CHAPTER 3:I AGREE TO BECOME A PART OF YOUR PEERAGE

I open my eyes as I look at my clock as it is still downtime before school starts.

Disregarding my cloth I notice there is a new set of cloth beside my bed as I take bath.

After that, I wear it with me headed downstairs as I prepared breakfast don't jet told.

Toast with sunny side eggs, beans and bacon. That will do. I mean they must already wake up since they need to arrive early to the school to do some Student Council President stuff.

My ears hear footsteps descend as I already prepared the fishes on the tables as I see both President and Vice President of Student Council as they look at me.

"Good morning President, Vice President. Here is some breakfast for you. Do not worry, they are safe for you to indulge in." I told them as they look at me for a second and then sit down with me sit across them.

"Itadakimasu." We all said with us taking a bite.

"Not bad Akito," Sona commented with Tsubaki just nodding to agree with her as we 3 keep eating our breakfast.

After we finish eating I take the play and wash all of them.

Turning my head I sees both girls who are already in their serious mode questioning me.

"Now Hiro Akito. I need you to answer some of my questions. First of all, are you human?"Sona asks me.

" Yes," I replied.

"How were you able to do power up last night?" She asks another question.

"Well due to that card. I have had it for a amount of time and last night it tells me to use it. And the next thing I know I have become Diarmuid Uaof Duibhne of this era. " I told them hoping for them to buy my lies.

"Hmm. Interesting. I need you to show me that yellow spear you used last night.

" Oh, you mean Gáe Buidhe. It is fine." The spear appears in my hand as both girls approach is to look at the spear.

"It is the same one from the record," Tsubaki said as I take notice of her appearance. Damn Kiba, you lucky bastard. I mean this girl beauty is top class too.

I avert my gaze as Tsubaki stares at me.

"Have you practised spearmanship Akito-kun before? The movement you show last night is not someone who is a beginner in using spears. It looks like someone who has used the spears for a long time." Tsubaki ask me.

"Yeah. I have his memories so I guess it becomes natural to use this spear when I fight." I replied as I can see a glint cross her eyes.

"Hmm. Maybe we can spar after school ended. How about it? Are you up for it?" She asks me as I stare into her eyes.

"S-sure," I replied.

Sona them cough as the attention now is on her.

"Now Akito-kun if you has his memories then you should know that all the supernatural are real. I will get straight to the pint. Me and Tsubaki here are devils." She announced as then from their back is the devil wings.

I seriously did not know how it did not top their cloth on the back. Magic seriously sometimes warmed me out.

Sona then tells me about Great War and the 3 factions.

"Devils have a low birth rate but one of the Great Maou, Ajuka Beelzebub-sama invented Evil Set Pieces. These pieces are the same ones as in chess." She said as then 8 pawns appears in front of me.

"We use this to reincarnate others to devils," Sona commented

"I am formerly human but now I am a devil," Tsubaki explains to me.

"Other Devils have used these Pieces to make a peerage set. Mine is almost complete. Tsubaki here is my Queen." Sona explains to me.

"I now ask you if you are interested to join my peerage Akito?" Sona asks me.

"There are many been" I cut her off.

" Sure. I will join your peerage." I tell her as she pools a ton of hearing before composing herself.

"Very well then. From now on you will become my Pawn. Bring honour to me my newest family member." She announced as then all the Pawn fly into my body as I transforms into a devil.

It took minutes for me to get used to this new body physiology of mine.

"Welcome to the family Akito." Tsubaki greets me with a simple.

"Just call me Hiro, Shinra," I tell her.

"Then you can call me Tsubaki." She said to me with a smile.

"And you may call me Sona though you must call us President and Vice President in Kuoh Academy," Sona said.

"Well, then I need to go to school quickly. We will discuss this matter later on. I will send one of my never to pick you up in the school." Sona yd me as I nod my head as I walk pit from her house which is a 3 storey house. Damn girl.

The morning sun rays make me a little uncomfortable but I need to get used to it.

From now on I need to be aware of Holy Items and cannot say Big G name anymore.

Arriving at Kuoh Academy I tune out the chatters from the other students as I made my way to my class which is 2-B, the same as Issei.

And let me tell you only 7 boys are in the classroom with the others are girls.

I am always alone which make the girls not glare at me through some talk bad behind my back, not that I care about it.

The door of the class opened as I who's seat is at the centre back sees how Hyoudou seems to be asking his friend about his girlfriend Yuuma.

"You have a girlfriend? Do not joke with us Issei." Motorhome said to him.

"Yeah. I mean I did not know who this Yuuma is." Matsuda said to the pervert who now feel contained hearing that.

He seems to be holding that thought in his mind regarding Yuuma.

"Bastard. You did not even remember me dying beside you." I thought in my head as I just scoff.

"Hmm. All this guy remember probably Raynare in her bikini and Rias's Oppai." I shake my head knowing this guy is the supposed Saviour of the Underworld in the future.

Well Issei, bad luck for you since I am going to have that title for myself.

I still need to wait for the school to end to meet Sona and her peerage

But one thing still stands out. I remember Saji who twice come out from Occult Research Clubroom.

Maybe Sona did not have him as he pawn. I remember how many the Pawn Pieces entered my body.

They are 8. Not 4 or less.

"Oh fuck. Do not tell me this world is not the DXD I know." I thought in my head as then I take a deep breath and releases it.

"So what? The storyline will remain the arm as they all focus on Rias's attempt to break her marriage problem but before that the Fallen Angel problem.

But still, I already guess this when I enter this school.

Because I have seen some crafters that are not supposed to exist here are at this study place.

Heck, they all seem to be a part of the Student Council.

My mind seems to be accepting that Sona's peerage is different than the one in anime and light novels.

Whatever. I had a class to pay attention to. I can take this chance to practice my mana control. I mean no one in this class will notice it.

Sona POV

" Can you repeat that Sona?" Rias ask me as we are in her classroom that is like an abounded building from the outside but on the inside is a Victorian-style engraved in it.

"Hiro Akito now is on my pawn," I tell her while sitting the tea that is being served by Akeno.

"Sona? That human. He does not have anything that makes him stand out than the rest? I already check whether he has Sacred Gear or not. Turn out he does not have one." Rias told me as I just smile.

"I assure you Rias he is not a normal human at all. He has powers in him too. Guess your sensing is wrong about him." I said to her as I can see the frown on her face.

She must be feeling regret for not taking him as one of her pieces.

"What is his Sacred Gear?" She asks me.

"Oh. That is something I am unable to tell you." I replied.

"Hey. Can you not tell your best friend what are his capabilities is?" Rias ask me.

"Let's just say the dead fallen angels are all his doing. Even the wounded one that we manage to spare." I replied as Rias perk up hearing that.

"Hmm. Maybe we should see what are his capability is?" Rias as I just scoff in my head knowing she must feel sour hearing I may got a powerful piece right under her nose.

"So how many is his worth? Issei here is worth 4. Same as Saji." Rias told me.

"Hmm. All of my pawn pieces." I replied as Rias widen her eyes hearing that.

"Really? He takes all 8 prices of your pawn?" She asks me with an interesting tone as I just look at her.

"Yes. Rias. He takes all of them. Tsubaki witness it this morning when I make him my Pawn." I tell Rias as she looks at Tsubaki who is standing behind me.

"Is it true Tsubaki?" Rias ask her.

"Yes, Rias. He indeed takes all the 8 pieces." Tsubaki replied making Rias look down on her cup.

"Well, Tsubaki and I need to be off. See you later Rias. You too Akeno." I bid them goodbye with Tsubaki does the same as we walk out of this clubroom leaving Rias and her Queen.

"Rias," Akeno calls her friend.

"A pawn that has worth almost like a Queen. Be must has a lot of potentials." Rias said.

"That is higher than Hypudou His worth is the combination of Hyoudou and Genshirou. He certainly has a powerful Sacred Gear, bloodline or other things that make him worth a lot." Akron commented making Rias look at her.

"We will just observe him from far. I also need to know why he is worth that much." Rias said to her Queen.

Hiro POV

"Achoo." I sneeze as I then wipe my nose. Grabbing hold of the Yakisoba Pan that I buy from the cafeteria I eat it as I already buy 5 of them in advance.

But even after finishing eating them I still feel hungry as I head back to the cafeteria and grab the bread.

I then buy a soda can from the nearby vending machine as I go to my spot which is on a bench that is not far from ORC as I continue to munch the bread.

At the window, I see red hair with pair of blue eyes that stares at me as I ignore those stares.

Woman, you let a human-like me die and when I have powers you now take an interest in me.

She must know I already become Sona's Pawn at this rate as I burn all the wrappers using Purgatory Dragon Slaying Magic as they all turn to dust as I then walk away.

Drinking my soda can I notice a certain petite girl who looks at me from under a tree.

"Oh.Koneko. Sorry girl but I am not interested in a Loli like you." I thought in my head as I return to my classroom.

I am certain cannot wait to meet my fellow peerage members.

And I also need to prepare for a spar against Tsubaki.

What a busy day for me.
