7 Meeting Captain Marvel

It has been approximately 6 years since Lucifer and Death got promoted as General and they were now one of the core members in the Air Force. It seems that this year, Carol Danvers, or now known as 'Vers' will come crashing down to Earth with a bunch of Skrulls on her tail.

In these 6 years, Death had made an acquaintance in Maria Rambeau and that made Lucifer laugh at the coincidence. Seeing that Death wanted to go to Maria's house to discuss something, Lucifer happily obliged as he felt that Vers was already on Earth and that she had already been to the Joint Dark Energy Mission Facility a while ago.

Now Lucifer and Death were flying in an airplane to New Orleans so that Death can go and meet Maria. After a few hours, they had finally arrived in front of Maria's house and sensed 7 different living beings in the house. Death was puzzled about why Maria had so many guests inside her house when she knew that she and Lucifer were coming over.

When Lucifer and Death entered the house, they saw a white woman, a black man, two green aliens, a cat looking alien, Maria, and Monica. Death was shocked at seeing Carol Danvers but was confused about why there were Skrulls inside the house.

Death looked at the shocked Maria in confusion and asked, "Maria? Why are there Skrulls, a Flerken, and a half-Kree alien in your house? And who is that black man? Is he your boyfriend?" All of them were kind of confused and shocked that the new arrival knew of their species and even knew what a Flerken was.

Lucifer just walked passed the puzzled Death and grabbed the Flerken from Carol's hands and decided to play with it. Seeing Lucifer play with the Flerken, the Skrulls were shocked at his actions and were afraid that he was going to get eaten by it.

Maria looked at Death with confusion in her face and asked, "Death? How did you know that they were aliens? And why didn't you tell me that you know that there were aliens out there?" Hearing her words, the Skrulls, Carol, and the black man were shocked for different reasons.

The Skrulls said, "You have a woman named Death here?"

Carol said, "The rank jumpers in the Air Force?"

The black man said, "THE General Death!?! And that must be General Lucifer playing with the cat, right?!" Death nodded at his words and gestured for Lucifer to come to her. Seeing her gesture, Lucifer happily walked over to them and said cheerfully, "Hello everyone! I'm Lucifer Morningstar and it's nice to finally meet some aliens for a very long time."

Maria looked at Death again and said, "Death, you didn't answer my question." Death smiled at her and said, "Because I am the living embodiment of Death and I know of every living creature that has died and comes to my realm."

Aside from Lucifer, the people were shocked at her words while the black man pointed at Lucifer and asked in a hysterical tone, "So you mean he's the Devil that appeared in the Marriage in Cana with Death, who was you!?!??!"

Lucifer looked at him and smiled charmingly and said in a sweet tone, "Why of course Nick, why wouldn't I be?" Hearing THE Devil say his name in such a sweet tone, Nicholas Joseph Fury flinched.

While this was happening to Fury, the Skrulls were shocked that there were Supreme Beings living in such a backwater planet and that made them laugh as they knew that if the Kree ever tried to attack Earth then they would be dead. But what still confused them was; who was this 'Devil' person Nick Fury was so afraid of?

One of the Skrulls then said, "Greetings, Lady Death. May I inquire about who is Lucifer to you and why do you associate yourself with such a weak being?" Death just coldly look at him and said, "I do not even know of your name and you ask something of that significant to me?"

The Skrull then had sweat dripping on the side of his head and hurriedly say, "My name is Talos, my lady. And I didn't know that it was such an important thing for my lady. Please forgive me." Death just rolled her eyes and said, "Lucifer is my husband and he is not a weak being but is even stronger than me."

Most of the people in the house then widened their eyes at her words and thought, 'There is an even stronger being than Death!?' They all looked at the cheerful Lucifer who kept playing with the Flerken.

Seeing that they were looking at him, Lucifer smiled at them and showed them his Devil Form and Devil Wings and said, "Sometimes we are what we are, and we should embrace that."

Seeing his Devil Form, the group was shocked at his look and couldn't look away until he turned back to what he looked like before. But before they could even say anything, Lucifer said, "So what are Skrulls and a half-Kree doing in the same room and not to try and kill each other?"

The Skrulls and Carol looked at him in shock and said, "You know of the war?"

Lucifer smiled at them and said, "Of course! I AM Nigh-Omniscient."

Soon, Carol and the Skrulls explained their situation to the two All-powerful beings and waited for their reaction.

Lucifer continued his smile and cheerfully said, "Oh! I already knew of that, hehehehe. I just wanted you guys to tell it to me because my wife is over there talking to Maria." He then pointed at Death who was talking to Maria.

Carol and the Skrulls had sweatdrops running down their head but wanted to protest at him until he said, "Don't you three worry, I'll come with you guys for fun and look around the spaceship you have over Earth so that you won't be so distressed." He then thought, 'But no way in hell is this handsome Devil helping the three of you.'

Death then looked at him in surprise and said, "Really? We're doing that?" Lucifer shook his head and said, "I'm doing that and it depends on you if you want to come with us." Death rolled her eyes and said, "When have I ever left your side since 225 million years ago?"

Lucifer laughed at her and said, "That time when I taught you all about sex and you ran off in embarrassment?" Death blushed and said in an irritated voice, "Shut up!"

Hearing them carelessly say millions of years and the word sex, the group also blushed and laughed at Death's embarrassed look but stopped when they heard, "I'll kill whoever continues to laugh."

Death then proceeded to stomp towards the Quadjet and leave them behind while Lucifer ran after her saying, "Wait for me, honey!"

Seeing the Nigh-Omnipotent and the Omnipotent being act like that, the group looked at each other in amusement and disbelief. Nick Fury couldn't believe that he met the Devil and the embodiment of Death at the same time and live to tell the tale and he wasn't the only one having that feeling.

The Skrulls and Maria then followed them to the Quadjet to help upgrade it for their next trip. The Skrulls, Maria, and Death then started to modify the Quadjet Carol and Nick Fury brought with them. Seeing that he wasn't needed there anymore, Lucifer left the technicians and started to wander around the house.

After a while, he saw Carol and Monica talking to each other about changing the color scheme of her suit. Lucifer then chimed in, "Might I suggest you using the colors of the USAF?" Looking startled at the sudden arrival of Lucifer, Carol and Monica had bright looks on their faces and changed the green suit into her iconic 'Captain Marvel' suit.

Carol then thanked Lucifer for the idea but still said, "Can you please leave? Monica and I were having our heart-to-heart moment here." Lucifer gave her an insulted look and said in indignation, "I've never been thrown out of anywhere before in my life. Well, except for Heaven, of course. Regardless! You two just have your 'heart-to-heart' moment while I'm over here. Just don't mind me here. Go on." He then made the 'go on' motion to them.

Carol just rolled her eyes at him and grabbed Monica by the arm gently and walked away. Looking at them walk away, Lucifer laid down on the floor and looked at the stars and said out loud, "I remembered the days when I was called the Lightbringer and the angels looked up to me and wanting to stand beside me at the top with Michael."

He then had a bitter smile on his face and thought, 'But father had to make us love humans more than him. But look at me now! Stronger than him and have more freedom than he does.' He then stood up as he saw that they were already done with the Quadjet.

He then walked towards the jet and entered it. He then saw that Carol, Maria, Nick Fury, Talos, Gooses, and Norex were waiting for him. He smiled at them and said, "So, who's gonna stay with the little child?"

All of the people then looked at Norex who was looking at Nick Fury. Seeing that he was outvoted, Norex just gave a sigh of defeat and said, "Fine!" He then grumpily stomped out of the Quadjet and went beside Monica.

Seeing that Norex was already beside Monica, Carol then started to pilot the Quadjet onto Outerspace leaving the waving Monica and the deflated looking Norex. But before they could even leave the atmosphere, Lucifer started to float and that piqued almost all of their interest. They then looked at him with questionable looks and Lucifer then noticed their stares and said in a 'surprised voice', "Oh? It's still not time yet? My bad."

They just deadpanned at him and continued to go to Mar-Vell's laboratory. When they finally exited the atmosphere, the group started to float and Lucifer said, "Can I float now?" Death just sighed at his antics and said in an exasperated voice, "Yes honey. You can."

Lucifer then started to float around and kept fooling around with the Flerken. After a few minutes of looking for the ship. Carol finally de-cloaks it with her Starforce Uniform and they then entered the laboratory.

All of them started to explore the lab but Lucifer and Death went straight to the core where the Tesseract was. Seeing that Lucifer and Death were navigating the lab like they knew where they were going, the rest of them followed the two to the core.

When all of them arrived at the core, Carol told them that it was the Tesseract and that it was the one who gave it powers. Lucifer and Death just smiled at her and said, "We know." Feeling surprised at them already knowing that, she asked, "How do you two know?"

Death then gestured for Lucifer to answer and he did, he said, "I know of the Tesseract due to my son Steve fighting with Red Skull for that Blue Cube. And Death here knows the Tesseract because she was one of the four who made that."

All of them were slightly surprised at this fact but kind of got used to it due to them being so powerful and ancient. Lucifer then looked at them and said, "If you humans still want to keep the Tesseract then you should find a good hiding place for it."

Nick Fury nodded at his words while Carol grabbed the Tesseract and looked around the lab and saw a lunchbox and place it there. The other soon realized that there were other living beings inside the lab aside from them who were already surrounding them.

The group then got vigilant until Talos let out a call and revealed that there were other Skrulls inside the lab. Talos then reunited with his family while the others in the group just made contact with the other Skrulls.

While they were having their heartfelt reunion, the Starforce ambushed them which made Carol attack them. Seeing that Carol was attacking them, Yon-Rogg activated the Photon Inhibitor making the fight a hand-to-hand combat type making it a win for him due to his superior fighting ability.

All the Skrulls and the two humans were then taken as prisoners, leaving the three people who were with Lucifer and Death to wonder where they were. Lucifer and Death could be seen looking at all of this with the light stripped off them leaving them invisible to the naked eye.

Now, with the full extent of her powers unlocked, Carol broke free from the Supreme Intelligence, waking up back in Mar-Vell's Laboratory, and stood before Starforce in Binary Mode. Danvers then released a powerful pulse, knocking them all away and retaking the Tesseract. Lucifer and Death were pretty happy for Carol and watched the show.

Carol then started looking for Nick Fury and Maria and found them fighting two Kree soldiers. She then fired a photon blast at the soldiers and started arguing with Nick Fury to get the Tesseract and escape. Seeing that Nick Fury won't touch the Tesseract, Goose ate it up. She then said that they should get the Skrulls in the Quadjet and escape while she holds the Starforce up.

Seeing that they were leaving, Carol then started to carry the lunchbox with her and after a while, she was already surrounded. Trying to buy as much time as she could, Carol quipped with her former teammates, tricking them into thinking she had the Tesseract.

Bron-Char then charged at her, so Carol blasted the bridge, causing them to fall and be trapped under the rubble. Carol, however, was unaffected by the fall and prepared to fight Starforce with her new powers. Carol was able to easily knock away them with her stronger photon blasts, but due to her inexperience controlling that power, she occasionally got overwhelmed by it. After knocking away Korath, Carol dueled with Minn-Erva, who revealed that she never liked her.

Carol then continued to take on Starforce, who all made attempts to defeat her, but to no prevail. Carol then reclaimed the lunchbox as Yon-Rogg got up from the rubble and attacked her. Yon-Rogg proceeded to throw objects at her with his Magnitron Gauntlets, which she was able to dodge until it became too much and she got pinned. When Carol dropped the lunchbox, it opened, revealing that the Tesseract was gone, and she had been wasting their time.

Yon-Rogg then left the fight to retrieve the Tesseract, so Carol went to chase after him, only to be knocked back by Bron-Charr. After a brief brawl with Bron-Charr and Korath, Carol defeated them and went after Yon-Rogg. When she caught up to Yon-Rogg, he was trying to leave in a drop ship, so Carol jumped on it, but he released it into space with her holding on. Carol then equipped her helmet and tried to attack Yon-Rogg, but he blasted her away, causing her to plummet towards Earth.

As she was falling at a fast pace, Carol began to focus herself and discovered she possessed the ability to fly, stopping her from hitting the ground. Carol then flew back to Yon-Rogg's pod and knocked it out of the sky with a photon blast, saving her allies in the Quadjet. Carol then took a moment to enjoy the fact that she could now fly, letting out a loud cry of joy.

At that moment, the Accusers, led by Ronan, arrived in their warships. When the Accusers fired a barrage of ballistic missiles, Carol sprung into action and flew towards them, halting one in midair. Carol was able to overpower the missile and launched it back into the barrage, causing them to detonate in midair.

Carol then flew into space to destroy the warships but was met by a fleet of fighter ships, which she skillfully evaded. Despite the great number of them, Carol cleared through all the fighters with ease, using her newly empowered photon blasts and even crashing into them with her indestructible body. Carol then proceeded to destroyed one of the warships, crashing through it with one strike.

After proving that she can defeat anything they throw at her, Carol confronted Ronan, showing off her newly discovered power in front of him as a warning by releasing a massive pulse of energy. Understanding how extremely underpowered they were, Ronan and the rest of the Accusers fled from Earth, although he vowed to return.

With Earth safe from the Accusers, Carol returned to the surface to deal with Yon-Rogg, who had crash-landed. The two walked towards each other, preparing for a fight before anything could happen, Yon-Rogg holstered his weapons, knowing he would lose, and attempted to manipulate her into fighting him hand-to-hand. No longer letting herself be controlled by Yon-Rogg's lies, Carol blasted him away, crashing into the rock face. Strolling up to him, Carol declared that she had nothing to prove to him, ultimately breaking free from his attempts to suppress her humanity.

Carol then dragged the defeated Yon-Rogg back to the crashed drop pod and charted a course for Hala. Yon-Rogg told her that he couldn't return to the Supreme Intelligence empty-handed, but Carol gave him a message to deliver, that she was going to end the Kree-Skrull War. Carol then powered the ship with a photon blast, launching it into space and back to Hala.

Seeing Carol start to fly to Maria's house, Lucifer and Death teleported beside Nick Fury and scared the hell out of him. They then started to ask them questions on where they were and why they didn't even help them in the slightest. Lucifer happily started to answer their questions until Carol arrived.

She then angrily asked them the same questions Nick Fury and Maria were asking so he just glared at her and said, "Why don't you just be a good girl and stand beside Nicholas and Maria over there." Death then laughed at their exchange as Carol seemed like a child in front of Lucifer at that moment.

Lucifer then told all of them what they were doing and stated that what they were doing was for the growth of Carol's character and powers. If they did interrupt any of the fights then Carol wouldn't know any of her newfound powers like she did when she found out about her flying ability.

All of them just gave them understanding looks but couldn't shake the bitterness of being left alone in such dire situations. They just sighed as they knew that they couldn't do anything to do due to how powerful they were and how right they were.

But when Lucifer looked at Nick Fury's scratched eyeball, he busted out laughing and was soon followed by Death and Carol as they soon realized that the scratch came from Goose. Feeling embarrassed at that situation, Nick Fury just said that it would heal but Talos soon corrected him and left him horrified.

After Carol left Nick Fury a transmitter, she also tried to give one to Lucifer and Death but Lucifer just said that if he ever needs her then he could just summon her. Feeling dumbfounded at his words, Carol just turned to say goodbye to Maria and Monia. After saying her goodbyes, Carol then flew with the Skrulls looking for a home for them.

Seeing that Carol left, Lucifer and Death then turned to Maria and Monica and too said their goodbyes. After a 'see you later' from Death, Lucifer then teleported them both into their bedrooms leaving a shocked Nick Fury behind saying, "What about me!?"
