Mavros was in his exercise room working up his stats; he had done efficient progress for only six hours.
He would constantly work on different muscles in his body. He first started on the treadmill to get his agility up since it was his lowest stat.
He ran 10 kilometers and switched to bench pressing. He did a decent number of sets then switched to working on building up his leg strength. He kept rinsing and repeating causing all his stats to grow.

I heard a knock come from my door and went and opened it. I leaned on the wall with my arm and looked out to see my visitors.
I forgot that I had been working out and I was shirtless, so my upper body was all sweaty and showed my six-pack.
I was surprised to see Sona and Rias along with their queens. Tsubaki and Akeno. I used to observe on Tsubaki since I hadn't yet.

"I think we came off the wrong foot. This is why we're here and to ask a few more questions. Also, would you put on a shirt.", Rias said while blushing.
"Oh, sorry I was working out and forgot to put on a shirt. Wasn't suspecting visitors.", I said while walking into the other room coming out with a shirt on. They all looked at each other and sighed. I saw this but decided not to comment.
"Would any of you like anything to drink? I have tea and water.", I told them because I wouldn't be a good host without offering refreshments.
"Tea would be lovely.", Sona answered me.
I nodded and walked into my kitchen. When I got here I saw that I had a bunch of ingredients even from other countries.
I was lucky enough to have memories of making tea from my past life, but not for who I was making tea for.
I put tea on and used leaves from Taiwan. The tea was called High-mountain tea. While it was brewing they started talking to me.
"I would like to apologize for how I acted. I was desperate and forgot common courtesy.", Rias told me while bowing.
"It's fine but I'm still not joining your peerage.", I told Rias while she nodded with a pout.
"Now why are Sona and Tsubaki here?", I said, surprising them that I knew Sona's real name. They decided to not comment about that and Sona spoke up.
"We're here because we would like to know more about your power. Rias told me of your battle with her and you demonstrated a remarkable regeneration.", Sona said.
Deciding to tell the truth about my power and make a Supernatural origin for myself that no one could check, I decided to tell them about the Seven Deadly Sins with some changes. I served the tea that was finished and they all took sips, surprised by the quality. They started listening to my story.
"My power is from a time long since forgotten. In a land called Britannia. There was a group of seven of us. We were known as the "Seven Deadly Sins". We each represented a sin. The leader of us, if he was still alive, was the strongest.", I started while looking off into the distance acting like I was remembering the past.
"The leader was the Dragon Sin of Wrath Meliodas. Now the title may be misleading because you suspect him to be a dragon but he wasn't. He was a demon. Not like you thought he was something much more powerful. He actually, I think, might have been your ancestor down the line Rias. He had a power called "Destruction" which was much more potent than your magic Rias. He was not someone you wanted to be angry with.", I said, surprising them.
"What do you mean he was my ancestor? We have no records of someone named Meliodas.", Rias said with a look of shock listening intently to my story.
"The records must have been lost.", I said, not answering the question.
"He always had a smile on his face and acted childishly. However, he had a dark side that many feared. You see he was actually a traitor to his clan, the demon clan. He was suspected to become the next Demon King because he was the son of the Demon King but he fell in love with the enemy of the Demon clan. Who was a member of the Goddess clan. They fell in love and betrayed their clans.", I said, taking a break to sip my tea.
"At the time a great war was happening and they wanted it to end. Eventually, the war ended and the Demon Clan was sealed and the Goddess clan lost their physical form.", I told them while they were listening intently.
