2 The Note.

Kaylah reached towards the photo and read the material on the backside. Her knees fell on the floor. The people nearby heard a short whimper throughout the cabin. The ladies nearby felt a deep sadness, as they watched a teenage girl fling a picture towards the waste bin. When that young girl left the area, they could exhale air anew.

One woman uttered, "what happened?"

The response was, "we saw someone truly in pain."

"Why not help?"

"It froze us."

"How does one sob contain so much sadness?"

"Because, it was just the one, and that means she is in for a battle."

Kaylah's eyes were damp, but she did not cry. That note read, "Valentina Grayson is your real mother."

She wished she never saw it because it meant that her blood mother might be connected to her fathers' murder.

Kaylah thought of the remark, "Valentina killed her father."

"That bitch did not have to be a proper mom, but she wronged me, for this she will answer."
