2 Ch 2: 18 Year Later

A.K. Year 207 Voli Town

In a small neighborhood, there's a one-story house, in there stood a young tall handsome man wearing plain in his room filling in boxes. The room isn't that big and there's only a bed left in it other than the man boxes. On each box, there are words like bedroom, bathroom, living room, and so on. There's even a small box hidden in a bigger box labeled private just in case someone finds it they won't open it.

While the young man was putting thing aways in the boxes a muter green hair woman walked in with a smile looking at her son work.

Nora: "Shin, are you almost done?"

Shin: "Yes, I'm about done. Are you and dad tired of waiting for me? We're just going to look at the place today and I'm moving in tomorrow night. You can just see it then. Do you really need to see it now?"

Nora: "No, to be honest, we don't need to see it today. It's more like your dad want to pick up the buzz from there after all Roya City is known for it. He wants to get some cases for the going away party tomorrow. Even your uncle Ray gave him money to buy some."

Shin: "... How many? The buzz over there isn't cheap."

Nora: "Your dad is planning to buy four cases and your uncle being your uncle had to one-up him and ask to buy six cases. Your aunt Jay is punishing him as we speak for spending so much money on buzzes."

Shin: "Aren't you going to punish dad too?"

Nora: "Silly child, his punishment will be that he'll only adult not allowed to drink at the going away party."

When she finished her sentence Shin put the last object into a box labeled bedroom.

Shin: "Okay, I'm done let's go."

Nora: "Okay, let's go."

After saying that both left the room and out of the house. In front of the house, there's a tall grey haired man waiting in a black car that seems to be floating in the air. Seeing the two leave the house the man waved his hand to them. Both mother and son then walk to him after locking the front door. The man seeing them coming near the car pulled down a window then started to speak.

Jet: "Are you ready to now?"

Shin: "Yes, dad I just finished putting everything away."

Jet: "Hmph, then get in the car, they might sell out before we get there."

Both of them got into the car after a moment of silence and shaking their heads. They spend five hours in the car to reach Roya City.

Roya City is a big city filled with the tallest buildings that look like they'll reach the sky. In the city, there six high schools, ten middle schools, twelve elementary schools, three major hospitals, it also holds seven dungeon associations branch and one main branch. The dungeon associations were [KnD], [Blue Fang], [Green Skin], [Seven Swords], [Vixi Family], [Unicorn], [Black Metal], and [Holy Sea].

Shin and his family were here to see his new apartment as he will be living in Roya City. Shin was moving here to join [Blue Fang] dungeon association to be a dungeon explorer. [Blue Fang] has offered him a good contract and was highly prized by his old high school teacher who worked there in his younger days.

[Blue Fang] is located in the southwest of the city. Shin was lucky to get an apartment near it. It is also known for almost all there explorer being dungeon broadcasters.

Most of there members are well known. Seeing their broadcast Shin has a good opinion on the association and its explorers. He even had a crush on a couple of them mostly on a girl called [Moon Fang Rose] an A rank explorer.

When they got to his apartment location they saw a four-story building with ten rooms per floor. Dropping them off Jet left them to go get the buzz leaving his wife and son alone together.

Shim would be living on the first floor and his apartment had one room, bathroom, and a combined kitchen/living room. Entering the apartment his mom was looking around taking pictures of the place.

Nora: "This place isn't too big or too small for you right now. Too bad there only one room, how will we send the night when your father and I come to visit. Well, that doesn't matter I'm sure you don't want us to visit you."

Shin: "No no mom I would love for you to visit."

Nora: "Oh, are you sure? What if you brought a girl home?"

Shin: "Huh~ Mom, you know my luck is bad. I'll probably be single like back in school."

Nora: "Oh, don't say that. What I know is that you are handsome and there were a lot of girls eyeing you back home."

Shin: "You're talking about the aunts back in the neighborhood they aren't they your age?"

Nora: "Huh~ You're helpless."

Nora shook her head while looking at her son with pity. When she was done her phone started to ring. Seeing who it is she pushed Shin outside with a confused look on his face. Picking it up she started to speak.

Nora: "Nora here"

???: "It's me, Nora. We got everything ready."

Nora: "Oh, is everyone there?"

???: "No, but everyone will be here in three hours."

Nora: "Okay, we'll be there in five to six hours. See you there."

???: "Okay bye."

Nora: "Bye."

When she ended the call, Nora texted her husband to get back.

Right outside Shin didn't know what to do. Not knowing how long his mom will be talking on the phone he looked down on his phone to play a game waiting for his mom to call him. Not too long later his mom opened the door.

Nora: "Hey, put that thing down. Your dad will be coming back in a bit."

Shin: "Okay mom."

Nora: "Come on let's go to the front. I want to go home now."

After speaking she dragged her son to the front of the apartment. Shin not knowing what to do just followed her. When they got to the font apartment they could see a car drive in front of them.

Jet: "Did I keep you waiting."

Nora: "No, let's just go."

After pushing Shin into the car they went back home.
