Chen had seen the best and worst side of this world, which was one of the key points, of why he was able to survive inside this world.

He took the dagger. Which he had gotten from someone else, whom he did not remember much about. But for him, it has been a good weapon, so Chen took it out to have a look at it a little. Given the weapon was sharp, but to him, it was nothing that great.

Where Shu looked back at himself inside the mirror, like a sarcastic person.

'Oh!' he gasped in amazement, it was more like a complete makeover to him. As he found himself, looking quite fair with a thin body and sharp look. After which, he finally walked out of his apartment for the breakfast, or else he knew that his stomach would protest him to death.

"What running low on money?" She smiled sweetly at Shu and spoke "You have to wait for the food, it will be ready in a while as for you sit quietly there, today food will be on me."

Lady smiled like always, whereas Chen was astonished. By the fact, that the lady in front of him was giving a powerful vibe. It was not some technique, but his experience that was speaking at the moment.

"She is not a normal human huh! Then what is she doing here, opening a little business like this and all." even Shu was a little confused on the other hand after thinking for a time, he decided to put the matter behind and look forward to the food, given a warm and sizzling food was placed in front of him.

He pickup the Chopstick and started to dig into the food, he felt refreshed and energetic after eating them which was something he was familiar with, he looked and realized that there were some interesting herbs inside the food, where else, no other table was served in such a manner.

These herbs contained faint traces of lingering energy, he was unable to tell, but the energy was similar to the energy of spirit Qi, which he had in Origin world to train himself to immortality, but it was a little edgy and toward the violent side.

Chen Shu realized it was similar to cosmic energy.

'Then this was Mana which people of this world cultivated after the apocalypse, given humanity of this world was normal mortals tot he time when a drift of wormholes, started to appear randomly at any place, at that period of time, thousand and millions of Zombies started to pour out of those wormholes like a river.'

'When the Wormholes started to disappear humanity believed at the fact that they have cleared their test, but the mutation of the violent beast in the forest gave them a tight slap of reality, which almost force them to the edge.'

'Humans at that moment of demise burst out with their maximum potential, they developed a new tendency, a new kind of power which is still coming out of the wormholes, those trace of energy was called Mana.'

'This Mana had various kinds of effects on humans while the strongest one among them was to develop the human body for the next generation. Simply put into the words it was humanity's next evolution.'

'It has already been several Thousand Years when they have come in contact with those Transcend dimensional people, which resulted in humans starting point to Technology which depends upon Mana and other fields of research.'

Given Shu gulped down the whole food and burped in satisfaction, where he knew that the lady was trying to hide the herb secret from him, so he also kept it quiet like a smart person, but also noted that inside his heart since he got to pay this lady loads of debts in the future.

He stood up and spoke "Thank you, Lady Ren, for the food." walking away silently, but he did not see the lady smiling at his retreating figure, with a lovely expression on her face.

'It was her master child and Chen had grown up well, or else she always felt like spoiling that boy a little from time to time.'
