10 Chapter 10

The docks are finally finished, it took a lot of time but it was worth it. Easily capable to keep with the traffic and Richard already some of the first trading vessels up north with the boxes for ice, and some south with material and people to start building the Trading Center/ Outpost that will eventually be connected by Nydus Network. They were accompanied by few ships from Richard's ever-expanding fleet. Currently, his fleet holds 12 Frigates, 4 Carrack, and 1 Carrier.

But with the docks Richard again found himself swarm with paperwork, he hated doing it so when Ashara suggested they visit Oberyn, he was more than happy to let Ellyn take over and run with her as fast as he could to Dorne. His mother was not amused and he will hear of it when he returns but it was so worth it. They arrived before the palace just in few days, Richard in his Crow form and Ashara on his back. When they landed there was chaos, like always so Richard stayed in crow form to protect Ashara, but soon enough Oberyn arrived and calmed the guards.

Richard transformed back and greeted his friend.

"Oberyn, so good to see you."

"Richard, Ashara what brings you here?" Oberyn asked jovially, he came to expect his friend to arrive in this fashion, even unannounced, so he hardly acknowledged the remaining of the guards that after all he did, didn't calm down.

"The docks happened my friend" Richard answered with a sage nod.

Oberyn looked quite confused so Ashara enlightened him while lightly smashing Richards's shoulder.

"He means paperwork that docks produced, he looked so pitiful behind the desk dealing with it that I suggested a visit here. he let his poor mother deal with the paperwork when he ran, I didn't even manage to bring some clothes with me" Ashara lightly complained.

"Don't worry love! For I have brought gold dragons with me! "Richard fumbled through the pockets and fished out a bag of coin "AHA!" he exclaimed triumphally.

Oberyn watched the exchange with amusement, his friend's antics never get old. "A noble goal Lady Ashara, to save your loved one from such dread as paperwork for sure!" Oberyn said in overly dramatic fashion

Ashara got red in the cheeks and Richard kissed her on them.

"For sure Oberyn what would I do without her? Now, this is my first visit I believe, will you show us around?"

"Of course, where are my manners, welcome to the Sunspear my friend let me show you the palace where you can freshen up" Oberyn took them to the guest room "I believe my brother Doran would like to speak to you when you have time" Oberyn mentioned.

"Of course I will be right with you, let us just drink and eat something I flew the whole way and someone forgot to take supplies. "

"Hey! That wasn't my fault! You dragged me out of the castle so fast I hardly managed to bring at least something. " Ashara said indignantly.

"Okay, okay it was my fault, but it got me from paperwork and furious mother you have to agree that it was worth it!" Richard weakly defended himself.

While Oberyn laughed at their antics Ashara pinched the top of her nose and let long-suffering, panted tik of all woman close to Richard, sigh.

"Okay, I will let you freshen up. Ask one of the guards to lead you to do solar, I have some business to talk to with my brother in meantime." Oberyn said and left.

"What would Doran want to talk about?" Ashara asked

"I have no idea dear, you know I hate politics that's why I have an army of beasts ready to tear apart busybodies. Now that I think about it Stormlands had to notice our ships moving to White Harbor up North, I will send some ravens to get a look if they are not calling the banners of something. If they are I will have to move up my plans." Richard muttered to himself.

Ashara come closer to him and gave him a kiss.

"We have a holiday lets not talk about work"

"Hmm, I like that idea a lot, think we can let Doran wait for a little?" Richard responds with a small kiss.

"It would be rude to let our guest wait, go I will get a bath started and when you finish you can join me" Ashara said with a flirting wink.

"Yeah that would be awfully rude, wouldn't it?" Richard murmured continuing to kiss. Ashara let out a giggle and slapped him across his chest.

"Go!" She pushed him out of the door and closed them.

Richard looked at the guard whose souldiers were suspiciously shaking

"Well, lead the way!"

"At once my Lord." Guard promptly calmed himself and led Richard to the solar.

A little while earlier Oberyn comes to the solar of Roran Martell.

"Richard is here brother, I told him you would like to see him.

"Oh? I hadn't heard about his visit"

"Yeah, he flew here to run from paperwork."

Doran let out a laugh looking over his desk that was full of papers.

"Yeah, I wish I could do the same sometimes."

"I just want to mention one thing about them so you don't get upset" Oberyn continued

"Well?" Doran allowed

"Do not take it as slight when he will not use your title. Or any of the titles for that matter."

Doran frowned, Oberyn talked about his friend fondly and he is a clearly powerful magic-user. He will first see a lad before deciding on his character. "Wery well Oberyn I trust you on this,"

A few moments later a knock was heard and the guard announced that the guest arrived. Walking in Richard greeted Doran in his typical way. "Greetings Doran, Oberyn mentioned a lot about you its pleasure to finally meet you"

"Pleasure is mine, so what brings you to Sunspear? I got a message that workers already arrived at Trading Centre"

"I ran from paperwork of course! It's the bane of my existence, I need a secretary." Richard murmured at the and.

Doran waved a hand over his table and laughed lightly

"I know how you feel, I want to run myself"

Richard then noticed a wheelchair that seems Doran have to use.

"Oberyn, why didn't you tell me your brother is ill?" Richard admonishes lightly his friend. "If you want Doran, I may be able to do something about that." He offered

Oberyn looked surprised and sheepish, that thought truly didn't occur to him. He saw his friend do incredible feats of magic but so far no healing.

"Are you able?" Doran asked

"Yeah, sure I already healed Elia from all the bad stuff her body suffered. Smaller lungs really didn't help her body but it's all fixed now" Richard revealed.

"What do you need? If you are really able to heal me Dorne would owe you another debt" commented Doran, he was hopeful that he will not be tied to a wheelchair and waste away for the rest of his life.

"Oh just a little bit of your blood, you see I need to tailor it specifically to your DNA"

Doran had no idea what DNA is but he understood blood, he gave a nod to Richard. "When will be cure ready?"

"Hmm, that depends on how severe the damage is. few hours I guess"

"Very well, I will let you work on that cure and we can revisit this conversation later" Doran decided, after hearing that it will take only a few hours he was getting excited.

They split path after Richard extracted a little bit of blood and left

"You know, Elia seemed more chipper last time I saw her. I assumed it was thanks to the lack of stress but if he really healed her... " Oberyn commented

"Aye... "

Richard arrived back in their room and headed for the bath, the cure can wait he has a duty as a lover to fulfill.

2 hours of rigorous massaging, petting, fucking, and relaxing later Richard let Ashara sleep and was working on the cure for Doran. *CM design a fruit that after ingesting will cure a person of illness based on this blood* He was forced to the backseat of his body and CM got to work.

A few hours later he held in had a small pill-like fruit full of life energy that will strengthen Doran for a while after the pill-fruit manages to fix him. And headed for Dorans solar. The guard let him in and upon entering he announced with a smile.

"It's finished Doran, let's get you sorted"

"Hello again Richard, so what do I need to do?" Doran expected at least some sorcery to be performed on him or something, so when Richard presented him with a small blue-green berry he didn't know what to think.

Taking it in had it didn't have any odor and after the thought of poison flashed his mind he discarded it because Richard is well able to kill him without using a poison he put berry-pill into his mouth and gulped down.

After a few seconds a warmth spread throughout his body, he felt stronger immediately.

"This is amazing, I feel stronger" Doran commented in wonder.

"Yea! That thing is filled up with Nature energies, it will help you while the cure fixes your body. Tomorrow morning you will feel like a new man!"

"Truly thank you, my friend," Doran said. After everything he has done for Dorne, how could he call Richard anything other than a friend?
