7 Chapter 7: Feng treasurer pocket realm.
"Mission completed: Host found the way towards the hidden realm of Feng treasurer and Lead Feng ya and her guards into it without arousing any suspicions".
"Rewards obtained: 40 Experience points‚ 1 fate energy stone".
The voice of the Feng Mei system resounded in his head.
Fu ya and her guards went through the spatial pathway‚ appeared in the pocket realm and stood behind Feng Mei.
A soul-warming scent drifted throughout the air and entered their nose‚ calming their minds and soothing their hearts.
Fu ya and her guards closed their eyes and stood still like statues‚ as they lost their senses and let themselves further indulge and be embraced by this feeling. Soon they entered a unique state of meditation
Feng Mei saw that all around them were trees with pinkish and silvery leaves‚ that looked like "Prunus triloba - Shrubs Rose tree" except the fact that the height of the trees reached 50 feet and some were even larger.
The base of these trees was covered in copper craving that looked like human veins and these veins stretched throughout the tree branches.
"Host gained +1 mental energy" The voice of his system resounded in his brain informing Feng Mei that his mental energy increased just by breathing in the scented air here.
Fu ya and her guards regained their senses and opened their eyes one by one.
They smiled and their eyes brightened and Fu ya happily chuckled.
"My Power of soul increased" said Fu ya with squinted eyes caused by her happiness.
Cai congratulated his Miss and said "Young miss‚ after you return back to the clan‚ clan head and your father will surely be surprised and stunned".
"Is uncle Feng going to make a breakthrough soon?" asked Fu ya curiously.
"I am now only a step away from breaking through to level 7 physical tempering realm" said Gard Cai while his mouth beamed a smile.
The other three guards didn't say anything but it could be seen from their facial expressions that they have also made some advancement in their cultivation.
"I read in a book that my master gave me. In that book it said that this tree is called a pink soul tree. It is classified as a spiritual treasure but is even rarer than higher grade spiritual treasure. The leaves of this tree can be used to brew spiritual tea that calms one mind and increases their cultivation speed. The leaves can also be directly chewed to heal soul damage". Cai explained to Feng Mei and others.
He didn't know what power of soul was but also didn't ask about it. He concluded that power of soul was the same as mental strength! After all his soul also increased while sniffing in the scented air.
"Brother do you have spatial ring?" Cai asked
"No‚ I don't," he said since he didn't want to expose his system.
"Than I will store these in my spatial treasure‚ and we will split it up later" Said Fu ya.
She chanted out some words that Feng Mei couldn't understand‚ and her hairpin started to pull all the leaves of the trees scattered on the ground inside of it.
"Incense stick made from its bark‚ when lit can easily save the life and stabilize the mind person of a person whose cultivation entered deviation, and also increase power of soul" said Gard Cai as he walked towards a tree.
He stood in front of the tree‚ using both his hand to grip the tree he pulled upwards‚ his muscle bulged‚ and thick vein appeared on his hand.
Using a lot of strength he uprooted the tree from the ground and Fu ya stored it into her spatial treasure.
Feng Mei followed Cai lead and did the same to a nearby tree!
The other three guards couldn't uproot the tree alone so they joined forces.
Just like how locusts clear out the farm field‚ or how hair falls off a balding person scalp. Feng Mei and others‚ cleared out most of the surrounding areas of trees‚ until they decided to move on and wander around the forest in search of treasures.
The sun stood high in the sky‚ as hazy clouds covered its shine and calm bind blew throughout the forest.
Feng Mei and the other started walking‚ wandering around the forest in search of other treasures or clues.
After walking for around an hour‚ they saw an open ground surrounded by pinkish shrubs rose trees.
A ring of two to three meters stones standing around a 60 foot long stone monument that stood erect in the middle.
Feng Mei and the other started walking towards it.
Soon‚ they stood in front of the stone momentum and saw words written on the upper and middle section of the stone monument. The upper section said‚
"Congratulations on completing the [First trial] young'uns. The trees and their leaves were gifts meant for the one who will reach this place first‚ if you forgot to store them in your spatial treasure or don't have a spatial treasure than you can only curse your low intelligence and shitty fate of being poor.
The middle section said‚
"The path ahead is long‚ acquiring my treasures is destined by karma‚ Doing good brings luck and doing bad causes misfortune".
After Feng Mei and others read the words‚ Fu ya started to hurriedly mutter out some words that resembled her previous Chanting.
As if‚ answering to her angry call the hairpin flew up and open a huge hole in front of it. It looked like her hairpin was going to pull all the surrounding trees and leaves inside of it.
When suddenly the view surrounding them changed‚ the stone monument and the spiritual trees‚ that looked like Shrubs Rose tree were no longer in sight.
It seemed like they were teleported to another place.
Fu ya chanting stopped and her hairpin dropped on the ground. Cai picked it up and handed it to her. She tied her hair using the hairpin.
All of them looked ahead. Feng Mei and the others saw themselves standing in front of a huge village entrance gate. the village was bustling with many peoples and noises of crackling laughers‚ peoples chatting‚ cows moos and chicken caws could be heard.
"System detected host is trapped in an illusion‚ does the host wants to break it? After the system gave the host a discount of 10%! the required experience points to break the illusion is 50000‚ ( usable experience 60)"
Feng Mei looked at the system message‚ rolled his eyes at the system message and inwardly shouted at the system
"No!"
