1 Prologue
Near a park, 2 bodies of 2 different coloured hair teenagers are lying on the floor with both of them have a hole on their stomach. Of course, the chance of them living is near zero since no normal humans can regenerate their wounds due to the injuries unless they are a mutant that has a super-regenerative capability which they are not.
"Damn it, the next time I see that Raynare bitch, I am going to kill her. And where is Rias, shouldn't she be arriving here right now?"
One particular black-haired teenager said as he is gritting his teeth enduring the pain that he feels on his stomach as he is trying his best to stay alive.
Then he sees a red magic circle appear beside him and Hyoudou Issei, the protagonist of Highschool DxD.
Yup. The black coloured hair teenager is a reincarnated person who goes by the name, Hiro Akito who did not have Sacred Gear as he found he is just a mob in this world full of a powerful being that can destroy anything with a flick of their finger.
So being the reincarnated person, he wanted to enjoy the experience of being or beside the protagonist and hoping to at least steal some of the members of his harem like those MC from fanfiction he read in his previous life.
Only a year has passed since he got reincarnated into this world with him trying to see if he got any cheat.
But it seems there are none since no system or some heroic ancestor bloodline, not able to use Touki even though he kept doing Saitama's daily training none stop when he remembered how a little girl can rip a monster in half easily that no normal humans cannot.
But fate is cruel as no matter how hard he trains, he is just a normal human that other races looked down on.
So he decided to use a final way which is to be a reincarnated devil. Perks of being a devil is he will be under the protection of the devil, become slightly stronger than human and able to use magic if he has the talent to use magic, He hopes he did have talent in magic.
Seeing Rias approaching, he smiled seeing his plan will succeed but never he thinks Rias will just glance at him for a second and walk to Issei.
He sees how Rias reincarnated him using all the way pieces and Issei has healed completely.
But then Rias activated her magic circle signalling she will leave his body to rot here.
Rias glanced at him ."A pity for a student to die here. Well, since he is just a weak human, it did not benefit me to reincarnate him. What a pity." Rias Gremory said and left him to die alone.
"Fuck." He muttered as his vision started to fade as he remembered how his past life.
"Guess some fanfiction of her power-hungry is true huh?" Hiro thought in his head as he feels angry, upset and betrayed for that red bimbo who is so useless as she always depends on Issei, with others too to solve their problems.
That is when he notices his vision start to fade as now he remembers his previous life.
First, he got abandoned by his family since he is stupid, unlike his older brother who is very smart.
He works as a clerk but his older brother work as a doctor in well-known hospital.
At school, he will get bullied. Then he got kicked out of the school when he got framed for cheating in the exam so he decided to work as a part-time cashier in a grocery store.
Living in a crappy apartment but barely managing to pay off the rent. Then he decided to work many part-time jobs to pay off the rent.
Until he stumbled Manga and Anime app on his phone that made him not sleep reading them.
He even did not sleep because he wanted to read Manga and watch anime even though he is tired of doing many part-time jobs.
And he died because got hit by a truck. Damn you Truck-kun. He just gets back after buying 3 Gundam Modules that he wants to build until that damn vehicle rams him from behind.
And when he found himself in DxD without meeting any being, he tried to check if he has any powers.
But the good thing in this new world is him getting to stay in a house that he paid with some money he found under his bed when he first reincarnated in this world which is good so that means he did not have to spend almost half a day to pay off his rent.
"Guess even in this life, people will not care about me." He thought in his as his eyes closed until the feelings he has kept in himself started to crack.
"Do not fuck with me! Everyone is lucky but why am I unlucky? Why me? Why not anyone else? They get luxury but here I am getting treated like a piece of shit. Every reincarnated person get their cheat but where are mine?! Fuck you fate.! Even a psycho and pervert get a system but I do not get a single cheat. Then I get died since some spoiled girl viewed me as a pathetic human. Do not fuck with me! If I got a chance to live once more, I will make them pay and made them regret to look down on me!" He thought in his head as he released an inhumane roar expressing his anger to the world.
But then a melodic female voice sounded in his mind.
"Skill Activated-Paradise Revive". He heard in his mind as his eyes closed upon the female voice voiced out.
AT THE SAME TIME
" What? Are you saying you are letting a student of the school die Rias?" A black-haired girl who wears spectacle asks Rias Gremory.
If Hiro sees her, he can identify that that black girl who wears spectacle is Sona Shitori or her real family name, Sitri.
"Come on Sona. He is just a human." Rias says to her best friend.
"Why you did not heal him Rias? Based on what you said, he got stabbed on his knee and heart?" Sona asks her childhood friend.
"Hmmp. Why should I? I rather heal the pervert who has a Sacred Gear rather than a normal human who the students barely knew." Rias replies making Sona narrows her eyes.
"If your brother knows about this" Rias then cute her off.
"He will not know. I will just report to him that the human already dies when I met him." Rias says to Sona who shakes her head.
"I know you are desperate because you engage with Riser but still at least take care of the human in this town. We both are the caretaker of this Kuoh Rias." Sona says to Rias who just stand up.
"Hm. Say whatever you want. I just want to get my freedom, Sona. Unlike you who is lucky to be a smart girl by shaking off many engagements by a chess game, I may need to resort to doing a Rating Game to cancel my engagement with that prick." Rias then walk out from the Student Council Room before stopping walking.
"Sona. This matter we talk about, can you keep secret about it from your sister?" Rias ask Sona but she shakes her head.
"No Rias. Even though you are my childhood and best friend, I still need to report this incident to my sister whether you like it or not." Sona says to Rias who just keep quiet.
"Whatever. Like that human's death will change anything in this city." Rias then disappears with her magic circle making Sona sigh.
"Damn it. Now I need to make a report about student death." She then looks at their queen, Shinra Tsubaki who just look at the picture of the supposed dead student.
"Hiro Akito is his name, President. He lives in the apartment and works as a cleaner in the local bakery store. No relatives as he is an orphan who gets a kick out be used to his violent nature beating up the other orphaned kids." Tsubaki informs Sona who sigh hearing this.
"So a delinquent," Sona ask Tsubaki who shakes her head.
"No, rather a loner student. Presumably, some students tried to bully him but he beat them up because he tries to defend himself but no one believes him." Tsubaki says to Sona who rubs her head.
"Anyway, let's go to the fountain to look at Akito's corpse. Sometimes fate can be cruel where the pervert survived and some orphan with a harsh past died due to him being a human. The world sure is cruel huh, Tsubaki?"
"I agree with you, Sona," Tsubaki replies as they both conjure a magical teleportation circle to teleport them near the park.
HIRO POV
Opening my eyes, I am greeted with the sight of a being who looks exactly like Shiro for No Game No Life as she stares at me with curiosity as she approves me.
She then touches my forehead as her eyes shine before she shows a pity expression on her face.
"I pity you, Hiro Akita, for your second chance in a new world your life is the same as in the previous life. I deeply apologise for not meeting you and notify you of this skill." She apologised to me as she bows her head toward me.
As much as I want to curse her or punch her, I cannot since Shiro is my favourite female character in my previous life since she is very cute.
"It's okay. So may I know your name? Ah. I should promptly introduce myself. My name is Hiro Akito. Nice to meet you Goddess-sama." I greet her with a polite tone.
"Nice to meet you too, Hiro Akito. May I call you Hiro?" She asks me as I nod my head.
"My name is White and I am here to give you the chance to select many abilities from this list." She says as she snaps her hand before a list full of many abilities appeared in front of me.
"W-wow. T-this is cool." I say as my eyes now are looking at all those cheats abilities in the list.
There are Gamer's System, Rinnegan, Jinchuuriki of Kyuubi, Super soldier serum, Stand: The World, Dragon Slayer Magic, Space and Time Manipulation, Mimicry abilities, One For All, All For One, Explosion Magic, Class Card, Rokushiki, 3 Haki, Gate of Babylon, Excalibur, Class Card and even the Infinity Iron Man Suit from the Avenger Endgame movie.
"Now Hiro-kun, from this list, I need you to throw these dice where any number the dice shows, that is the number of abilities you can get." She says to me as I grab the dice.
"There are 0,3,4,5,6 and 7. Come on my luck, do not fail me. I did not want to get 0. Just this time, please let this time Ladyluck is on my side." Thought me in my head.
"I need powers. Not one but many powers that can make me the strongest with my new life right now." Throwing the dice into the air, it fell to the ground as he looks what number did he get.
"The dice shows a number and the number is
7. Congratulations Hiro-kun, now you can begin to spin this lucky roulette to have 7 powers. Remember if you get Sharingan you need to upgrade it to another stage which also needs you to engage your eyes with other eyes." She explains to me making me click my tongue.
"Unless you gained Inheritance of characters. It comes with their memories that are composed of years of practice with eyed that need you to reach a certain stage to unlock a new one. But remember this as there is no do-over. When you get that power will become yours. I will not accept any trade or negotiations okay?" She asks me as I can feel the coldness that she radiated for a second as I nod my head.
Yup. Now all I can hope is for me to get powers that make me stronger than Boob Dragon Emperor.
