with more than ten million years of age. He knows very well what it takes to destroy another primordial.

"Damned Richter! DAMN HIM!" The Primordial of Destruction cursed out loud, "Help me get rid of this thing!"

For him, a dragon, there was nothing more shameful than asking for help, especially from Zekron, an entity weaker than him. But he was unable to get rid of this Antimatter Gold!

Seeing the irritation displayed by the Primordial Dragon God of Destruction, the Primordial of Death resisted the urge to laugh out loud, this wasn't the time... instead, it was time for extortion.

"I have already devised a way to erase Primordial Gold, but that method might not work with this new enhanced antimatter version. If you and I mix our laws, It should be able to completely obliterate this pest. However, Crush... don't think for even a moment that this will be a favour~"

The Death never worked for free, and now that Hallow Crush was weakened, it was the best moment to strike a deal. Crush growled, he knew very well what the cloaked jerk was trying to achieve.

"It was me who gave you a shard of my destructive laws just so you could experiment with his gold and destroy it. YOU owe ME, Zekron!"

Regardless of wounds or course, Hallow Crush was still Hallow Crush. The moment he raised his voice, the whole Disruptive Universe responded, pressing harshly against Zekron. Sadly, a hopeless endeavour. In a fight between the two, Zekron wouldn't even be able to cause damage to Crush while the latter wouldn't be able to stop the Death from fleeing.

In this world, there was no dumber decision than to trust death, but Crush had no choice. The only other person that could assist him was Ether herself, and that was no longer possible.

Celestine Lasharte and her two daughters Aubrey Crush and Maine Crush; all flew close by in their dragon forms to check on Crush's status but the moment they saw the Primordial of Death, they retreated. This fellow had a reputation for being a maniac.

If a fight were to break out between the two, any lifeform beneath the Primordial status could easily shatter like mere collateral damage. Celestine would be able to keep her life by fleeing, but she'd be unable to protect he daughters, hence, she retreated and left her husband to fend for himself this time around.

"There is something I can do, mother, to end this catastrophe once and for all!" The younger dragoness said all of a sudden as they retreated; she didn't even wait for her mother's input and directly flew away, tearing a spatial crack.

"Where are you going, Aubrey!" Celestine yelled only to be stopped by her older daughter, Maine.

"What is the meaning of this?" The mother asked, perplexed at their sudden proactivity.

"We have discussed this for a while now, mother... to go and find Horlein Golden-Haze".

!!!

Celestine gasped at the input, what they were talking about was not a joke. Horlein Golden-Haze is the Primordial of Gold's reverse scale that even she doesn't dare touch lightly. It was a simple matter of honour between Dragons.

Richter had never tried to touch their daughters one way or another. The conflict between parents stays with the parents. Yet now, her daughters were openly trying to antagonise Horlein, his son.

'Curses do flow through endless generations, right, Richter?' She thought with complicated feelings.

"Mother, if you join us, we can capture him..." Maine suggested, rolling her neck around her mother's, all Celestine did was roll her eyes as if hearing a bad joke.

"Join you as I am right now?" The Dragon Empress had her flesh torn and crystal-like-matters protruding out of her flesh, it would take her a long time to recover from that fight against Ether -which she barely survived.

Seeing her mother's condition, Maine realised how stupid her suggestion had been. Even if Celestine was a Dragon Empress powerful enough to fight even Dragon Gods, Horlein Golden Haze's reputation wasn't any less astonishing.

Even the two of them Aubrey and Maine joining claws together weren't guaranteed to even find him, let alone beat him.

"I promise we won't fail! if we can capture Horlein, then we will have something to pressure Primordial Gold with".

"Be careful... he is a Dragon Emperor" Celestine warned them, her daughters were old enough to decide where to go, they were also geniuses who had reached the stage of Dragon Empresses just like her, although they were way weaker.

Her mother's confirmation was all Maine needed. She flew like a crimson bolt through the disruptive universe to follow her younger sister's trace.

*WHOOSH!*

Celestine saw all this and exhaled with complex feelings.

'Looks like we are fated to always be enemies Richter... or at least, I am fated to always go against you... because you threw me away like trash, like something disposable... I try to chase and I keep chasing yet... why do you keep getting stronger?'
