Now.. It was time to mess around with his Sacred Gear. He decided that he wanted to test out something. His Sacred Gear could technically create any weapon. However, there was a very interesting that he remembered with his Sacred Gear…

Canis Lykaon!

He was able to shift his Sacred Gear from blades to shadows like Tobio did. He decided to test if he can shift it towards Shadows AND Weapons. He called out his Sacred Gear to allow Jin to test something out for him. Adrian would pet Jin before preparing for a secret technique that he'd learn from his favorite anime.

He placed his hands into formation to create a dog hand sign and think about how the Ten Shadows worked. He smirked as he poured Cursed Energy into this attempt.

"Divine Dogs: Ten Shadows Technique"

He said calmly before he opened his eyes and analyzed the two dogs that were in front of him. He would then sigh as he then pat his Sacred Gear.

"Go get em, boy." He said with some pride in his attempt actually working. Although, there were some inconsistencies that were strange to him. How did he just use the Ten Shadows Technique with Canis Lykaon? He just wanted to try it out due to the existence of Cursed Energy somehow working and the control of the shadows that he had regarding his Sacred Gear.

Jin was currently battling the two dogs as he created the swords and bit onto them before trying to slash the two divine dogs into pieces. However, the divine dogs were proving to be fatally good at teamwork.

Adrian, however, was still pondering. His Sacred Gear somehow also had Cursed Energy. The Biblical God somehow had access to it.. but his whole concept relied around and divinity and virtue. Negative Emotions were practically his antithesis. Was he corrupted somehow? That'd make somewhat sense. However, he knew that he couldn't just rely on baseless arguments.

Oddly enough, Adrian tried to create tamed Divine Dogs and he was forced to engage in an Excorcism Ritual. How strange. It appeared that the Ten Shadows Technique that he created still required that.

Jin would then bite the neck of one of the Divine Dogs and the black divine dog disappeared and melded into Adrian's Shadow. Afterwards, Jin would slice the other divine dog as they were cut into pieces.

"Good job, boy!" Adrian said as he pat Jin on his head. He felt a strange mix of disappointment and whining from his shadow as he sighed and summoned the Divine Dogs back out. They would then pounce on him as he laughed. It was good to have three dogs!

"Sona, what should we do about Adrian? He appears to have a powerful Sacred Gear and we aren't even attempting to recruit him." Rias asked as she sighed. Sona looked exasperated as he stared at her dead in the eyes.

"Are you kidding me, Rias? I just got done explaining that he doesn't want to join either of us! As much as I know that you want him in your peerage due to your arranged marriage. He obviously doesn't care! Ask your brother, he could force him." Sona suggested even though she wasn't seriously suggesting that as she knew Rias hated depending on her brother for everything. "Issei, while not as powerful, is still a good hope for you."

Rias sighed as she knew she was right. However, she assumed that Issei had a Twice Critical. It wasn't as powerful as Adrian's powerful Sacred Gear that he showed off during his walks at the park to walk his three dogs that included his Sacred Gear. It was Canis Lykaon for gods sake! A Longinus that was capable of killing gods!

"Listen, okay? You don't need an entire Longinus to defeat Riser. Issei may have a twice critical. However, if you can properly train him then twice is more than you'd think." Sona explained once more.

"Fine, I'll accept Issei into my peerage instead. I'm not giving up on him, though.." Rias mumbled that last part as she lounged in her chair.

"Actually, Issei was going on a date with that Fallen Angel, right? Did you prepare to deal with that?" Sona asked as she sipped her tea.

"… Shoot." Rias said before paling in horror.

"God damn it, Rias!"

"Would you die for me, Issei?" Raynare said before transforming and preparing to throw a light spear into his stomach.

Adrian would then kick Raynard in her crotch while drinking a milkshake. "Nah, buddy. You need to chill the fuck out."

Raynare would fall to her knees as she held her crotch in pain. "FUCK!" She yelled out before taking deep breaths and glaring at Adrian.

"Dude, you seriously trying to kill a horny kid? Something is WRONG with you for doing that, man." Adrian said as he threw his milkshake cup on the floor.

"Fuck! Whatever! I can kill two losers with Sacred Gears!" She roared out before creating her light spears and attempting to kill both of them.

"Nuh-uh!" Adrian said before wagging his finger and summoning Jin to go grab Issei and protect him and summoning his Divine Dogs to deal with her. Adrian proceeded to dodge each light spear that was incoming as his Divine Dogs were distracting her. "Fuck! What even is your Sacred Gear!? Three Independent Avatars?!"

Issei was still extremely confused as Jin would protect him. "Losers!? Yuuma, what the fuck??" Issei said with some objection in his voice.

Adrian would then throw his rune-engraved chalk onto the ground before it started to write a magical circle under Raynare. "Jin, go grab Issei and get him to a safe place."

"Wait, what the hell is going on, Adrian!?" Issei asked as Adrian shrugged in response.

"Eh, this girl is a Fallen Angel that tried to kill you. Talk with Rias over there if you want to know more." He pointed towards the familiar that was watching both of them. "Go and.. er.. become a slave or something. Don't know, don't care."

Issei was then dragged along by Jin to the familiar so that Issei could talk privately with Rias.

"Now? Where were we, Raynare?" He asked before he remembered. "Oh yeah! Containing you." Adrian would then unsummon his Divine Dogs as light poured from the magic circle from under her and Raynare was contained inside a small box.

"Alright! Fallen Angel, Contained! Time to go home!" Adrian yawned before walking back home.

"So.. The Supernatural is real?" Issei asked as Rias was explaining everything to him.

"Yes. Every mythological event has taken place in this world." Rias said as she gave him the basic knowledge of the supernatural world.

"And you're a devil?" "Also correct."

"Then.. WHAT THE HELL WAS ADRIAN DOING THERE!?" Issei suddenly yelled out in confusion and exasperation.

"That.. I have no clue. I assume he just decided to intervene since he was nearby." Rias said as she didn't have any real clue why he showed up. "He's an independent magician with a Sacred Gear like you, though."

"Ah yes.. Sacred Gears, the thing that almost got me fucking killed." He sighed in complete resignation.

"Don't worry! I'll show you the ropes and you'll become protected under my name!" Rias said cheerfully.

"Well.. Thanks, Rias. I appreciate it."
