“I received it! A handsome man like me can do anything in this world!” Kelvin squealed. Tan smirked. Then the man in the Fortune Commander uniform picked two out of five random cards.

Player Kelvin chooses two out of five randomly from the Destiny Command skill.
- Player Kelvin cannot draw a card for three minutes, HP and defense increase by 20%.
- Player Kelvin randomly swaps decks with opponents.

When the selection was over and the system announced what Kelvin chose, one of the opposing players was confused and panicked. According to Tan's plan, he intended to weaken enemies and make them unable to deal with his party, he did not intend to measure their skills or the cards they had.
“Why can't I get it too?!” When looking at his randomness, Tan had to shake his head because the desired random result did not appear.
