Six days later it was finally saturday and Janine had off from her job as a librarian Theo had been looking foward to this all week.

They were finally going to the ballfield he could finally see Jace throw the ball Theo had a hard time time believeing he could throw a 4 seam, 2 seam, fork, splitter, slider, change up, slurver, curve and sinker. What got him even more exited Jace said he could throw every pitch were ever he wanted in the strike zone so Theo had been waiting to see it he was upset on Wednesday when the coach wouldnt let them use the field when the signed jake up for school, but now they were going to the park witch had plenty of fields as for why they didnt do it in the yard Theo already experienced the night mare of messing up his moms flower ever since then he never played in his yard for fear of rolling over a flower or bush.

During the car ride Theo kept looking at Jace weirdly then the lefty and righty pitching gloves and asked so all them pitches perfectly with both arms. Jace just nodded his head for what felt like the 100000th time since he told him

Once they got to the field Theo used Jaces new fielding glove to make sure it was broken in properly they used every trick they could look up on the internet but still it's always best to test it out personally first.

They started with light warm ups for Jace and then started playing catch to make sure his arm wa loose after that theo wheeled him self behind the plate and acted as catcher and moved his glove every were he could in what was the imaginary strike zone and calling out every pitch he could in every location then having Jace switch arms and do the same.

Theo was speechless it was just like he said no matter what he called and were he called the ball ended up there with out him having to move the mit at all. Seeing his expression Jace got him to move out from behind the plate and told him watch this. He had been holding back since Theo didnt have a catcher's mit not he didnt want to hurt him so this time he threw his 4 seam fast ball as hard as he could.

Theo lost track of the ball and was feeling thankful when he saw the ball still spinning against the fence before it dropped to the ground.

After that Jace decided to see what he thought of him using the shadow to make the ball just appear at the fence still going the same speed ad it was when it left his fingers. thanks to the sun there was plenty shadows so he wrapped the ball in shadows that was the easy part he thought here comes the tiring part he threw the ball and soon as it got 1 inch from his fingers he teleported it to the fence this time I didnt drip for more than 10 seconds .

Theo looked at him and didnt care how he did it or the fact that it was wierd to him this was already atleast half of what he required for an ideal brother and far as he was concerned fighting can be learned. Only if he knew Jace was once the most deadly man to walk face of the earth. Theo made his way over to Jace and asked him how many times he could throw the last ball he threw. Jace smiled and held up the number 3 and told him the truth with enough training eventually more. Both of them were ready to go and started looking around for Janine .
