If I upgrade my memory how much more mana will I have?

As I chat up the drug dealer relying on the skill, he shows me his stash; I use my only skill and force it all into his nose, he starts to OD, but I stop it with some Naloxone, then tie him up, I practice my new skill on him using my knife to stab his eyes, cut off his face, and remove his wee-wee then I feed it to him. After having my fun it's only natural to loot his cash, leave the body, and start a fire.
