He was sure, Renji will say yes, after all, children of his age adored heroes, and he definitely is a hero

"NII SAAN", came the yelling of Kushina as she came running

Sakumo nodded he put his hand on Renji shoulder as they both disappeared in a lightning break

What we are going to train, are not some fanciful moves, we are going to train, drawing your sword, thrusting your sword, swiping your sword, and parrying with your sword...I can't teach you Fuinjutsu, Since your fuinjutsu level is already higher than mine, but I will teach you earth elemental ninjutsu, and various tricks to use it in battle...
A month has been gone by, Just like that, and Renji trained like a dog in the heat...he trained, trained and keep training, the only thing besides training is taking care of the household needs of Kushina
"Okay this exercise is simple, your only goal is to hit me. The catch is I'll be throwing these rocks at you. Like so." Sakumo spoke as she threw the rock at Renji who dodged. He had a smirk on his face. Sakumo frowned, "Wipe that smirk off your face. That was only a practice throw, plus now I know how fast I have to be to actually hit you." he smirked as Renji's smirked turned to a look of slight fear.
After eight Straight hours of dodging. Sakumo decided to move on to other things such as chakra control. This was a tough task given just how huge his chakra is...but the one who has previously trained him, surely know what they were doing, Renji foundation was just too good, no it was almost perfect...

Hokage: "Your Job is simple, Extract and bring the prisoner from the land of snow, the exact location and the drawing of the prisoner will be given to you by the informant at Konoha Gate"
