The cold water in the green pond on the first floor churned as a young man, bare-chested, emerged.

Noah had a few scratches on his body, the largest a claw mark on his back.

They weren't bleeding, but hurt either way. Noah planned to carry healing potions next time.

Sadly his bloodline had no ability to increase his healing speed. Noah thought would it be perhaps good idea to use a healing skill in his skill slot.

Then again he shook of that idea. First, obtaining a healing skill which using inverse mana was almost impossible.

Even if he was lucky and to met one, Noah wasn't foolish enough to waste his only skill slot for it.

Sure having a healing skill was good thing, but for his battle style it was waste of a slot.

Who knows as he improved his tier again, he might get a healing ability.

Noah knew it was unlikely since what his bloodline shown until now was battle lust. But he has a strange premonition that his notion would be true.

He walked to the shore and let himself dry before changing into fresh clothes. Then, his eyes darted to the large ball of light floating near the door to the second floor.

It contained his loot from clearing the floor. Noah was excited to open it.

Technically, he had cleared the floor of a Tier 2 dungeon, so he was sure that whatever the rewards were, they would be a huge boost to his strength.

Touching the ball of light and letting out the contents inside, Noah thought about the battle on the first floor.

Granted, he had successfully cleared it, but his brows furrowed when he thought about the monsters he faced.

There was no way a Tier 1 Runner could clear this dungeon. Hell, getting out alive would also be a chore.

He was sure even a peak Tier 2 Runner would struggle or even lose against that mini-boss. No wonder no one chose this dungeon.

Still, he wondered if anyone else had discovered that the monsters here could use both essence and mana.

That was unlikely since those who faced them either crushed their recall tokens or died before they saw the monsters using mana attacks.

If outsiders were to get information about this, this dungeon might become a treasure trove for Tier 2 or even Tier 3 Runners.

Training against such monsters might boost their strength, and Noah clearly understood its benefits, feeling the essence ball stored in his core and the mana ball in his space ring.

Even if he couldn't use the mana ball now, he could sell it for a lot of credits. Noah had found a way to become rich quickly, so he planned to hide the secret of this dungeon for the time being.

His eyes shone with visions of gold coins, then his eyes fell on the loot on the ground. A massive amount of forging metal appeared before him.

Reading the system message, his jaw dropped.

Normal iron and forging iron were entirely different. Forging iron was an ore that contained mana and forging liquid in a solid state.

It was the main component used to make common weapons. Weapons were classified into ordinary, common, uncommon, rare, epic, and legendary.

His hammer was a legendary weapon.

Such a huge amount of forging ore could grant him a lot of credit. He then checked the rest of the loot.

'What kind of man are you, Master Evlin…' Noah sighed, then his pupils contracted when he saw a piece of equipment.

It shone with a blue hue that made his breath hitch. Blue quality was the third best.

Whatever the rank of the equipment, it was a treasure.

The equipment came into view when he touched it. It was a dark robe made from the fur of the mini-boss, a hoodie connected to pants and a pair of dark boots.

Despite it being dark and a little shady, its high quality was evident in the shining fur on the surface.

Noah felt the robe adjust the temperature to his body, the previous coldness replaced by a comfortable warmth.

He stared at the last loot from this floor: a key. A key for him to enter the second floor.

Noah glanced toward the door to the second floor. He had an urge to challenge it, but he held back.

It was true that he was much more powerful than before, but his instincts warned him that he wasn't ready to challenge the second floor.

He chose to believe his instincts, so he decided to return to the capital island to plan properly before challenging this floor.

Every safe point on each floor had a way to exit the dungeon. It wasn't teleportation, but an elevator. The elevator here was a huge leaf.

Noah felt surreal, floating on a huge leaf. It was magical. He wondered about the world outside, waiting for him with wonders like this.

'I can't wait to explore..' exiting from the dungeon portal he thought.

It was now the next morning. Noah had completed a floor in half a day. The woman from before wasn't there, and he wasn't curious about where she had gone.

'Better I don't meet her again..' that was unlikely, but he could hope right?

He followed the path to transport and waited for one to arrive.

After getting into public transportation, his mind wandered to the details of his battle. He took note of all his shortcomings and decided to address them before challenging the second floor.

The mini-boss from the first floor was Tier 2, so the boss on the second floor might be even more formidable.

He couldn't allow himself to be caught in an unbearable situation.

'Academy… I have to go there…'

His eyelids became heavy as tiredness hit him. It took hours after the hovering bus reached the capital for him to wake up.

He thanked the driver for not disturbing him, to which the driver merely smiled. Noah then hailed a taxi to the Chamber of Commerce.

'Time to become rich…' A greedy grin spread across his face.
