20 19th Quirk : Setsuna's Birthday

---5 Months Later---

Over the next 5 Months things went normally. Croc released 2 more volumes of Kenichi which people were loving and Croc got a good bit of money for. Croc would also regularly go and hang out with Setsuna usually during jogs. Croc, Tetsu, and Hitoshi were able to hang out a few times over vacation as well but it was quite rare. They would also play games online. Tetsu didn't play games very often but was forced by the others to play and got a bit addicted to fighting games. Nezu came by a few times to check up on Shikuromaru to make sure she was okay. Hitoshi's birthday was over these few months as well. It is currently October 13th, Setsuna's 13th birthday. A few months before Croc asked her when her birthday was and he also told her when his was. When he did she she teased him that he should call her Onee-chan since she is older. He just teased her back saying in the most childlike voice he could "Someday when I grow up I'll marry Onee-chan!". She stopped teasing about it since then. Now that it is her birthday Croc is gonna surprise her. He bought a cake and a gift and is about to leave his apartment to go.

Croc : 'Cake, check. Gift, check. Hopefully she is there right now. It's only 9 Am.'

Walking to Setsuna's apartment Croc had full hands so he couldn't push the button. He then created a hand from the ground to touch the wall the doorbell is on. When he did he then created a hand on the wall and pressed the doorbell. He did this because he couldn't use Hana hana on anything he isn't touching with his body and anything he creates count as his body. Less then a minute later Setsuna came to the door.

Croc : Happy birthday!

Setsuna opened the door since she was still a bit tired from just waking up and getting dressed. When she saw Croc she instantly woke up and became really happy.

Setsuna : Thank you! I wasn't expecting anything today! Come in!

Setsuna was so excited that she forgot this was the first time he was entering her house. Halfway through the corridor she realized and got a bit nervous.

Setsuna : Y-You can put the cake on that table.

Setsuna's living room had a couch, a table with 2 chairs, and some mango scented air fresheners. She also had a glass ornament with a blue glass lizard on it. On the couch was a knitted blue crocodile and a blue lizard.

Croc : 'Looks like I made a right choice in cake.'

Putting the cake on the table Croc saw a scarf nearby.

Croc : Did you make that?

Setsuna : Yea I did, do you like it?

Setsuna seemed to have calmed down a bit and started talking normally.

Croc : Yea it's pretty I should ask you to make one for me.

Setsuna : Maybe someday.

Croc then took the present he got her and gave it to her.

Croc : Here I got it just for you.

Setsuna received the present happily.

Setsuna : Thank you!

Setsuna opened the boxed gift and pulled out a lizard hoodie with eyes on the hood with a small tail in the back.

Setsuna : 'Cute!' Thank you I love it!

Setsuna immediately put it on.

Setsuna : It's a bit big, but its comfy. 'I'm definitely gonna wear this when its cold.'

The sleeves were a bit longer then her arms so when she picked up her hands the sleeves hanged over a bit. Overall you could tell it was oversized.

Croc : 'I knew I was right getting a bigger size! Otherwise how can I see such a cute sight! I know its a bit much buying lizard attire for a "Lizard girl" but its cute.' I'm glad you like it I thought of you when I saw it!

Setsuna : You can look but don't drool that's embarrassing.

Croc then wiped and shut his mouth.

Croc : Haha sorry. You look so good I couldn't help it.

Setsuna : Am I food?

Croc : You're better than any food.

Setsuna : Thanks?

Croc : Look at your cake too! I had it made just for today!

Croc then undid the Box the cake was in revealing a mango cake with the words "HAPPY 13th BIRTHDAY SETSUNA"

Setsuna : Thank you! I love it. 'I'm really 13 now its been so long since...'*Sob*

Setsuna started crying from seeing it. Croc wasn't sure what to do but he went close to her and just gave her a soft hug. Setsuna clung to him and cried her eyes out. After a few minutes she calmed down and let go of Croc. Setsuna saw that Croc had a look of concern which brought some warmth to her heart. She then spoke up with a red face, from embarrassment, and still had some tears in her eyes that she was wiping.

Setsuna : Sorry you had to see that it has just been so long since someone did something like this.

Croc hearing this let out a sigh of release since he was worried something bad happened to her. He then comforted her with the best words he could think of on the spot.

Croc : Well don't worry you can cry as much as you want in front of me and I won't mind.

Setsuna : Pervert do you like crying girls too?

Setsuna said this with a teasing smile trying to embarrass Croc.

Croc : Not particularly but I care about you and want to help you with anything so if you need someone to talk to or a shoulder to cry I'm always just a text away.

Setsuna : I just can't win against you can I? *Giggle*

Croc : That's the first time Iv'e heard you giggle so I guess I'm doing something right.

Setsuna : Maybe.

Croc : I got something to tell you that I think is important...

Croc said this in a serious voice that Setsuna wasn't used to which gave her the wrong idea about something

Setsuna : What is it? 'Don't tell me he has a...' *Sob*

Setsuna started crying again.

Croc : W-Whats wrong! Are you okay?

Setsuna : You're gonna tell me you have a girlfriend or something aren't you?!

Croc : WHAT no! Nothing like that at all!

Setsuna then wiped her face and asked.

Setsuna : Really?

Croc : Yes I promise I don't have a girlfriend.

Setsuna : Then what could be so important if not?

Croc : Well I think it's better to show you. it would be better to show you on the balcony.

Setsuna : Okay?

Croc then went onto the balcony and turned to Setsuna who was still in the apartment while she watched him. He didn't say anything else and only tried to stabilize his breathing.

*PSSSSH*

Croc then emitted heavy steam from his body that was carried by the breeze off the balcony. The smoke cleared revealing Croc with long black hair, 1 and half foot long horns, 6 and a half feet tall with a body halfway between all might and a swimmers body. He also had much more intimidating eyes then he did in his other form. His tail also grew back to its normal length. He wore loose clothing today with heat resistance so they wouldn't get ruined when he transforms.

Setsuna : Hot... THE STEAM IS HOT! 'That wasn't very convincing...'

Setsuna then realized what she said and turned beet red and tried to convince Croc she meant something else. Croc smiled from this though as if a weight he was carrying was removed.

Croc : I'm glad you like it I was worried you would be disgusted from it.

Setsuna : Of course not! You are special to me I wouldn't be disgusted by you ever! But are you really 12?

Setsuna hearing this was a bit offended and retorted before asking a really important question.

Croc : Thank you and yes I can assure you I am 12 you can even ask my grandparents when you meet them.

Setsuna : Is this a part of your quirk?

Croc : Yes one part of it.

Setsuna : There is more?

Croc : A lot but lets save it for another time.

Setsuna : Well come back in its cold outside. I wonder if the chair will hold you now...

Croc : It will be fine I will change back.

Setsuna : What! No! Stay that way it looks a lot better! Now come sit on the couch instead!

Croc : 'She's just great.'

Setsuna seemed to see the plushies on the couch and quickly grabbed them and opened her room door and threw them in and went sit down as if nothing just happened. Croc then sat at the couch and Setsuna decided it was time to show her quirk as well.

Setsuna : Watch this~!

Setsuna had a huge smirk on her face as her hands flew off her arms and started moving a small table in front of the couch before they flew to the larger table and brought the cake over.

Croc : That's quite amazing.

Croc was amazed seeing her quirk. After all, knowing what it does versus seeing it yourself is quite amazing not to mention how fast her hands are.

Setsuna : I can split myself up to 45 times and control them telepathically I can even fly if I split myself enough times.

Croc : Being able to fly is quite amazing. But wouldn't you be in danger if one of the pieces gets caught by an enemy?

Croc always wondered what would happen if someone was to grab a piece of her body while it was split and used it against her.

Setsuna : Don't worry with enough stamina I can grow back any part of my body. And I can destroy any piece I want if it gets caught. My quirk is called Lizard Tail Splitter so it regrows like a lizards tail but much quicker and I can lose piece like a lizard removing it's own tail.

Croc : It's really impressive. I know where your confidence in becoming a hero comes from now.

Setsuna : Of course! I would never do something I'm not sure of!

Croc : Well as long as I'm around I will help you as much as I can

Setsuna : Thanks again! Well lets eat! I'll go get some plates in the kitchen.

*Ding**Dong*

The doorbell rang while Setsuna got up.

Setsuna : Can you get it while I go to the kitchen. It's probably a delivery. 'Now where is the good plates...'

Croc : Sure I got it.

*Ding**Dong*

The doorbell rang again while he was on his way to the door. When he got to the door he opened it.

Croc : Hello?

Croc saw standing outside a man with short slightly curly styled dark green hair with pale skin in a business suit carrying a box underarm.
