4 Chapter 3: Start of Canon (1/2)
Hello, and welcome back to another chapter.

As I'm walking to school I ask Draig if he sensed the other person watching us last night.
[Yeah, they smelled fallen to me.]
'Hmm, fallen angel, never encountered one of them before. They are not that prevalent in wales. Wonder what they want?'
[It probably has something to do with you letting go of your power the other day.]
'Most likely.'
[What are you going to do if you encounter one.]
'Honestly, I don't know. I have never met one so maybe try and talk and figure out what they want from me.'
[With the reputation the fallens have that is definitely not a good idea.]
'Oh well, we will just have to see what happens.'
[Just try not to draw too much attention to us would you.]
'Ah, Draig, you just reminded me I was going to ask you something. Do you know anyway for me to control my anger so that I don't lose control and let my power loose?'
[I know a few ways such as meditation but the control over emotions is something every dragon struggles with when young, so you're probably just going to have to wait until you're older and more experienced.]
'Well, that's a bummer.'

As soon as the first period starts there is a voice over the intercom telling me to go to the student council office immediately.
'Ahh, I knew it was coming but It's still annoying.'
[Actions have consequences, partner; no matter how just they are.]
'*Sigh* I know, I know.'

(In the Student Council Office)
"Care to explain what happened yesterday." Asked Souna in a voice that was filled with disappointment, annoyance and slight acceptance. If I had to guess, I would say disappointment because she would be looking to recruit me into her peerage, annoyance because of all the backlash of my actions and acceptance because someone has final done something about the idiot trio.
Right now I'm in a meeting, in the student council room with Souna and Tsubaki; the President and Vice-President respectfully.
"Well, the way I see it I took care of a parasite that was attached to the school, something that would just keep bringing the reputation of this school down. And they provoked me first."
"*Sigh* I know, and in some instances what you did would be completely justified; however this is not one of those instances. You could have had a teacher step in and handle the situation, instead of going straight to violence. With that in mind, I'm going to have to give some punishment for your actions of violence against other students. Now normally for punishment, the offender would have to spend some time after or during school helping the student council. However, giving the circumstances I do not think that the student council would benefit from having you do work for us."
[Clever.]
'Clever indeed Draig.' "So what punishment are you going to give me?" I asked.
"I have recently received a request for a 'Pair of helping hands' from the Occult Research Club. So your punishment will be spent with them." She answered.
"*Sigh* How long will I be lending them a 'helping hand' and when do I start."
"For as long as they need. However, I doubt that it will last more than a week. You start after school today, someone from the club will come and collect you after class."
And with that, I was sent back to class.

(Once Logan Had Left)
"You know he is right, we should have done more to stop Motohama, Matsuda and Issei." Tsubaki told Sona.
"*Sigh* I know Tsubaki and we learn from our mistakes. From now on if you hear that the perverted trio is at it again find out who is involved and contact their parents immediately."

(Back With Logan)
As I'm walking through the corridors I notice that the other students are looking at me and whispering; well mostly the girls, the guys are just ignoring me. It's as I'm walking to my next class that I hear some of the girl talking about the 'Wolf Prince' while stealing glances at me. Huh, suddenly filled me up with pride; seems my wolf side likes being notices as a wolf then.
And that was how the legend of the Wolf Prince of Kouh started; with a guy beating up other guys.

(Lunch Time)
Well, let's see how this goes.
KNOCK KNOCK
"Who is it?" Asked Tsubaki.
"It's me, Logan. I hope my actions yesterday don't prohibit me from coming and using your microwave?"
"Of course not Logan. We would never deprive you of lunch." Came Souna's voice.
As I entered I… Was dumbstruck. I mean, I thought their faces would be showing-showing something completely different from what I was seeing. All of them looked at me with the happiest faces I have seen since coming here. Well all apart from Souna, Tsubaki and Saji. The first two just looked indifferent while Saji looked grumpy; probably thinks I got off too lightly.
When the door shut, the blue-haired one; Tsubasa I think her name was, stood up, bowed and declared. "On the behalf of all the girls in Kouh Acadamy, I thank you, Logan Mac Tire, for doing something about the Perverted Trio and their antics."
'Ohh, definitely saw Souna's face twitch when she said that.'
"Please stand up there is no need to bow to me. I was only doing what any man should have done in that situation. I think it was quite disgusting what they were saying about Akeno and her body."
And that is how I found out that I had become some sort of hero to the girl population on campus.

(At the end of the day)
Around two minutes after the bell rang, signalling the end of school, Yumi entered the class and approached me. Before she could say anything I quickly speak.
"So, I take it your the one who is here to collect me one behalf of the Occult Research Club."
She smiles "That would be correct Logan. If you would please follow me, I have orders to escort you to the old school building, where our club meets."
"Alright just let me grab my bag."
On our way there we have small talk. Which mostly consists of me trying to gather information on the club and her answering in the most normal way possible. Just as I'm about to ask another question she beats me to it and says. "We're here."
As I look in front of me I see a run-down looking building that gives me quite a haunted house feel.
"Really." I ask Yumi with a deadpan face.
"It's different on the inside, trust me." She answers with an amused smile.
As she opens the door she enters and quickly leads me through the building towards what I assume is the club room. As I enter the club room I can't help but think 'It really is different on the inside.'
The club room interior is a wood-paneled room with Victorian-style couches and chairs along the walls. One one side of the room I see what looks like a shower. 'Weird.'
As the door shuts behind me I see that the room is occupied by another three people. One is behind a desk, the other standing next to her; much like Souna and Tsubaki, and the final on is sitting on one of the couches in the middle of the room. The girl behind the desk stood up, drawing my gaze and said "Welcome to the Occult Research Club, I believe we should get introductions out of the way. Hello, It's nice to see you again Logan, as you already know my name is Rias Gremory, the President of this club." She finishes off with a kind smile.
"Very nice to see you again as well Rias."
The girl next to her said "Ara Ara, we meet again Logan, my names is Akeno Himejima, Vice-President of the club. I must thank you again for fighting for my honour yesterday."
"It's nice to see you as well Akeno, and it was no problem; any guy would have done the same."
"Ara~ but you were the one who did." I just smiled wryly at her.
Yumi didn't bother introducing herself as we were in the same class and already knew each other pretty well.
I turned to the last girl and we locked eyes, she stared at me took a sniff, turned away and said "Koneko Toujou… first year." All with a blush.
All the while she was doing that, all I could think about was 'CAT!'. But not like a normal animal from the canine family would. No, it was more like. 'CAT. LAST OF SPECIES. STRONG. MATE' I only snapped out of it when Akeno's sultry voice filled my ears.
"Ara Ara~ what do we have here, is our little Koneko blushing." She then turned to me "You must be pretty special to get Koneko to blush Logan."
I looked around and everyone looked surprised by this. I just shrugged with a wryly smile.

And just like that the week came and went. For the most part school life was the same; although I do have a fan club now. The only difference was that when I was free during school and after school I would go to the Occult Research Club or the 'ORC' as they call it and do anything they told me to. It was mostly mundane things like cleaning and handing out fliers so it was pretty boring, although the company was nice. I had some fun teasing Akeno, some nice and casual chats with Yumi and Rias, and a few weird encounters with Koneko.
(Flashback)
As I was sitting on a couch in the ORC; a cup of tea and biscuit in hand courtesy of Akeno, Koneko comes in, takes a look at each of us making us stop speaking and look at her in turn, she stops on me, walks forward and, I kid you not, just hopes up onto my lap. Yeah I know what you are asking, what did you do Logan, well I'll tell you what I did. I let her settle into my lap and then handed her the biscuit, once she took it and my hand was free I reached up and started patting her head. And OMG did the cutest thing not happen, she started purring; yeah definitely a cat.
"Ara Ara, you sure are something to break down Koneko's walls in just two days." Teased Akeno.

By the end of the week, my punishment was over. We were sitting in the ORC just chatting when I checked the time.
"Ah, It's getting late I better head home. See you guys later." With that, I stood up and was just about at the door when I heard "Wait."
I turned around and came face to face with Rias, me and her have become quite good friends in these last few days, in fact, we all have.
"Can I ask you something, Logan?"
"Sure what is it Rias."
"Me and the rest of the ORC had a meeting earlier today and we all decided that we really like you and your company Logan. So I was wondering if you would be willing to join our club?"
"Hmm, are you sure about that Rias?"
"Yes, definitely, we would love for you to come and join our club." She said a bit hopefully.
"Now, don't get me wrong, I also love spending time with you guys and have come to consider you friends; It's just that clubs tend to take up a lot of spare time. So would it be alright if I had the weekend to think it over"
"Ah, yes that would be absolutely fine with me Logan. Although I do hope you decide to join."
"Alright well if that is all, I'm gonna head home so see ya later. Goodbye, everyone."
"Bye Logan." And with that, I went home.

(After Logan Left)
"Do you think that he will join Buochou?"
"I hope so Akeno."
"Same" Came the monotone voice of Koneko.
"Koneko" Rias said.
"Yes?"
"Can you continue to watch over Logan? I have a feeling that the fallen might make a move soon."
"On it."

(Back with Logan)
On my way home I stop at the bridge that I usually stop at and stare into space thinking. Not too long after I get lost in my thoughts I hear a voice sound out next to me.
"Excuse me, are you Logan Mac Tire?"
"Yes, that would be me. What can I help you with."
"Well, I was just wondering if you would like to go on a date with me this Sunday. You see I have been interested in you ever since one of my friends told me about you and was just wondering if I could get to know you better?"
'What do you think I should do Draig? She is obviously a Fallen.'
[Kill her right now?]
'Nah I think I'll try and use this as an opportunity to get to know more about Fallen Angels.'
[*Sigh* You do you.]
"Eh, sure why not." After that, we exchanged number and said that we would meet up at 11 in front of the mall.
As she turned and started to walk away I remembered something. "Hey, miss, I never did catch your name."
"Oh, silly me, my name is Yumma. Yumma Amano." And with that, we went our separate ways with smiles on our faces. Although both for very different reasons.

Now, I have a few ideas for how to start canon; as in what happens after the date, does he join a peerage. However, I would also love it if you guys could comment any idea, thoughts and suggestions for the story that would be great. It not only would help me write easier if I have more ideas to play around with, it would make the story better.
