"Waiter"

"Yes, what do you want? This is our menu, and this is our special menu" Yukihira Soma said

"We want two fried rice" Kuroko said.

"Wait for a moment," Soma said.

"Why did Tetsu-Kun order the fried rice? If we just want to eat fried rice, maybe Tetsu-kun can cook it at home, and maybe Tetsu-Kun food would be more delicious" Momoi said

"Momoi-chan, I want to compare my food with others, and I heard this restaurant served delicious food," Kuroko said.

After waiting for several minutes, Soma brought two plates of fried rice. 

"Enjoy your meal" 

Then both enjoyed the meal, but Momoi said "your fried rice is more delicious, Tetsu-kun"

The knowledge from the recipe appeared like that inside Kuroko's mind.

Yukihira Souma prepared the ingredients then glanced at Kuroko who was standing there with his eyes closed. He snickered in his hear, he didn't forget to make fun of Souma: "It's about time for you to give up, if you don't you will humiliate yourself."

"Uncle, please rest assured, I won't admit defeat that easily."

After all the knowledge about this new recipe was inside his head, Kuroko opened his eyes and smiled a little then ignored Souma. 

He turned toward Momoi and asked: "I need your help, Momoi-chan, can you help me?"

"Me?"

Momoi pointed at herself with a strange expression: "Tetsu-Kun, I might drag you down. I'm not as skilled as You."

"No." Kuroko shook his head and thought about the way to start cooking this new dishes, then clapped his hands together and face Momoi seriously: "This dish can't be made by me alone, Momoi-chan, Please!"

"Tetsu-kun, I will help."

Momoi smiled and quickly wore her apron and arrived at Kuroko's side and asked: "What should I do now?"

"Start with sautéing the bacon (cut into small pieces) in a skillet. Then add the peppers and onion and sauté for a few minutes.  Add the chopped garlic, soy sauce and stir. Sauté all together until onions are translucent."

"Joichiro-san, do you have Puerto Rican stewed beans?"

"Yes, there are in the jar at the left corner of the second row in the refrigerator," Joichiro said. He thought in his mind "This kid isn't simple, he has similar age as Souma"

After having the rice and beans ready, Kuroko put the beans to the pepper, onion, garlic, soy sauce and bacon mixture. Then he stirred it.

Then he adds the white rice.

Then he stirred rice and beans well until the rice was no longer see white rice. he cooked for about 7-10 minutes.

Then he put Topping with chopped scallions and cilantro.  he stirred it well.

He put grilled steak and avocado slices.
