11 Chapter 11
I watched as issei went on his date, he was rather happy. for the first time in his life he had a girlfriend, it was almost kinda sad how pathetic it was when you think about how this whole date thing is just so she can kill him.
The whole thing went on as normal, issei was even acting kinda like a gentlemen, if not for the look on his face. Issei got the flyer and koneko is even following him from a way far distance.
I recorded how koneko was following issei and even how rias familiar gave issei the flier, I was planning on using this as blackmail on serzechs sometime. since the Gremory clan is all about treating there servants as family then serzechs wouldn't want news about his little sister purposely letting a human die just to reincarnate him as a devil.
When they got to the park raynare looked real happy. I just stood there and watched. raynare ran infront of issei then turned back and asked the question.
"Can I ask you a question, in honor of our first date there something I'd like you to do... to commemorate this special moment." raynare
"sure, you can ask me for anything at all." issei
"Would you die for me." raynare
issei looked kinda stumped, though the moment raynare changed into her skimpy outfit. The only thing off about this was raynare had 2 sets of wings instead of 1. well with how all the races have been getting stronger it is no real problem. raynare the started blabbing on and on then finally stabbed issei. when she flew away I stopped time.
I walked over to issei the started to search his body. it took 30 seconds to find the boosted gear. I wasn't going to power him up or anything. I just started to place runes on the boosted gear.
Now the boosted gear is more stable. I got rid of the old users souls and I upgraded the boosted gear. now everytime issei trains his body will improve 3 times as fast. he can boost more with a stable functioning, I even upgraded his magical talent.
Now issei Won't be anywhear near vali, but it should still be just enough of an upgrade that he won't die because all the 3 factions are stronger.
I teleport away before restarting time. Rias comes and brought him back to life as a devil. she then teleported away.
when Monday started during club hours when rias and her perage were discussing about issei I teleported into the room.
I had chastiefol out and in pillow mode as I laid on it as it floated in the air. I was also drinking some of akeno tea I teleported to me.
"was that really a good move last night rias." shiro
Akeno, Kiba and koneko were instantly on alert. akeno already had lightning dancing around her hand, Kiba had a sword and koneko took up a defensive style infront of Rias.
Rias looked at me for a second suprised.
"well probably not, but it's not like I really had much of a choice with what's about to come. I kinda need him" Rias
"yeah well I guess you do don't you." shiro said with a smile drinking the tea.
"you know, you could atleast try to warn me next time your coming shiro." Rias said raising an eyebrow.
"Please as if, I come and go anywhere in the world as I please even your brother can't stop that." shiro
Akeno, Kiba and koneko all looked confused about what was going on.
"you all can stand down, even if we all tried to fight him together we would be beat, he's stronger then my brother, plus he's kinda a friend." Rias
Akeno, Kiba and koneko looked stunned hearing I was stronger than serzechs was kinda hard to believe, expecially when I look 16 years old.
"kinda friends, I'm pretty sure this is only our second meeting rias." shiro said.
I lowered chastiefol pillow to the floor before stepping off and allowing chastiefol to disappear within some golden ripples. I then walked to the couch and Sat down.
"True, but your a friend of my brother, so your technically my friend too." Rias
"why are you here any way." Rias
"well rias I need your help" shiro said with a smile.
"oh what kind of help." Rias
"well I need a favor from serzechs, a big favor. it's not something I can really get him to just do unless he owes me one." shiro
"ok so I still don't see where I come in." Rias
"ok just wait a minute a listen." shiro
"I need him to owe me one and the only way he will accually do that is if I save his little sister." shiro
"ok I see where this is going, but how are you going to save me, I'm not in danger." Rias asked confused
"well in about 2 weeks riser is going to come to the human world, there going to start pushing up the marriage because you got the red dragon emperor on your side now. they don't like that because when he gets strong enough you can basically brake the engagement." shrio
Rias looked both scared and happy.
"Red dragon emperor, so that's issei." Rias
"yep, any way, I planing on being at the meeting. serzechs will have a back up plan of setting up a rating game and if I'm at the meeting I can get riser to hate me. I looked short and week so he won't think to much about it and he'll also want to fight and hurt me in the rating game, so then I'll join the rating game at risers demand and then your assured victory. you get out of your engagement and I get a favor from serzechs." shiro
"that's wonderful, if you can really get me out of the engagement then I don't mind." Rias
"Then I'll see you next week." shiro said getting up.
"oh and before I forget." shiro
Shiro Raised his hand to kiba and used dragonic and natural energy to start to created runes in the air. it only took a minute but the runes overlapped then formed a really complex diagram then shiro pushed them forward and they embedded them selves withing kiba.
kiba looked stunned, he could feel himself stronger.
"there you go kiba, that should stabilize your scared gear and allow you to use more of its power. it's will also allow you to comprehend anything with swords including training, sword styles and even sword Intent." shiro
"see you soon" shiro said waving.
I then teleported back home. I have a project to start.
"President who was that." Akeno asked curiously
"That akeno was Kaneshiro the dragon god of space and time." Rias said with a smirk
Akeno, Kiba and koneko were stunned by that. they just meet a dragon god and didn't even know it.
