10 The Hulk and Steve's Return

When Lucifer stopped in his thrusting, Death looked at him with a confused look and said, "Why'd you stop?" Lucifer then sheepishly said, "Well, honey, you know how I said to you yesterday that I needed to go somewhere tonight? Well, the event that I was going to is pretty much starting."

Death looked at him with disbelief in her eyes and said, "You would really pick an event like that over your wife?" Lucifer gave her a conflicted look and said, "Honey, I promise after I'm done with that thing I'm doing then we'll have sex until next year."

Death raised her left eyebrow and said, "Just for a year? Why?" Lucifer sheepishly smiled and said, "Well, another event will happen a year from now and I can't just leave it unattended." Death sighed at him and said, "If that event of yours isn't important then I'll kick your balls."

Lucifer laughed at her and said, "Hahaha, dear you know you can't hurt me. And I'm just doing this so you know what I'm doing while I'm gone." Death deadpanned at him and said, "You're not saying any details about your important event, Lucy. All you're saying is that the event you're going to is important."

Lucifer smiled at her and cheerfully said, "Because I want to tell you the details after the event! Just like these past few days, I went to those 'events' of mine and only told them to you after it happened. Don't want to spoil my storytelling!"

Death smiled back at him and said, "Well, if you weren't like that then I know that you're not the real Lucifer. Because of all your 'Luciferness' that I think that crazy is just a simple version of you." Lucifer looked at her as if he was insulted and said, "I am not crazy! Well, for the most part."

Death smiled teasingly at him while raising an eyebrow and said, "I thought that you don't lie?" Lucifer smiled in an unsure way and said, "That's why I said 'for the most part.' Didn't you listen to anything I was saying?" Death laughed at him and said, "I think you messed up the wording then. It should be 'for the least.' Hahahaha!"

Lucifer just grumpily grabbed all of his clothes with his telekinesis and magically wore them when they touched his body. As he was walking over to her, he said, "I'm going now. Bye, Loves." He then kissed her on the lips and teleported out of the room.

With Death alone in the room, she just shook her head while smiling and turned on the TV to watch some news to stave off her boredom. She then saw a cooking channel and got hooked. She thought, 'I should try cooking for Lucy.' Unknown to her, her cooking would have killed him if he wasn't an immortal being.

When Lucifer appeared again, he was on one of the rooftops in Harlem as he waited for the big fight to happen not knowing that the fight was already happening in another block.

After a few minutes, he saw that there were people already panicking as they ran across the street. Feeling stumped, Lucifer thought, 'Wasn't it going to happen 30 minutes from now?' He then jumped down and asked a running woman why they were running and he received a hysterical reply of "MONSTERS!!!!"

Lucifer facepalmed and sensed that there were two large beings fighting it out in a few blocks away from him. He then teleported towards them and when he did appear again, he was in front of abomination. Cursing his luck, Abomination and him then had a staredown until Abomination asked, "Who are you and how did you suddenly appear in front of me?"

Lucifer looked around and saw Hulk unconscious a few meters away from them and thought, 'This wasn't supposed to happen? What happened for Hulk to suddenly faint like that?' He then sighed and looked back at Abomination and smiled at him while saying, "Hello there! My name is Lucifer Morningstar and I teleported here."

Abomination then grabbed the neckline of Lucifer's suit and lifted him up until he was to his eye level and said, "And how could a little human as you, teleport?" Lucifer cheerily answered, "I'm not a human, I'm the Devil. And would you please put me down or I'm going to get mad now."

Abomination then laughed at Lucifer and said with spit flying out of his mouth, "The Devil? Please!! And what can you do if you're mad!? HAHAHAHAHA!!"

Lucifer's eyes then had a weird glint appear on his face while his facial expression turned cold. He then coldly said, "This can go two ways punk; one, you walk away and two, I walk on your face."

Abomination then looked back at Lucifer with shock in his eyes and laughed even harder. Seeing this puny being laugh and mock him, Lucifer couldn't take it anymore and formed the shadows of Abomination as shackles and it held him down.

He then stepped over his face and said, "I warned you, punk. I'll show you a glimpse of Hell so that you'll know what to expect over there." Lucifer then manipulated the Abomination's soul and sent it to Hell for a few seconds then grabbed it and put it back.

Seeing that the Abomination fainted due to his fear and the Hulk waking up, he just sighed in disappointment and teleported back to his bedroom.

When Lucifer appeared again in his bedroom, he saw Death looking at a cooking channel and got horrified. He ran beside her and quickly grabbed the remote from her grasp and turned the TV off. He then smiled at her and said, "Honey, you don't have to do that. I can cook for us. And, more importantly, we don't even need food! Why do you want to start cooking when we don't eat food?"

Death just gave Lucifer a blank look and said, "It piqued my interest knowing that humans can make such delicious-looking food. I know that we don't need them but what if we adopted another child and they need food? What do we then?"

Lucifer sighed at her and said, "Honey, I already told you that I can cook. And why are you suddenly thinking about adopting again when we just adopted Steve 68 years ago?" Death gave him a sad look and said, "Because I miss taking care of one already."

Lucifer then deadpanned at her and said, "Why don't you just visit future Steve and take care of him? You know that he's closer to you and that he needs you to take care of him. You know that he is already 115 years old and that most humans die by that age already."

Death widened her eyes and said, "I forgot that humans don't have a long lifespan! I need to visit him tomorrow!" Lucifer smiled at her and said, "Yes, yes you should. While you go and visit him, I got something important to do tomorrow."

Death put her hands on her hips and raised an eyebrow while she said, "And what's more important than visiting your son?" Lucifer smiled at her and said, "Honey, I can just visit Steve anytime that I want to. You just go spend time with him, alone, tomorrow so that I don't ruin your private time with him when I'm with you."

Remembering all the times' Death kept complaining to him about his ruining of her private time with Steve, Lucifer laughed at the memory. Death then blushed, knowing what Lucifer was thinking of. She just turned away from him and said, "Fine! Do your 'important business' while I visit our old and weak son!"

Lucifer smiled at her Tsundereness and thought, 'I don't know about weak. I know that he can still live for 20 or 30 more years from now.' He then shook his head and carried Death to the bed and laid down with her. He then spooned her and closed his eyes and slept.

Seeing that Lucifer was already asleep, Death then 'humphed' at him but still cuddle closer as she liked the warmth of his body. She then closed her eyes and after a few seconds, fell asleep.

When Lucifer woke up, he noticed that Death wasn't beside him and that there was a note in her place. It said, 'Hello Lucy! If you're reading this then I'm already at Steve's and "taking care" of him. Do your important thing already and come join us. Love, Death. xoxo'

Looking at her note, Lucifer laughed at it and noticed that it was already afternoon. He then saw that Steve was already running down the streets of New York so he waited for a little for Nick Fury to show up. And when he did, he teleported behind him and popped his head out and waved at Steve.

Seeing the head of his father appear behind Nick Fury, Steve gave a happy shout, "Father!" Looking at Steve who shouted the word father towards his direction, Nick Fury looked shocked as Steve was barreling towards him.

He then saw that Steve ran past him and hugged a person who was behind him. Looking closer at Steve's father, he soon recognized that person as Lucifer and deadpanned. Nick Fury then said in a monotone voice, "Really? He really is the son that you've kept talking to me about Lucifer?"

Lucifer looked at him and smiled cheerfully as Steve hugged him. He then said, "Well of course I was. You didn't think that my son would be Steve Rogers when I kept describing him to you?" Nick Fury deadpanned at him and said, "We only met two times and you call that 'kept describing'?"

Lucifer gave him a teasing smile and said, "Well you were the first one to say 'kept talking to me about Lucifer?'" Steve laughed at this while Nick Fury continued his deadpan look. Lucifer then looked at him seriously and said, "I'll be taking my son for a while, and don't worry about witnesses for our talk. I already took care of it. Look around you."

Nick Fury then looked at all the people around him and saw that they were frozen in time and looked back at Lucifer to talk to him but saw that he wasn't there anymore. After noticing that Lucifer was gone, time resumed and the people then barraged him with questions on where Steve Rogers suddenly disappeared to.

When Lucifer and Steve appeared again in the bedroom, Steve's face then turned green and Lucifer quickly pointed out the direction of the bathroom and said, "The bathrooms over there!" Steve then quickly ran there and vomited.

Lucifer laughed at Steve's reaction and waited for him to be done vomiting. After a few minutes, Steve finally came back and glared at him. He then said, "How are you still alive?" Lucifer deadpanned at him and said, "For a person who remembered a game that happened 4 years before his crash, you are certainly forgetful."

Steve looked a bit confused at his words and suddenly remembered, "YOU ARE REALLY THE DEVIL!?!?!? AND MOM IS DEATH!?!?" Lucifer had a look that said 'Really?' and said, "I quiet remember showing you some of my powers when we adopted you." Steve looked embarrassed at that and said, "I thought that was just tricks that you used on me."

Lucifer then sighed at him and said, "We'll just wait until your mother and see her reaction on getting you back." Steve then had a look of horror on his face and said, "Please help me this time. I know you have some power over mom so please help me!"

Death's voice then resounded in the room, "Who has power over me?" Steve let out a loud shriek and looked at where the voice originated and saw his mother standing there. He then nervously said, "Nothing mom. And did I say anything about how beautiful you are?" Death just rolled her eyes and gave him a bearhug.

Steve then looked at his father for help and saw him in the bathroom poking out his head with a cruel look on his face. Feeling betrayed, Steve just resigned to his faith and embraced Death.

While Steve hugged Death back, Lucifer had a horrifying epiphany and contacted Death with his telepathy and said, 'Honey, does this mean that we can't have sex anymore now that Steve's here?' Death then released a horrified face and released Steve from the hug and looked at Steve and back at Lucifer and back at Steve again and said, "You're going to live in your old room. Go on!"

Feeling puzzled at her mood swing, Steve just exited the room with a confused look on his face. Death then looked at Lucifer and said, "We are still continuing that year-long sex of ours. We either leave behind our clones to look after Steve or we can just soundproof the walls and cut off the time for sex."

Lucifer then quickly made a magical clone of him and waited for Death to make hers. When she did, he quickly left a piece of his soul into his clone and immediately teleported out of the room with Death when she was done with messing around with her clone.

Steve then felt that he was just abandoned right now but he couldn't even know why. He then started to look back at the things that Lucifer and Death left for him as if they knew that he was coming back. Suddenly realizing that they did, Steve let out a shout, "THEN WHY DIDN'T THEY GET ME OUT OF THE ICE!?!?"
